I'm release Williams with the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office earlier today detectives arrested 46-year-old Michelle Fernandez Fuentes for two counts of video voyeurism one of which involved a child under 16 years old on June 30th detectives responded to Saint Pete Clearwater International Airport after two victims reported that they had been recorded while inside the restroom stalls both victims saw their image on the phone screen presumably via the device's front-facing camera while speaking to detectives fuent has admitted to using the phone in a stall but denied accessing the phone's camera to record others who were utilizing the restroom following a search warrant detectives found over 160 photographs from the device as well as phone logs that indicated the camera and gallery were accessed during the exact time in which the two victims reported being recorded in the Stalls detectives arrested Fuentes and he was transported to the Pinellas County Jail
