walk she wasn't talking about me yeah what's and what's What's your deal man foreign [Applause] and this is the part where I cut because YouTube has been really hard on me recently about showing you videos of people getting the living crap beat out of them by police I have however posted a link to the full unedited video in the description below at least four police were present and helped Dogpile this man for quote flapping his gums at police or if you live in a free country it's known as free speech turn around I'm at work foreign bro [Applause] yo get that relax all right bro all right we will loosen it up okay you relax bro I just lost okay all right okay all right that's fine Brodus all right all right we will figure this out okay dude I'm sorry for your loss right but relax okay we're just gonna roll you over and let you catch your breath all right I know him roll over once we get you up we'll we'll loosen your cuff yeah what's your name what's your name I'll give you my name bro it came up on you so I asked you why you were flapping your gums at Austin but your response to me was suck my dick well now you're under arrest for using the words you had to use in front of everything now I talk about laws legislation case law and things like that on this channel from time to time and the whole purpose of me doing that though is to show you that there are laws There Are Rules there is case law and that there's a certain group of people that absolutely refuse to obey them this group of people is called government there are people who will say oh we need to write this law we need to write that lower we need to get case law on this thing or that thing and I even fall into doing it myself but guess what it doesn't matter at all I can't even tell you how many times I've talked about on this channel specifically the Supreme Court case law out of 1974 Cohen V California it involves a man who is arrested charged and even convicted of disorderly conduct in California for offensive language conviction rested in large part on the fact that women and children could clearly see the message but Harlan argued that protection of sensitive persons alone could not overcome Cohen's right to communicate his message even by use of offensive language allowing the state to prohibit the public display of one offensive word would open the floodgates to the state restricting even more language and inevitably to the state prohibiting the expression of certain ideas this the court said was what the first amendment was intended to prevent I think I misquoted the year earlier but this ruling was actually made in 1971 and so you might assume well I'm sure that after 1971 nobody made any new laws saying that offensive language was illegal and then we go and look at New Jersey's statute made almost eight years later saying that offensive language is illegal so you might be asking then what does case law like this actually do for us in real life in practice and the true answer is nothing now if you have enough money you might be able to get a lawyer to get you off on this charge but you could have done that even before the case law existed how many videos do you have to see of government officials blatantly intentionally willfully violating the law with absolutely no consequences before you realize that we do not live in a system of Law and Order we live in a system of the guy with the biggest stick wins we live in a system where the guy who's willing to use the most amount of force wins and your government is usually the one holding the biggest stick and with the most willingness to violently attack you you just watched a video where a police officer told an outright blatant lie about a man claiming that he said he was going to beat her up when that just plain didn't happen and then another police officer shows up and violently attacks him for what is supposed to be protected Free Speech as of right now this man is still facing five criminal charges including felony terroristic threats for allegedly threatened a police officer which we saw on her own camera didn't happen and the actual criminals that lied on him and then violently attacked him are still walking the streets with absolutely no criminal charges if someone just wants to gather their guys in info um yeah so his response to me when I asked why he's flapping his guns to me while I was talking to him his security officer was suck my dick now he's under arrest for disorderly you're not going to use that language you got employees out over there I was speaking with him as well not having that so well like he's not going to jail or nothing correct actually he might he might be doing we got terroristic threats on an officer too much uh resisting arrest uh we have it we have it Eddie just walked away different story I was talking with your security guard he was very poor he was very polite and respectful he advised me that he spoke with already understood what was going on you know obviously when a car stopped don't walk up on us because it makes us nervous and now he's walking up on her yeah so all right sir minimum disorderly conduct of terroristic threats and resistance obstruction came to the car stopped and was trying to perform his uh parole officer also [Music] I was just trying to answer which is whatever is going to come off the money yeah well unfortunately that's really not none of your business a lot of cops get hurt with guys just walking up on them yeah I get it man it's a crazy world we live in all that information will be on the summonses that you receive
