i'm deputy barnes with the pinellas county sheriff's office last night detectives arrested a man and a woman for child neglect in june deputies responded to a home in dunedin after 9-1-1 was called for an unresponsive two-year-old child the child was transported to a local hospital for treatment and numerous medical tests were conducted the child test deposited for fentanyl and required several doses of narcan detectives also learned a second child in the home was exhibiting similar symptoms a couple of days prior that child also tested positive for fentanyl the parents jessica sauron and dexter evans never sought medical treatment for the child neither evans nor sarong could provide a plausible explanation as to how the children were exposed to the drug however evans claimed there was a spiritual warfare going on inside the house with evil spirits both evans and saron were arrested and transported to the pinellas county jail
