foreign is a pretty awesome person she's definitely a person that has character and integrity and strength she is a very strong person Phyllis is a very hard working dedicated CPI a very good investigator she has that natural instinct to kind of follow a lead Phyllis would always recognize someone needs to pick me up offer them A coffee or just a ear or shorter to lean on if you need to talk the initial case that Phyllis received involved a one-year-old who sustained a couple of injuries that appeared on the surface non-accidental throughout the investigation she made diligent efforts to contact multiple professionals to see what was going on she was able to get to the root cause that it was not inflicted trauma and that child got to remain safely in the family's home and not only that but she identified some supports that could be beneficial for the family to stabilize them Phyllis doesn't do the job to be recognized she does it silently efficiently and quickly as possible to ensure child safety and keep the family together I'm really really glad that she got that award because she's one of those investigators that is the quiet strength in in our office it's great to actually have her recognize even though she does not like to be recognized you watch her and you think oh gosh I don't think that job's that hard the job is hard she just makes it look easy [Music]
