hey everybody its James Freeman this video has been brought to us from Knoxville Tennessee by El Jefe on YouTube it's actually from May 16th 2019 but it's had very little attention since then and it was just recently brought to my attention a link to the full video and his channel can be found in the description thanks for watching ladies and gentlemen on your DJ glad you guys can join me [Music] guys I think I got contact all right I ain't saying nothing right I don't answer question sir great okay cuz I don't wanna answer questions okay I'm just trying to figure out what you're filming please Department I'm filming everything everything xcs in public okay just the columns or we're doing a story okay what an interview for River no it's just yeah story I don't okay am I good well not really a picture I do know well sir you have I do I do but I'm not gonna saw it I didn't commit a crime well but you filming please depart it's not a crime but you're on the police department property that's not a crime either and so this is public property sir Chanda what do you mean it's public property you have a front door right there citizens can come up with here any time they want and all these people's I have a camera you wanna ask for ID but you're filming I just curious DHS memo came out with 2018 they said you can film anything from public you see so they get up with DHS well but you're the one that you're doing it you're writing you're saying because because you're allowed to do it from public you can tape anything you sleep in public okay okay my detain them around three to go well I ask you for ID and by state law I'm City Hall that you are required to provide a B if you have it with I'm required the ID under seven five all three if I committed a crime or if you suspect me of committed crimes you suspect me of community crime I suspect you of filming the government building is that a crime but why I'm stuck do you have reasonable articulate suspicion that I've committed a crime I just did I just articulated that to why I'm out here talking to you because I'm filming government building right so am i detained am I free to go I need to see your ID and my different I'm your pain okay since some time detain I'm gonna plead the fifth no well do you have ID I think you need to get your supervisor now I think you need to show me you're on base I think you need to get your supervisor sir you guys call these guys please badge number 820 its Gentry 820 call these guys please you're live on YouTube search good you know you're unlawfully the same to me [Music] coming out here at the police department with the 1090 right now like what he says it's against the law to film government facility guys it's a Police Department open to the public you can walk in the front door you're gonna get a lawsuit if you don't watch what you do next okay I'm learning it but I asked you for an ID I don't have to do I know sir I have to commit a crime in Tennessee for me to give you ID I have reasonable suspicion to stop crying what crying I have reason this is you can stop me all you want correct but I want the idea lets you easily articulate a crime yeah you're you're wrong no no I'm not so arrest me I'm not gonna be like you can arrest me if you all okay set your camera down you're gonna arrest me set your camera down are you going to arrest me that's not the question now all right guys I'm gonna put my camera down he's gonna arrest me it's either arrest me or you don't let me go because I'll not give you ID all right guys keep calling mirror those guys the link to this full video is in the description and please don't forget to subscribe to El Jefe while you're there if you have a video of any government misconduct to police or otherwise that you'd like me to share you can email it to me at real James Freeman at gmail.com thanks for watching and always record every interaction with government employees
