have it it says that we can record in here and the only thing that says that we can't record is individuals not including city employees that don't consent to it i actually came um hoping to meet with christopher hale possibly i've got his number but i didn't actually call ahead i saw him yesterday and talk to him um does anybody have official business here today i do yep and you guys i do i do here for court this is official it's huh this is official this is official are we really i'm kind of i'm kind of worried that we're still stuck on this just do we have official business i mean filming okay well filming in the car okay okay cool cool okay all right because just i mean just simply recording public policy right that is official that's yeah right and that's a lot of what the court ruling is that's that's kind of what we're trying to argue and fight here is that this is official business simply to come in and record i'm not and that's public place i'm not right the problem's going to be if you record people and they don't want you to never know not including city employees though not including city employees so if i just need to make sure that we've all got these ground rules established so that violence isn't used against us does that make sense i mean he seems to think that if i go across something i know there's something some people tell me to leave don't do you know you don't like the way that some people deal with things i get that i get it um but we need to make sure violence isn't going to be we're allowed to be in the recording because that's literally what the ruling says you're recording people in there and they don't concentrate right right not including not including city employees is there any change to that because that's not what i understand okay um it falls under the same thing as recording police it even specifically says there's no circumstance anyone read that ruling yet okay do you want to see even if we refuse in the city court i'm not arguing so okay okay all right what do you want to do from here so you're saying police can refuse to be recorded i was just told working a job for the building that's all you really i have not read it yet so i'm not going to argue this is special this is off duty i'm working for the city at this location okay oh you're off duty i'm working off duty i'm not well i'm a police officer working for the city at this building location right now i'm confused i really am i got it are you in is in his official capacity right now but i'm sorry i'm a dumb guy sir they're paying me to be at this building at this time working building security okay just for this kind of security that's exactly right working security yeah it's an off-duty job so what that means is when we assume we sue the city court off duty he'll still hang out i've talked to christopher before and said look i want to have the conversation so that we can prevent lawsuits we need to actually get this figured out so that they can do the right thing without lawsuits um going on does that make sense i mean i i understand that you don't lose when the city gets sued i'm mr williams suffers no loss when the city gets sued the taxpayers do and so i get it there's no liability for you guys i'm not going to say that totally but and to me that is a problem because if there was liability for there's liability for me i'm in danger right now right if somebody comes out and with a gun and a badge and decides they don't like what i'm doing i'm in personal danger but there's no actual liability for you personally you can do whatever you want there's nobody and that's i think where the problem is is that the individuals that who are in their official capacity here who are trying to restrict rights have no liability and so we're all i can do is beg my masters to please please please have a decent conversation with me about um not restricting rights so that people like mark don't have to go and i'm gonna restrict your rights i'm here to obey the people i'm working for so i'm here to restrict your rights i'm here to obey the people i'm working for i'm here to obey the people i'm working for they're telling me there's a judgment that tells me otherwise and i'll read that and make a perfect decision but law enforcement officer uh thank you arresting people for policy no um you're a policy officer yeah you are not gonna argue with you do you think it's what would you like to do do you think it's their responsibility to tell you what our rights are do you think it's your responsibility to understand with you apparently they've been trying to serve vernon peltz this injunction against workplace harassment for christopher hale for a few months now and they can't ever find him or get a hold of him so now brandon williams is randomly handing these papers to everybody that comes in contact with him hoping that he uh eventually hands it to a vernon pelts oh i think i may know yeah i think i may have an idea yeah you're against harassment four i'm gonna go over here you have id on you sir uh no he's not that i'm gonna present to um [Music] the tucson police department this says estimated date of birth your day person no it lists you as a white male brown eyes white eyes are not brown they're hazel hazel [Laughter] alleges a single actor series of acts of harassment has been filed against you by an employer owner of the business operation benefit of employee when did i harass anybody here have you seen me harass anybody i've never seen it how about did you file a fake bar complaint against mr hale no i did not so vernon is a retired attorney he was no longer practicing but for some reason his bar card was still active and so christopher hale in retaliation for all of this filming in the courthouse filed a bar complaint against vernon since he's no longer practicing law he wasn't worried about losing his bar license he didn't want it anyways but he did fight the bar complaint just to fight the bar complaint from christopher hale and won because that would be harassment i felt like i was fresh almost as bad as i'd be in her rats right now fake guard what happens what happens if you just do an about face and leave right now well he would consider me served and throw the papers down here and i will well is that what you would do william he said yes exactly you are he said he is served he's dealing with would i'm sure he'll invite you to come into the huddle yeah yeah uh you're protecting someone else you gotta wait again he is a harasser the criminal harasser oh you can have one how dare how dare you try to hold your public servants accountable that's harassing a legend harass a legend i think trying to hold public servants accountable is definitely falls under harassment that should be that shouldn't be allowed not not in this country i think that i'm pretty sure my harassment has something to do with the video they don't even know i never said that you said you're a cop working off duty i didn't say that you have security guards that's what it means he's watching your stream you think christopher hale's ever put anything in his here and this is what i'm being prevented from doing okay and says that i'm supposed to be prohibited from doing and this says other it says see attached minute entry and i don't believe i have anything attached uh-oh so this what does this tell me let's try this again and you see if you can explain to me what i'm not supposed to do here you haven't served me with a complete order apparently i don't have the entry that tells me what i'm not supposed to do is that correct or not correct okay so then what are you serving me here just serve you the paperwork saying there's an ordinance wrapped up a piece of junk paper tell me anything oh i'm littering me something you can't tell me what i've been supposed to do and the paper that is supposed to tell me what i'm not supposed to do is not attached okay so what good is that what help me out how do i not break this order you gave me how do i what do i not do can you help me apparently you can still do what you're doing how about that oh thank you guys until the point where we tackle you thank god i can still do it that's what i mean about just following orders though instead of thinking because it had you thought and actually figured it out you'd realize you were doing something wrong because i'm here to obey the people i'm working for that's the hardest part he no no thought whatsoever about what he was doing just obeying orders i don't want to violate this injunction what am i not supposed to do don't film or you can't feel i don't know no clue what you're doing at the at the point where you feel the taser prongs go into you you know you did what you're not supposed to do until then you're fine look at that you're getting permission from everybody at the courthouse i bet that somebody could come out here and threaten and intimidate them to revoke that permission hey here's the deal you either revoke your permission or we're automatically going to find you guilty on whatever you're here for did you guys have that opinion he didn't want to read it yeah this prohibition includes photographing streaming live trainings broadcasting transmitting of any still or video footage and any form thereof this restriction is important with rule 122.1 in addition when entering tucson city court the defendant is required to advise city court that he will be recording he will that he will be recording photographing live streaming or broadcasting any image works i'm not going to do that so you must know that right now pretty sure are you going to hear that this is case number 600 and this is not nice i don't think that's the right document 19 10 19. oh this is it so to be clear it's saying that he can't record without permission at all okay for photography any individual inside any individual in psychosis before including himself oh i can't record these guys well i guess without consent yes so it's so it's no different than any it's no different than what the law already was it's not up to you you know there's some simple things that we could do to avoid it getting ugly in court you know what i mean and costing that but again it only it only costs the taxpayers money it doesn't cost the individuals who are actually doing the harm anything as a matter of fact they make money you're making money right now right you got paid to serve him right yeah he's a policy right now so not only do you not lose anything you gain mark the only the only that's what is the situation the only way to deal with him is going to be through a lawsuit he doesn't get he doesn't get it already he's already
