how long you been down here from New York three months okay you're uh you brought to miss all the bad weather they about to get real cold you working down here yes all you know you got to change it consent kind of so I'm going to request that you submit to a lawful test your breath for purposes of determining its alcohol content which is what that that instrument in there does it's an intoxilizer are you willing to uh submit to that test what happens if I don't oh well that's the next step so if you were to refuse uh which is totally your right uh I'm going to read this to you oh you've somehow manipulated it so that air is no longer traveling through um or if we can hear it like pushing out beside it you know so just don't try to J the system cuz if no I know I always tell everybody this um cuz if it comes out something like that then it constitutes a refusal which is the whole in blent thing where your license gets suspend on so okay no big deal just letting you know do you wish to talk to me we got a series of questions we want to ask you basically at the end of the day um but we have to advise you your rights CU there are incriminating questions so if you want
