right so so who owns the who owns the land that you guys are having people making people cut their grass on many many people many people it's kind of a commune type thing kind of a comm unit 50,000 residents here in Roswell cool so this is a Commonwealth Commonwealth is it is it a commune no okay private property oh it is all private well the ones we sent notices to the private really so what gives you guys uh what you say you don't own their property but you can tell them what they can and can't do on it it's city ordinance so somebody wrote it on paper all right cool you got any paper what kind of thing uh uh paper and pen sure yeah paper for me all right and you guys are city code enforcement so I go ahead and write on the kind of the paper here city code enforcement you like my that City Code Enforcement shall not to exist it's a decree there you go it's gotta go to City Council now Oh approve it okay cool so City Council is actually the ones who own everybody's land as I'm not sure about that how are you you code enforcement yes sir I know it may seem to some people that I'm all over the place but there are some simple points that I'm trying to draw out here the point that I was trying to draw up previously is nobody really actually owns any property it's all owned by these entities that we call municipalities or counties or States it used to be that if you wanted to live in a community with all kinds of arbitrary rules where your neighbors could tell you what you can and can't do on your own property you would move into a place with an HOA also known as a homeowner's association if this was the type of place that you want to live where neighbors can control each other and what they can and can't do with their property then you would look for a property that is within an HOA and it would be in your contract when you purchase the land that you will obey the HOA rules see the problem is that now cities counties and even states are writing and enforcing these arbitrary HOA like rules all over the place so there's really nowhere you can go where you can just own your own land and be free the idea that some type of corporate entity can come in and lay claim over a certain area or territory and enforce its rules on other people's property while offering them protection essentially is the Mafia model whether you want to do business with the Mafia or not and whether you want the Mafia's protection or not is irrelevant if you are within their claimed territory you will pay the dues and you will obey the rules or they will use force against you this is a democratic mafia though where you can actually vote to have your arbitrary rules forced upon your neighbor participation in this type of process makes you a thug and a criminal and if we were to actually put into words what you are truly doing by using these entities to harm your neighbor you might realize that it's actually criminal all right in all seriousness though I live down the road my neighbor's yard is trashed they got it they got like four abandoned cars out there is there any code against that where you live what's your active I don't want to give it cuz I'm live but what's there I just I again I don't want to give it some life but is there a code against all that though okay can I have you go and punish my neighbor for that then I could send them a letter yeah okay and if they don't respond ten days to two correct or correct to correct their routine vector violations yeah okay when you say down the street that way that way that way so it's almost it's almost at the edge of town I'll give it to you after I'm not alive anymore I just want to make sure so you'll give them a notice and if they don't get rid of the vehicles then you can do something violent to them for me for tea what's we file a criminal complaint in Municipal Court okay and then it goes over there and then that judge takes care of it okay so how does the judge take care of it then I mean you have to go last damn we don't have nothing to do with the Municipal Court what if he just outright refuses to remove the cars that I don't like that's not us okay so I mean at some point somebody's got to be able to do something violent to him right I hope whoa why would you do something violent to somebody to hurt somebody well that's why not he's doing stuff that I don't like between you and matter well I don't like it don't it's it violates the King's ordinance walking the the City Council came that he talked about this said you just told me that it's you just told me there's a decree that he can't have four broken down cars I said there's a city ordinance for that right I mean tomato tomahto so and you're telling me that you can't enforce that yes I told you I would I would send a letter and we go from that but I'm telling you everybody has ten days to comply I'm telling you I know this dude is a sovereign citizen he's not going to comply so in the end Roswell Police gets to send their SWAT team over there to kill him right no no so here's the irony of this situation while I'm standing here asking this guy to have somebody else do something violent to my neighbor because I don't like his actions and he's sitting here acting like I'm crazy for doing that or saying that which I am somebody is in the background calling the police to have them come over and do something violent to me because they don't like what I'm doing all right I don't know what the whole point of this is then if if I can't call on you guys to go hurt my neighbor in the end every piece of legislation is enforced by force the goal is to get your voluntary compliance so that they don't look like violent thugs hence the ten day grace period for you to fix the problem after that a fine but if you don't fix the problem and you don't pay the fine I can guarantee you that at some point force will be used against you to get what they want would you take money from him will he owe you money for having those cars there nope what if you lose in that to me it seems like it's a personal vendetta you against him well yeah of course that's what all of this is that's why I go and vote that's why I go vote I'm like you know what I don't like what my neighbor's doing come on dude so basically so but you'll write him a notice and if he doesn't respond to it within 10 days he's got to give you money at least then there's no fine there's no fine wait I said we filed a criminal complaint and it goes in Municipal Court and then it goes on from there whatever they do over there that's on them so the court will probably take money from him though as a fine right good chance yep cool hey kill him rob him whatever it is as long as he gets harmed you know that's what governments here for right that's what I doesn't know what know one way or another he's got to get harmed you know I mean you could take his hard-earned Federal Reserve notes or if he won't give them to you somebody's got to do something to him right otherwise I'll just do whatever he wants I want chaos all right that's what we're trying to avoid that's all that's like I say we sent him a letter everybody has to have ten days yeah from there he doesn't complain yeah and then they handle it from there cool and all right cool I'll go talk to Municipal Court then and see if they'll do the violent stuff for me all
