us from Georgia guardian and it shows them conducting an investigation of potentially nefarious activity at the winder Police Department in Winder Georgia he ends up being approached by some individuals who attempt to interfere with his investigation by bullying and intimidating him luckily Georgia Guardian being the professional that he is is able to de-escalate the situation and calm the bullies down um but so far so good guys um so far so good can I have your information you can't say again you can't we please back up from can I have your information sir you can't what's your you with sir sure so um I was looking for uh I forgot his name now uh Corporal Walt I think um and she says he doesn't work for the Department anymore and I was just curious if he went on to another department or if someone got tired of the way he was treating people and and put a bullet in his brain or what where what happened that caused him to leave the department was it that he was killed because people got tired of his crap or did he just move on for some other reason sir okay do you know if he's with another department at this time that we should be concerned about or did he leave policing all together do you know he left police and all together sir excellent perfect thank you sir that is that is all I needed to hear um I'm thrilled thank you so much for answering my questions uh I tell if you could tell the lady that I didn't mean to upset her I genuinely didn't um I I hope you understand there are a lot of bad cops around me what's that putting bullets on officers kind of upsets you know our dispatchers our receptionists and our other officer sir well you gotta understand it does happen and it happens especially among officers who treat the public poorly I mean in Dallas in 2016 uh five officers were mowed down because the Dallas Police Department was acting up so I I hope you understand that it's a question you know it's not a statement that's you know it's not as though I'm saying someone should but it does happen to bad cops and so you got to understand as a reporter these are questions that I need to ask I need to find out you know did he get you know did someone hey hey went on to another agency sir he did so he is still a police officer at another agency no no he went on to something other than another agency okay excellent he's out of law enforcement excellent perfect and that's good that that means that the public is safer that's all I needed to hear you know the audience is going to be happy to hear that um so I appreciate you letting me know that and and you know I I I just don't understand why why she would be upset by that question she's got to understand that these things do happen to bad cops and and it's kind of and it's quite unfair to the good cops because I mean in Dallas when five cops happens to good cops too right right and and it happens to good cops because of cops like him so I'm genuinely glad that that you know he was a stain on the underwear of your department and it seems that the other officers at your department are pretty decent um so I believe so sir and and so it's bad cops like them that get good cops hurt and so I think it's a win for all of us that he's gone right you guys get to keep looking good we don't get abused we all win right you well uh I can't answer on your definition sir but uh I'm not trespassing uh and I have every right It's My First Amendment right to record anything that I can see eyes cannot be trespassed so I can record I can film I can do anything I want to on public property okay so long sure and you took it you've seen you seem like you feel like somebody doesn't want you filming well I mean how y'all how you guys no problem how you guys walked up on me and then how you continue to to to walk up on me after I asked you you know just for my safety uh if I could take a foot back and you guys you know you walked out pretty hard like you know and then that also did I don't have to give him my name unless I've been suspected of a crime okay so I don't have to do any of that things uh I just want to be left alone and uh filmed and get the heck out of at times anyway you see you seem like you're upset about something but Georgia Guardian doesn't seem upset at all if anything Corporal Walt seems pretty upset and he seems that he's trying to get in Georgia guardian's face and trying to intimidate him and trying to antagonize him and trying to get him upset but Corporal Walt's tactics aren't working and Georgia Guardian doesn't seem upset I am perfectly fine sir seem like you have some sort of frustration with law enforcement zero that you're upset zero sir I have no weapons I have nothing illegal I have zero things on me I am just here uh exercising My First Amendment right to see if I can record in public and if y'all respect me recording in public so I mean like I said y'all walked up on me pretty strong and hard like I was breaking some type of law and asked for my ID which y'all are not going to get my ID all right we're all gonna go inside all right yes sir thank you have a good day have a good day all right you too corporate
