this video almost a year ago and it's got almost a million views since then I am gonna skim through the highlights of what happened in that video for those who either haven't seen it or don't remember get a better video if you hold it up this way then it's gonna it's gonna give you a poor quality small video there you go yeah no problem my favorite way to get pictures actually is to do a video and then take still frames within it then you you got like thousands of pictures to choose from you know what I mean yeah no problem man it's perfectly legal the film and take pictures in public places I'm glad you're exercising your right to do so yeah got a cam back from the judge I'm glad he's exercising his rights now I'm not really sure if he's allowed to actually take pictures and video from back there though since it's not accessible to the public that may be questionable he may end up getting arrested for that so I thought things were going great and I was going to be on my way out of here little did I know that cowardly Metzker went in the back and called the constable to come and have me removed from the building oh hey how are you follow me I'm sorry I need you to follow me under what law is there a law that says I can't be in here because look look there's there's case law I'm asking and I'm allowed to be in here it's a computer it allowed to be in it we ask you to leave you can't ask me to leave it sir sir I'm not I'm not doing anything illegal here so you can ask me but I can respectfully decline and I'm gonna respect you required what is your name sir what Amendment protected activity to film and take pictures in a public place yes you came you came in and created a disturbing though it's not a sir good call sir VP never process the judge is not a legislator he's not a legislator he can't make up a new law right now if you want to make a new law this number one you disturb the peace because no one you come in here and us they would beat us against law at this point I think constable Jones is on the phone with his mother and eventually and so he's not he didn't want to leave he's got the right to film and take videos who both together right that's a decent suit so he cuts the video campaign video and I lost the video he got the judge right here I was waiting for him to come out with me I was waiting for his supervisor so he contacted me and he put hands on me so now it's a now it's actually a criminal issue and so at this point what's that oh that's okay okay come on out downs we're waiting for your supervisor know if you all come out when you come out Oh what time is it it's 341 so you guys close at 4:00 it says it right there on the window no we don't pay you to close early that's yeah that's you guys are just you make up your own rules right we are in charge to you we're in charge you we the people you guys just make up your own rule that's why people like me are out here you understand and I'm glad but if you please just leave well I need him to come with me if you can tell him to come with me I'll leave with you shut up sir you should you are getting loud and belligerent you need to shut your mouth do do you believe I'm gonna try to find out try to keep it quiet try not to disturb me you create a disturbance so this wasn't the worst part of what mr. bill Metzger did later that evening he went on his Facebook page and posted a picture of me saying that I was a dangerous individual and be on the lookout for me that I came into the courthouse scared and threatened people and that it was only by prayers held in the courtroom that a crisis was averted I started receiving messages and phone calls from friends locally who were sharing this post with me I do have screen grabs of all the things that were done and said on his Facebook but all of my journalist equipment was stolen in a savage attack by officer fish from Fort Huachuca and Sierra Vista Arizona sir I'm officer Fisher can I help you I got a camera too it's kind of nice on that we're expanding cameras are great fellow to identify permission to go hands-off you're gonna be detained at this point for failure to like a let me put so right now your cameras are being confiscated so at this particular time I don't have access to those screen grabs the so-called Honorable Judge Bill Metzger's lack of integrity continued to show in the public eye in the following months seems there's a camera on everything these days even campaign signs the mayor of Sunnyvale says he installed one because his signs kept getting knocked down politics this primary has gotten passionate the latest casualty a simple sign for Jim thomp he's the mayor of Sunnyvale running for the Texas House not only is there video of this vandalism it's the person there caught on camera that found so surprising you recognize the person in this video he's very recognizable yes this is judge bill masks bill Metzger is a Dallas County justice of the peace and lives right next door to where that sign was knocked down so we went to see him a judge at his court how are you in Mesquite this news station is in the first journalists to enter his courthouse I wonder if he'll thank them for coming and ask them to leave also did you stop to the sign dome is this you in the video it doesn't look like I can't tell the beep I mean you would know if this was you would know if you did this but you knocking did you knock a sign down on that property I haven't knocked it down I've taken the signs down prior that in a place to legally this happened early Tuesday morning just before 3:00 a.m. Metzker told us his wife does support one of fops opponents mayor says he surprised you would do something like this what do you say to him I think he's a good friend this is how he treats his friends I'd hate to see how he treats his enemy why would you stop the sign down isn't that isn't that petty no not but no no not at all actually wanna I was told not to have any signs on the property but false campaign says it got signed permission from the owner and paid two hundred dollars to put it there I went back to bill Metzger's courthouse multiple times trying to talk with him about the lies that he told about me on Facebook and asking for an apology on one occasion I spent three or four hours there waiting for him to come out and see me but he would never show his face eight months later he thought it would actually be a good idea to run for re-election the only reason he won before is because he ran on a post but not this time was I independent independent you had to know that he couldn't run a campaign without me coming out and finding where he's campaigning and asking him about the lives that he told howdy [Music] good morning good morning Metzger now for eight or nine months he never wants to talk about the lies he put up on Facebook where he says that the they were praying in the courtroom and averted a crisis by prayer the crisis being a camera in the building so now he's got all of his goons out here trying to make sure that nobody can talk to him she says want you to take your BS somewhere else is this you in the video it doesn't look like I can't tell you because I mean you would know if this was you would know if you did this have you heard of mr. Metzger stomping science it looks like he may have broken his foot right next door for my aunt Deanna Metzger running for state state rep I went live so I'm doing a little intro alright guys so we're out here at the polling locations today some people have never heard of libertarians they think that that the two crazy parties the two crazy parties are the only ones in existence whether you like left tyranny or right to your knee you got left here and he over there on the right and right tyranny over here on the left but we got judge Bill Metzger out here who actually has the nerve to rerun now he's he's always won in the past because he's always run unopposed but as you can see he's he's hurt his foot and we believe that he's probably he probably hurt his foot stomping competitors campaign signs again like like right next door like he got caught doing right next door we just came out to cover libertarian I would consider myself libertarian yeah I'll tell you why we honestly came out here we had some issues with Bill when he tried to restrict our right to record and then told some lies and so I've been look stuff happens people aren't perfect okay so over the last eight months I've sought him out to apologize for line and he hides in his courtroom and he won't come talk we got this this heavyset dude I don't know where he went but he was trying to be like a bodyguard for bill like I would try to do something other than film him there he is this heavyset dude over here trying to tell people not to talk to me and there's there's bill Metzger's bodyguard boom we're gonna call him Thunder bill Metzger's bodyguard Thunder hey good how are you so I think Katina Whitfield is what so have you lost any campaign signs yet or what sad truth is I couldn't even put him up to last night for fear of losing them yeah yeah I bet only signs don't vote we'll do so but hopefully we'll see tomorrow if they're all still up yeah yeah yeah he's got a big heavy boot now I don't know if he hurt his foot stomping signs or if you put the boot on to give him more strength to stomp signs I'm not sure what it's for but it's got to have something to do with sign stomping sorry you guys we're having connection problems today I'm sorry I'm independent and I'm against all of them don't forget that last year he was stomping down his camp his opponents campaign signs I'm not for the left or the right by the way hey bill so we allowing cameras at the courthouse now so we allowing cameras at the courthouse are we still trying to pretend that cameras are dangerous to the public feel like I'm being ignored so no I just wanted to talk with as your master James I'm telling you stop for a bill a real own cameras at the courthouse yet are we still are are we still trying to hide something James why you being masked I just want to ask is that not a legitimate question I understand what the question is when I brought a camera to the courthouse he made a post on Facebook basically trying to paint me as a terrorist for coming in with a camera said I was a threat to everybody that I'm a dangerous man it's true he says it's true James are you a dangerous man are you a dangerous man the red beard may still look like a dangerous man it's true so it appears as if he's not retracting so as did not materially but bill did you want to retract that statement or did that lie or no no no sir he says no sir all right eight months later he's running again and guys I haven't been able to talk to him in eight months but I finally got to speak to him today I asked him if he wants to retract his lies and he says no sir so that's what I've been looking for for about eight or nine months he says no sir we'll add to will add to the video will cut this shorter for everybody who wants to see just the highlights and we'll add the original videos but Deanna will be in the highlights yeah he still lacks any integrity whatsoever he's still lying bill oh wow [Applause] Metzger says she likes to scare women are you scared of me am i scary Oh be quiet on your master you do what you're told what are you scared of me then I'm scary the camera I think it's the beard the beard is it just get a trim or is it the smile should I quit smiling it's pretty creepy smile is about anybody but bill bill Metzger lost his run for justice of the peace to Katina Whitfield congratulations to her and thank you for making sure that lying Bill didn't run unopposed yet again [Music] [Music] you
