special agent Eric schwalls today's date is Thursday May 27 2010 time right now is approximately 308 p.m currently located in Colquitt County Georgia on Vickers Bridge Road on Vickers Bridge um we'll be driving to the location of the decedent [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] foreign [Music] I have placed a yellow caution tape leading the direction of the decedent's body remains uh I'll be positive now at approximately 312. please read logical racks we're gonna go back over every time this time we're gonna go over everything okay okay let me ask you a couple of questions this is for the record this is for me and you okay has there been any threats coercions of income Maybe everything that you tell me is the truth right okay okay and at this point we just gonna go back over everything because at this point you've already taken this to where y'all took Sunday and um Graham's watching some questions okay okay okay man this is the same thing all right this is the same thing that John went over with you earlier that's okay um if you really just read this top part to me so I had to make sure you can read and write you know it's 5 2017 1 25 PM Tiff Sheriff's Office Kenneth Randall Thomason uh Randy is sanitary included in 12th grade now the Graham Russ which is John Edgar you met Sean special agents with the GPI they told me that I had the right for me silent that's the only thing I say can be used against me in a court of law had the right to have the right to talk to a lawyer and have him present with me while I'm being questioned I cannot afford to hire a lawyer won't be a point of represent me before any question if I wish I can decide any time to exercise these rights and not to answer any questions or make any statement understand these rights having these rights to mind I now want to talk about the death of Sunday blomberg yes I have not been threatened I have not been promised anything I have not been forced in any way to answer any questions or make any statements you understand all that if you have any questions okay she's on that Top Line okay Randy take me uh let's start at the beginning and um go back through everything once more okay it was April 22nd 2010. okay well let me ask you this when is the first time that you encounter this situation uh can you be a little more like Ed Herman mentioned anything in the past or had he told you he had mentioned that she needed to be get needed to to be gone she is her she's referring to a Sunday uh Bromberg I didn't know her last name until all this happened that's how good I know but he had said a few times that she needed to be gone and that uh you know she was calling too many problems and too much trouble um I honestly think what went ahead and and broke the straw so to speak is when the the drug dealer drug dealer or boyfriend whatever come to the house and you know they were they were doing their thing and doing drugs and that kind of stuff I really feel that's what kind of wanted to final Breaking Point you know when that was I'm not 100 certain about a gram I think that the guy whoever it is had been out there you know during that week that Herman come home you know he got home uh Thursday I believe I told and uh I think it happened sometime earlier in the week and had been going on you know for a little while from what I was told you know uh Thursday the 22nd I was at perk of course and we've been told earlier in the week that we would only work half a day that Thursday reason being is we would have to we're going to have to come in on Saturday and work half a day as well so that was the reason I got off at noon on that day Herman had called me a little before time for me to get off and I told him I was about to get off and it's in just a little bit so we'll come on out to mama's house he referring to his mother you have some and and so I went I probably got there I don't know somewhere between 12 30 and 1 o'clock I got out there we visited for a little bit we didn't mom and sister and and all that cut some cake made it enjoyed conversation really you know Harmon told me everything was perfect we don't want that one everything seemed normal Herman was a little jumpy a little you know a little edgy I I noticed now you know you're looking back Patty told you to bring anything to the house he had wanted me he told me to bring some hydrogen peroxide to him I asked him well you know what's up how come you know he said well I cut my thing but I didn't say nothing else about it after that stop by and got some and went out there maybe a little small bottle so anyway we get done you know visiting there at his mama's house you know I get in the truck with him let me ask you this sure you get to the Mama's house and get in the height of the Box though do you see his finger or I seen that it was cut you know which finger it was I want to say it was it was a right index finger well I won't say it was what kind did you did you see how bad it was or it was kind of not kind of nasty you know that's like maybe an inch long you know it started clotting up some of you know of course but he just wanted to kind of rinse it out you know and keep it from being infected you know that as far as I know that's what a peroxide was for you know okay and we left there in his little truck went over to the dub wide day where Henry lived and uh he said I got something I need I need your help with so what is it her you know what what's up I'm thinking he's talking about because I knew he and Ruby were having difficulties and my mind was thinking well he wants me to help him get some of the stuff out of here you know he's gonna go ahead and just leave we walked back there to the back where Sunday's bedroom was at was that in the far corner of the house yeah he opened the door and there she was I seen her laying there kind of you know just laying there on the floor she laying on her back or on her back she was I know I remember I remember I looked at her tummy because you could say summer time you know see if it was moving up and down when I breathing you know it never did and she was she was dead she was dead because you uh I was just incomplete total shock that that she was I mean I've been around dead folks you know funerals and what have you you know you know not like that if you see any blood yeah there was blood where was the blood in I noticed some on their own they were torso over front there and I think their son come out of my mouth and her nose um she looked at me and she looked awful terrible I remember thinking you know how could you doing that you know I mean I know what he said you know Herman says a lot of stuff you know I could not I just couldn't believe that he had done that that he had literally done that what was what was his explanation for that he was he was tired of putting up with her and she was causing too many problems and too much trouble and uh it seemed to him that was the only way it was going to happen did uh died or a killer or they told me he shot her and they had a small caliber gun ner maybe it was 22 uh it was a small caliber I think I think it was 22 he said but I don't know and then it did that didn't kill her so he told me he tried to choke her but that didn't work neither so he got a knife he told me he he stabbed her under the rib cage and cut her heart is what he said to me I'm still standing I'm still standing I went well I went there and went there in the living room set on the couch just numb and scared and shocked however the thing you could you could think about being I mean how was Hermann acting was he in the same state you were he wasn't a whole lot better than I was no he wouldn't he was kind of that same way you know he was frightened and Afraid and and he was like oh man come on you guys you got to help me you're the only one that can help me you know I want you are the only one that can help me with this I'm seeing her I just don't know that I can I don't know that I can help you he said well you got to help me man you got to help me and regretfully now I guess it was my state of mind that I was in you know I wasn't thinking I I helped let me ask you this Randy when he was telling you all the different ways he was trying to kill her did he say what kind of time frame was in there I don't recall him telling me a time frame or I think she was actually sitting on the couch when he shot her sitting on sitting on the couch I think so where did he shoot her at we shot her in the head he said did he say that's what he told me did you see him he said he said kind of right here you know I didn't really I didn't notice any of that for him I did not notice anything like she was Bloody up here because I figure okay well that's where the knife was you know that's kind of how I what I just noticed I he's saying he shot it around the around the temple area right side of her Temple or well probably been the left side the left side maybe you know you know that's just you know what I figured it was I mean I I didn't pay attention to that I mean I did right and he said that she didn't die when he shot her she didn't die right then you said he had he had left for just a short time come back he thought she would probably be dead and she wouldn't oh God he told me he told me that girl said that told him she didn't know what happened that she she couldn't hardly move and her she wanted Herman to help her so he he shot her in the head and then left and came back and she was asking him to help her help her you know get off the couch or whatever so she was she was talking to him at that point yeah that when he started choking her I think I think he must have helped her to go to the bedroom I think is what he done now I don't he didn't say he held her but she asked where she was when I seen her okay so he had to have got her there somehow and then now this makes this makes sure speculating now he said he told me he choked her but he I think probably he took whatever it was he tried to choke her with and and done it in there in in the bedroom and that it worked it didn't it didn't kill her and then he just he said we ain't got the knife and he said like a kitchen knife or he didn't say what kind of knife he just said he got by now and and you know did what he done uh it sure is but he said he said it was hard for him to do because she he had to look her in the eye while it was a stabbing her I was there agreeing with that just scared the [ __ ] out of me sure Randy that's things that normal people can't do pierce the holy [ __ ] out of me man I'm telling you that so he's he said he's looking her in the eye when he's his dad he's told me he's told me since that that she'd been a home with him and everything and I you know yeah I bet probably that'll be one way to tell it I guess I think he I think he probably regrets what he did I believe he did he does you know but he can't go back and undo it it's done yeah so you want to go back in the living room sit down and to talk about did you see any blood on the couch or the floor there's a place on the couch right there where the head kind of hit your head would be you know I'm a bloody play because I asked him what it was you know he told me what what he had did you see any blankets or pillows or anything else like that and have blood on it I didn't see none of that I did I think the couch had a a place on it you know that I think he probably cleaned up I'm sure he probably did but you guys were out there I mean yeah you know I'm sure you've probably seen part of what they say y'all can tell someone's been cleaned up or not I mean I don't know y'all y'all got all kind of stuff that you do so yeah I'll go back in the living room and basically trying to he's trying to convince you to help him and then I'm just sitting there just just in a state of of a complete shock yeah and and just numb all over from top of my head to the bottom of my feet I was just numb I couldn't hardly move I was just and I was scared you know and I'm looking for the I'm looking forward to for the deputy or something to come running or right then is what I'm looking for you know now I'm afraid because here I am he he has done this he has done this to to that girl and now then you know he he's throwing me in it okay I mean he's put me in there really and yeah yeah I think with him this ain't Fair you know I didn't ask for about all that I didn't want I didn't I didn't want nothing to do with that you know yes uh she was working at that little that little Pantry over there every once in a while I was talking get a drink over there before I you know started doing my what I was doing but when I found out she was working there I didn't go there anymore you know I didn't I didn't want nothing to do with a girl I you know because I know how what they had said about her and all that kind of stuff and I you know I quit going to that store I don't found me another one to go to when um when you went in a room what what else what the room look like was it it was a mess a mess it was a complete mess closed everywhere on the floor the bed didn't I don't think the bed had no sheets on it uh you know is she laying on top of the clothes or yeah yeah kind of you know there was there was some clothes under her and then there's parts of her that it wasn't a closed under and you know she just I guess that's where she fell at I suppose you know and you know she was kind of laying you know her legs was laid out you know and you know you just just in a complete mess just just a mess and uh oh [ __ ] this ain't something I do I don't do this kind of thing I know I don't think if he had told me or the phone what he wanted me to do I wouldn't ever went out there I flat wouldn't come and if you told me Randy I need you to come help me move this body I said well I'm sorry dude I can't do that but I was there and you just kind of here it is Randy let me let me if you don't mind if I break just a minute I like to sit back and watch folks talk yeah okay I like to do that and you've noticed I've been watching it the entire time I know you mentioned something that really really struck me as I okay when you went in there to that bedroom no it was Sunday alive no or was she deceased I think she was there because like I told was telling I watched her belly yeah because it'll move up and down when you're breathing I don't I don't think she I don't think she was alive I mean you know she was dead dead you know let me ask you this and we don't we're not partaking anybody at this point okay once you got to the house is that when Herman found her alive and he did what he did no all that was done for a while and you certain about that yes this is the other other dagger that's hitting me when you walked in there well she clothed from the waist down yeah yeah she had on some shorts were they undone were they done I think they were buttoned up I believe they was but her legs were spread yeah they were kind of spread out you know I mean I just figured it when she died it just kind of fell out I mean I ain't been around a bunch of dead folks so I don't really know but I thought that's what I thought happened you know but she had clothes on had clothes on yes sir had clothes on had clothes on house to Fair Shores and a shirt you know what what color shorts were well like I told Sean earlier I think they were they were blue jeans short type of thing but now and all this all we're taking all this in right then at that time I don't know it was just overwhelming I I can't be certain about what kind of clothing she had on it was shorts and a shirt and beyond that I'm not certain about about none of it I mean I'm really not um you know if I did I'd tell you I mean you well I'll tell you all now you know I don't know what kind it was or what really really what color or or what kind of shirt it was I mean I just know she had them on now I don't think she was wearing a bra I don't think she was doing that but you know Sometimes women don't that's right I didn't think a lot about none of that so did she say anything to you huh did you say anything to you or in your presence no I mean the girl was dead I mean you certain she was doing I'm certain she was dead I'm certain she was dead because you know harm with them kind of moving around a little bit and I didn't hear a sound come out of her or nothing I mean not one single thing you know and at that point did you or did you not see the gun in the night I didn't see never going to no knives Herman told me that he had done throw them away where again did he say he threw them to he told me he thought him in the river is what he told me he didn't say what river or what location or nothing like that just I throw them in the river what do you think that could be it well I had thought maybe out there out there like Larry but well that's not the river but you know that's water but then his mama's house it sits right there as you come up there at it and if somebody has seen him do something another somebody probably would have so and I'm not sure where the nearest location of the river is out there from where they lived at I don't I don't read I don't really know where the nearest point of the river is so so what you're saying is you don't know when he told me the river okay the river you know I I don't know you didn't say what river I didn't ask you what river I had at that time my mind was so confused and had all this stuff in my head you know all everything I've seen and and what he said and all that I is completely overwhelmed I didn't I didn't you know they said I was never say play in the river he throwed them in the river so you know I so at that point what do y'all do you're at the house well we're at the house and you know he said I think the best thing to do would be to spread just their plastic out big old plastic it was clear okay and and and and Center on that and then we'll we'll roll it up in a blanket throw everything of plastic and everything in a blanket so roll everything in the blanket the plastic in the body and everything yeah okay so that's What's your deal and that's that's that's what what happened then then we we toted her out and put her on the back of the truck his truck is this out the front door or out the front door you wouldn't worry about anybody seeing her well I was you know well it's not that I didn't care I mean I don't know he cared if he didn't care but he said this is what we got to do and let's see right there in the front there was this big old tree that kind of kind of blocked across the road neighbor from seeing anything and probably if anybody seen anything it would be them so what what drug do you use his truck is a little Ranger his truck I've left mine at I left mine and his mama's house and made the the situation where the trucks are here are you driving one of his old trucks now yeah I am it well it determines old truck see what happened there's there's the thing originally the ranger was mine okay I'm the one that went and got it With a Little Help from from you know another friend and uh he signed with me to get it okay I drove it probably for six months or something like that and uh I'm beginning to get a little behind on the payment and so I told I told Darren I said well you know maybe we should just sell the truck and Herman was kind of wanting my new truck at the time that was a good little truck it had it had hardly half 50 000 miles on it and uh he said he would take it take out the payments on it and so you know we just I said that's great you know and I give him the keys to it and he'd give me the keys to the little Chevy you know that I'm buying from him it's that black Chevrolet out here in the parking lot stay outside and uh and that's obviously if I've been paying him for it you know so and I got who is that vehicle registered to the registered to Herman the black the Chevrolet no the the one oh it's actually registered to DARE and that's one of one of our good friends y'all talking to him you know it's registered to him actually did Herman do anything with the license plates as far as I know he did so y'all get Sunday in the back of the truck take me from there okay well we left there he don't know exactly where where he wants to to go he don't he don't have a clue he talked about different places and and all you know I'm just saying well you know uh whatever you know I guess well we ended up out there where where we finally did he knew that was a place out there he told me they're right there on that point you know where the overpass is and and all and you can go down there and fish and what have you that uh a lot of people go there and just just to kind of get away from everything I think we'll go there to they want to do a little drugs that's where they can do it at and not get caught you know they just want to be alone you know that's a good place to go now I'd never been there I said well you know it's one of your places you go to yeah sometimes they'll come out here all right anyway we went back up in there and and put the body back down to where y'all y'all find it at what we did too earlier uh yeah where we just come from yeah and uh so you know and that that was pretty much it it was very difficult for me to be to help it because I had an adult cast thing on my leg so it was very difficult for me to get through much of them [ __ ] did y'all stop anywhere from Herman's house to that point no we didn't stop anywhere else right there and what do you come back into town at Linux they stop at a Dollar General well hang on on the way from Herman's house where we found her at the day did he call anybody or no he didn't call anybody on the phone he didn't talk to anybody on the telephone um was a telephone ring in no nobody called him uh my phone didn't ring because that's not unusual I mean I mean yeah a little day like that and I don't get a whole bunch of telephone calls so you know but they want no phone conversation going on I went there and we we put put put her body out and uh did he drive the truck right up to the right he went out there and turned around and also was headed back out and we took her off the back of the truck of course and walked up in there and then that's where we're sure what about the plastic in the car took her out of that when we got her back there he pulled out off of her and he said he was going to burn that and I wasn't prison when he did but when he was when y'all enrolled the plastic in the blanket what was she still clothed yeah what what did you see then was she same thing I saw whenever was at the house there well you know uh I sing the same amount of blood really uh of course you know our biles had released and all that that's what happens when you die at home or that's what they tell me and uh and it smelled God awful of course so she had feces over yeah and uh and we put her back there and we left we left like I say he stopped there at Lennox had a little Dollar General and bought him a drink and I think some chips or something or other and uh we went back to wait back to his mama's house so I can get my truck I thought if I had to go that you know I I I had to leave he can stay for the party sir did you stay for the party you went back the next after the party room Saturday night okay Saturday night was the party I went out there I went out there just did and I was kind of nervous kind of you know you got this thing hanging over your head you know big cloud even if if you ain't told nobody about it it's there you know and you're having to deal with it the best way you can and so I went you know we eat hamburgers and all that and had some more cake you know I left there probably about 10 o'clock and I come home partly partly because uh I didn't want to get caught by the rain storm you know I didn't drain no alcohol that night either but also because I I had to get away from Herman before I then because I was still I was still really upset what what did you and Herman talk about on the way back to the house he told me you don't worry about things that you know if it comes to it I'll take all the blame and uh you know how you out and I'll go down by myself is what he told me excuse me can I have that bottle of water you sure can that's what he told me and I've asked him up other times since then because man it's been on my mind and I said you know how's this going to happen I said what if what if they didn't find her you know and and through evidence or forensics whatever however they do it you know they find out that that you was involved and uh and say they pick you up and they want to know well how did you how did you move her oh I mean what are you gonna say you did it by yourself we'll say that that you have the helper I mean what is no I'll tell I didn't know about myself well okay you know still felt bad about it half the whole time this man eating me up inside um like like I told y'all earlier in the car going to church these last few weeks has been kind of I mean I've enjoyed going and everything and but I knew that there was something wrong you know that I did so I did wrong and you know God you got to come clean you gotta you know tell what's what you did wrong and all that so in a way it's kind of a blessing I guess I got it off my chest do you feel relieved I feel some relief yes I still feel a little upset you know at that Herman's really going to go down and everything I know I know this will happen you feel upset about Herman going down you don't feel upset that he got you involved in this well I'm upset he got me involved in it I do but I also feel bad for him too why is that because he's your friend he's my he's my buddy did he do wrong he done wrong he did Big Time wrong right he did Big wrong he got me involved in it it's because of him you know all this not that my part was in it but a part of it does still feel bad for him and you love them I understand that and that's that's that's understandable was anybody else involved in this oh sure it was just the two of us did he say anybody helped him he didn't say he said he did it himself that's what he told me why did he say he did it he said that he just reached the point where he couldn't take it no more just called him way too many problems having you know way too much go on she's bringing in people there to the house that he didn't want around there and then of course Ruby didn't want to win either how's that baby was there and you know he had to do something he had to had to to do something to get rid of her did you ask him why he didn't just kick her out the house or about it also you know her mama just tell her she can't live there no more but she and she'll have to leave by herself because you ain't gonna let that baby go he said well you know we could do that but they'd get the law involved and she'd get the child anyway which she would oh she is the mama he said he had taught us some law enforcement people and they told him that that basically at that point there wasn't a lot they could do you know I mean he said he had talked to some people he didn't say who which has far as the law was concerned do they do they have to know that I'm the one that have y'all find her or anything sir ATF how to enacted some of this due to the firearms so I mean we don't get involved really in the states I mean what's going on I I can I I know these guys and I do not think that when I was just asking I mean you know Discovery happens you know that you've been in this this field before but um I would just ask on a big street oh yeah yeah no no no it's not going to be no in my uh 11 and a half years from gbi we never you know call them I guess you'd say w i don't even watch TV but waob or whatever say hey look you know I mean of course every new story is about I'm sure she found right but no sir ain't nobody in the business to oh I just don't want my name is you know if I can if that could be I'm not somebody lost to have a picture took anyway well like regardless I I don't like my picture being photographed I'm the same way you know I hate it okay I was just asking him you know what what's the chance of my name not getting mentioned to their to her parents sisters and all that I mean let me always tell you this and I don't sugarcoat anything you know I've been honestly everything's open record they can get a copy of the case report and you can bet your sweet but you're in the case report I want to do that because you're very detrimental you have helped us a lot um detrimental that don't sound good important you're important in the case oh that thing come on while you was gone I did I didn't bother with it I just finished here why don't you continue with what you were talking about okay act like I was saying I mean I feel bad about what happened I truly do in my heart I knew it wasn't right I knew it was wrong about as wrong as it as anything can be I think I think really my involvement with it he's pretty much you know right there at the time it's thrown on me you know and just just the Instinct I guess I don't understand it myself really too much whatever it was and I helped him do that you'd have to do what take that body off you know to go take it where we you know I showed y'all it was and you did show us where she was at yeah I very much regret my actions on that yeah have you talked to Gary and uh privileged about this I haven't talked to him about it I did because he didn't know nothing about it as far as I knew he uh had no involvement he uh did Herman ever mentioned about talking Darian well if they talk to each other about every day but he said he ain't telling nothing about all this he said he didn't set up to me about all this you know going on yeah because it wouldn't be it wouldn't be you know no reason to tell him you know he wouldn't think that is that Herman's best friend they are their best friends I used to actually be Ken a little bit through marriage they still consider each other cousins but uh let me ask you this your gut feeling again we talked about you're not ignorant you know what time it is you got a best friend and y'all been best friends for a while cousins even do you not think he's gonna not gonna tell him has he told you that he told Darren he didn't tell me he ain't said nothing to me about him telling Darren because Darren or gave you the feeling that Herman's told him well I know that that he's been questioned during this I know this uh and he was he told me he said he could understand why in the world they want to question him he said you know whatever might have happened is I know they're looking at Herman pretty hard you know he says I had nothing to do with it and I had no knowledge of any of that and Darren has told me that you know did he ever tell you anything like don't worry about it Randy I'm not going to say anything anything that I've been told I don't know he ain't never told me nothing like that I mean because he didn't have no nothing to do with it I mean why I mean he could tell me something like that do you think Ruby knows about this I think really highly suspects I think Ruby has has a feeling that that Herman has has done this I don't know that for a fact that she knows I mean I don't but her was like she was there when it's happened no it really wasn't there she was at work at the flower shop okay so so that's what he told you yeah and I figured she probably was yeah she works every day up there so I had got no reason to not believe that that's where she wasn't was at you know I did such a big mess have you told us everything about this I've told y'all all that I know All That I Can Say for a fact I I am told let me ask you this just covering the p's and q's if you will everything you've told us Randy is it the truth yes it's the truth has anybody forced you to tell us this no yelling for me to say no are you saying it because you want to get it off your chest I need to get off my chest I've been feeling guilty as hell it's been on me for all these weeks that he's been it's made I've I've not really been myself you know I've tried to be myself but you got something this big on your conscience and it hurts on your heart it hurts you it's very difficult let me ask you a big question and I know the answer to it or at least I hope I do are you sorry this happened yes I'm sorry it happened I know like I said earlier I if he had told me on the phone this is what he wanted me to come help him do I want to win I would not have come now when you got there to the house what could you have done the I could have told him I wasn't gonna do it I reckon you know I should say no man I ain't doing all that and then when the investigators came to begin with and talk to you about it what could you have done I better come clean then I realize all this now someone I do I know you do and I know you do but see I like to hear some sincerity and in this being sincere from your heart but I want to also feel it I want to feel it from you because yeah there was some ugly that was done here ugly I'm talking about some ugliness you know could you imagine shooting somebody for one thing then coming back and realizing that she's still alive asking for help and then stabbing them I'll think about that and that and that what Herman told you he said that's what happened they said that that's what that's what happened you know um by this time you know we're in the truck going to to get rid of the body and I'm thinking my God how can you know how could you have done something like that and then the girl asking you to help her you know she didn't know she had been shot I don't reckon you know by the way he said she was asking me for help was he laughing when he was telling me this oh no he wasn't laughing he was very serious it was very serious when he was talking to me about all this and you you said you think he walked her into the bedroom I think probably he did but he had to get there some way as I said he she was on the couch when he shot her you know but he he shoots her yeah and then you think he he leaves he said he left and then he comes back comes back and she's asked she's begging him for help yeah and he and you you said you think that he walked her into the bedroom I think he did yes sir and then he tried to choke her and kill her that didn't work because that's what he told me and then he went back and got a knife that's what he told me happened you know I mean that's what he said to me that he done and uh I remember thinking now damn that's pretty damn crucial you know I mean that's Randy that's the worst thing I've ever heard of that I mean that's awful it's terrible you know I mean thinking about it now if you shot already come back and she was still alive and everything yeah can he just take her to the hospital you know there have been questioned about her getting shot it was a bullet oh there I know there was you know but you know whatever would have happened would have happened but she wasn't dead at that time do you know that did you see her alive I know that went out that day I didn't know like I said when I got there you know looked in that bedroom there she laid and I stood there for a few a little bit trying to see if she was a breather or not you know because I mean I mean she had blood all over and all that kind of stuff I was trying to see if she was alive and you noticed no breathing no breathing whatsoever no respiration no living I can tell I mean I you can smell it was he done did you know I feel I feel so bad about it all I mean sure I had thoughts of you know I wish somebody gonna leave me alone and not bother me no more I ain't gonna kill nobody I don't think a guy need me I really don't unless it was just alive or death kind of thing you know you know really that's how most human beings are I ain't gonna hurt nobody like that I ain't gonna do it when I work over at that jail the only bad words I ever had he knew me inmates they just kept on you wouldn't do right you know and then you just kept on kept on kept on and then I'd have to holler at them or something you know a couple times it escalated into a fight and they they were coming after me so I defended myself I've done that but after it's over with I was hoping it wasn't hurt too bad Randy did Herman say anything about Isabel during this time no not during that time she didn't know he didn't say anything about Izzy now you know before he had said it you know they would really love to get custody of that baby so that you know she'd have a stable home is that what you were saying earlier basically is that's why he couldn't kick her out yeah yeah because he knew that if he did they should take that child with her so God knows where so you know of course I think about it I wouldn't want that to happen either I got one question you know one question okay when y'all left the house what did y'all do with her pocketbook and cell phone I didn't ever see your pocketbook cell phone I never see anything like that we left there with her body but I didn't say any of that other stuff just pocketbooks you know telephone and all that no I didn't say nothing ever y'all ever look in her pumpkins or no no I I touched her the least amount as possible I didn't I mean it still kind of gives me a the chills thinking about it all when you when you lift it onto the plastic was she cold then warm at all are they warmth in her body completely cold she was cold she was cold what about rigor mortis you know what that is when you bought a step what's up I guess it hadn't set in yet you know so yeah if you wouldn't steal oh I'm stiff as Herman talked about anything since then about cleaning up the house for what it did with the tarps and all that kind of stuff well they said it was going to burn all that I wasn't present when he did but he said he was going to burn it and I'm pretty sure he probably did um he had said he went there and cleaned it up best he could in the bedroom try to make it all the all the blood and whatever you know tried to clean it all up when you were in her bedroom did you see any needles or I really did my mind was in such a State of Shock all I seen was her I mean really that I seen her laying there yeah tunnel vision yeah basically I mean I wasn't noticing what was around or really I knew the room was a mess I know that but as far as any details or any thing I I don't remember really shitty suitcases or anything I didn't notice any suitcases no what is what does Herman said about our investigation investigation ever I won't tell you it's on the colorful language that he used to see because I just don't think it's necessary to say that about that well about the investigation and the gbi law enforcement in general I don't see any reason in repeating them he doesn't have a very high opinion law enforcement right now we don't know uh has he ever said anything ever been worried about I think they're getting close or no he hadn't said that he ain't said that now he's worried he's concerned I mean you know I can I can see that any you know he's very very concerned about the whole thing was he confident that he wasn't going to get caught or no he got a lot of confidence about that he really don't I think he's expecting to get caught you know at some point well now he is you know he hadn't said now I'm going to get away with it or nothing like that he said he said he said that to me I probably told him he was a fool if he did had told me that brand is there anything that we haven't asked you about that you feel you need to share with us or maybe we should have asked about I've been I've been trying to think some of the time I've been in here about anything I ain't told as far as I can as far as I can think of I have pretty well said everything that I know that's factual that I know for a fact I mean I can't tell you you know something that I didn't see or with is or nothing like that and don't expect you to and I told you what I know you yes okay and you're correct you took us directly there and yes I was a corpse there or at least a skeleton um again is anybody forced you to tell us or take us anywhere no sir y'all ain't never been good to you yeah none of y'alls made any threats towards me or or any tried to coerce me or nothing like that this is coming from where it's kind of from my heart from your heart you know it feels a little better but you know like I say I'm still a little nervous though I understand you all I understand one more question right sure did Herman ever say anything about the family coming up but he said days are coming up to hunt for you know he said that he let him use his four-wheelers you know to help in the search he's told me that that they were you know really really looking for them around the area where they close Thursday to my daughter and never got out there as far as I know I think I don't think nobody knewed anything about that's where she was at yes or is law enforcement people you know I don't think they did um I'm sure you nobody knew where it was at except for yo I mean yeah we didn't know where it was that we were young he said he is offered to help search for that they taught him a no that they didn't want him nowhere around you know blood's kind of bad between between him and and Earl family because they suspected too yeah of course you all know that
