an opportunity to talk to you about this median pedestrian ordinance it's really not an anti-pan handling ordinance that would be inappropriate that's illegal the primary goal behind this uh for me is safety our medians are not pedestrian friendly some of these medians have cacti plants trees some that are not user friendly if you run into them walk into them stumble upon them oh who put that tree there oh my gosh they should make a rule that you can't be in this median so you don't accidentally stumble upon a tree oh gosh I'm going be feeling that one for weeks cacti plants trees not um user friendly if you run into them walk into them stumble upon them it's really not an anti-an handling ordinance that would be inappropriate that's illegal the primary goal behind this uh for me is safety examples of some uh signage that would be allowed there's the letter of the law and then there's the intent of the law you know I don't like weeds and our median so if the mayor happened to be in a median pulling some weeds which I have done before I will not get arrested no you will not be M thank so there's like no exception at all no especially with the town employees that and they that's what their job for maintenance and and streets and stuff like that so okay so if the mayor were out there picking weeds you guys you guys would tell him too you force it on him right the mayor probably wouldn't be out there doing that so he wouldn't no no you know I don't like weeds and our median so if the mayor happened to be in a median pulling some weeds which I have done before the mayor probably wouldn't be out there doing that so he wouldn't no no I will not get arrested no you will not be M thank you
