right I'm a police officer this is the police station right so I don't doesn't apply to me oh the law doesn't apply to you that lock is not Oh that's there are people at war with this country they're not international terrorists they are seemingly ordinary people just like unique but they don't recognize the government's authority to impose law no it doesn't affect me oh the law doesn't apply that law is not oh they're known as sovereign citizens the thin blue line flag a tyranny shirt is finally available the link to purchase is in the description so head over there and order today this design is available on all different styles of shirts and hoodies hey what's up everybody its James Freeman out here at the city of Prescott City Hall no deadly weapons allowed no pets allowed and okay I'm good thanks so when I was in Sarita Arizona I did a live stream in a DUI checkpoint where the officers were shining their lights inside of every window in every car and peering inside of people's cars I asked on the live stream if people felt that this was normal behavior for anyone to look inside of anyone elses car so I pointed out at the time that I bet that if I were to do the same thing to police that they would consider it inappropriate so here I am three weeks later trying it out on Prescott police I've already been spotted by a city worker looking into the windows of this car and he seems upset about it he's in a vehicle up ahead there he stopped he's looking back oh come here nah what's that I don't want to say at this point he's already calling the police at the police station and it will take over 20 minutes for them to find me I guess that means just snitch calling one eight hundred nine three two three two three two snitch there's too much glare you can't even see [Music] deadly weapons prohibited maybe subject to video and audio recording at any time a whole bunch of law violators this place is clearly full of sovereign citizens who just don't think the laws apply to them the sign on the door couldn't be more clear that deadly weapons are not allowed inside yet all of these guys are open carrying the thing about gun-free zones is they don't exist because criminals don't obey laws a gun-free zone is only gun free for the good guys hey did you see the sign on the front door sorry did you see the sign on the front door look front door out what sign right there it said no deadly weapons allowed was it mean that means you can't come in here with a gun okay okay screwdriver I'm sorry screwdriver anything that's a deadly weapon so fist maybe I'm sorry so would a fist be considered anything that's considered a deadly weapon okay I'm just trying to figure out what specifically might be considered a deadly weapon right there's there's a statue okay Venera arizona revised statute gives you a definition okay force okay okay cool so firearm is a deadly weapon then under that statute is everything a nurse you've got one on you I don't know police officer this is the police station right so I don't doesn't apply to me oh the law doesn't apply to you that block is not oh there are people at war with this country that are not international terrorists they are seemingly ordinary people just like you and me but they don't recognize the government's authority to impose laws on them doesn't apply to me oh the law doesn't apply to you that walk is not oh they're known as sovereign citizens their beliefs may sound so out there that they appear comical or crazy I don't know police station oh the law doesn't apply to you that law does not but don't discount or ignore these people the college they are willing to kill and be killed for these beliefs okay so there's different sets of laws for the people and the government is like okay would be allowed to carry so cool so the laws are not applied come on in yeah I appreciate it man you got everything I need Thanks tyranny is defined as that which is legal for the government but illegal for the citizenry Thomas Jefferson all right pursuant to a RS 13 - 3102 13 - 30 102 we'll see what that is what that says so I looked up this statute apparently it applies to just about any law that's broken involving a deadly weapon the only thing that I could find in there that might pertain to this particular situation is that if you are asked in a public place to remove your firearm that you have to do so now I really don't even comprehend this how another man has the right to walk up and tell you hey you don't have the right to self-defense in this place but I do maybe somebody who understands masters legislation a little bit better can help explain exactly what this legislation is and what it really means and if the police can even disarm you in the police department pursuant to this statute so I've been inside of the police department now I've spoken with police officers in there and at the same time there are officers who have been scouring the outside of these buildings looking for me for almost 30 minutes now finally one of them finds me here I'm saying I've got him right over here so I turn around and follow him I thought about pulling a bow and turning and running away right at this point but then decided against it recording you can't stop yeah going on I just told you I like to what's your name officer Kennedy are you from here No when I see the second officer briskly walking towards me I turn on the backup camera and use the phone to go live Hey by was trying to contact his supervisor to figure out what to do with me his supervisor wouldn't answer the phone and he didn't want to be a YouTube star so he turned right around and left good choice officer if you would like to contact the Prescott Arizona Police Department to ask them why they want to disarm good people leaving them completely helpless inside of the police department I will leave the contact information in the description and in the comments thanks for watching and we'll see you next time
