okay same thing as before I tip of my finger right here I want you to fall with your eyes and just your eyes don't move your head at all okay tip of my finger all right keep your head nice and still right in the center okay there you go all right I'm gonna be perform a couple other tests uh would you be able to do that just like make sure you're safe to drive like why though right but that's fine because you smell like alcohol how my friend was drunk at her boyfriend's and they broke up like I don't know all right well I still like to have you perform a couple tests so you can't make yourself yeah yeah do you have any medical conditions injuries or limitations um I have um antibiotics for like antidepressant bipolar have you taken those medications today um I took those late last night but I just feel like tired what did you take Mirtazapine that's it well I took it at two this morning like 24 hours ago almost almost yeah yeah I don't know I just like that's like the only like weapons I just like worked at double today so where do you work on it um I work at an electric company first class electric and then I work at a restaurant to start on my first day today next is Brewery okay um I still like have you perform a couple tests would you be able to do that okay all right so besides the antidepressants uh any other medical conditions okay let's uh let's go right up here foreign [Music] test basically we just walk on this line um you feel comfortable walking in those shoes on this line um yeah okay so what I have to do is put your left foot on the line and then your right foot directly in front so the toes touch in the heel there you go just like that then you're not you're not going to walk it so go ahead and back in that position all I want you to do is just stand in this position right here okay your right foot in front of your left so put your right foot plenty lift there you go now put your hands around to your side so touching your sights plat along your sides like this there you go just like that okay I'm gonna explain and demonstrate this test but I want you to stay in that position don't move until you take it again you understand so far yeah when I tell you to begin I want you to take nine Heel To Toe steps going down this line you'll do a turn which I'll describe manage the moment and you'll take nine kill the toe steps coming back on the line one foot touches the toe or the other during the test I want you to keep your hands in arms at your sides the entire time start touching your sides like they are now look down at your feet the entire time and count each step out loud all right I'm gonna demonstrate the test okay I'm gonna go this way but when you do it you stay on that white line okay when I tell you to begin it'll look like this one two three I took three steps you're gonna go all the way to nine once you get to your ninth step leave your front foot on the ground take a series of steps turning yourself around I'm gonna come back on that white line one two three again I took three sets the strand of all the way to nine once you start the test don't stop until you finish the test all right do you have any questions about the test now all right [Music] go this way one two three four all right six seven eight okay like this and down to your sides or touching your sides and just stay in that position okay don't really tell you to begin all right you understand so far all right when I tell you begin you're gonna lift up one foot off the ground your choice right or left you can lift it six inches off the ground which is about this High Point your toe forward keep both your legs straight look down at your elevated foot and count out loud one thousand one one thousand two one thousand three you know keep counting that man until I tell you to stop make sure your hands and arms are touching your sides the entire time so I counted 1003 but you'll just keep kind of amount of time for you to stop okay do you have any questions do you understand the test yes all right man go ahead and begin 2003 1005 2017 wait sorry six one thousand seven figures nine Thousand Eleven one thousand twelve one thousand thirteen I'd like that's right go ahead and pick it up 2014. all right you can stop so you didn't do that great on those tests I have in my car what's called a preliminary breath test it just measures your breath alcohol concentration okay would you go into a provider breast sample into that it doesn't matter it doesn't measure anything else besides alcohol okay okay [Applause] go ahead and stand right there on the sidewalk okay together and hands it on to your sides and just do like that okay so see the straw here at the end what you do is you wrap your lips on the end and then blow out like you're blowing up a balloon okay that'll be a heart continuous but I'll tell you when to stop okay good keep going keep going what's up we're taking my friend Kylie home [Music] after that I was going to
