How old are you, Cheryl? >> 51. >> 51. Okay. And your husband inside, right? >> Okay. Tell me what happened this evening. >> Just start with just start with where where were you before you saw him? I came home from work. >> At what time? I >> think >> it was like 5:30, something like that, cuz I had to go make some stops in Newton. >> Uh-huh. >> He was out in the shop. His son was here. They were out working on his pan head. >> Where you work, Cheryl? >> Pe fet. >> Huh? >> Peet. What do you do there? >> I'm a team patient access team lead now. >> Okay. I've been there for 27 years. >> So, you got home about 5:30, right? >> I got home about 5:30. He was in the shop. >> Okay. And then what happened? >> He and I have not really talked since yesterday. >> Are y'all fighting? We had a disagreement. He came home while I was on the porch yesterday, took his bike and loaded off and went away. And he didn't come home till after sometime after midnight. I don't know when. >> Last night >> and I had my gun on the nightstand because I was here by myself. Both the kids have moved out and I'm here by myself. And I don't even know if we have a key to these doors. He doesn't believe in locking doors. And >> you don't keep this door locked at all? >> No, not at all. He He said it there's He doesn't believe in it. So, I don't even know where the keys are. I don't even know if we have it key to the house. >> We just got the house back from his ex-wife 2 and 1/2 years ago. Not even two and a half years ago. [snorts] >> I'm sorry. I have dry mouth syndrome and um >> my lips are sticking to my teeth. Do you need a glass of water or something? >> Please, >> please. >> So, we were going to talk tonight, >> but he stayed out on the street. >> What we disagreeing about? We were disagreeing about something yesterday that had occurred that has occurred before >> or so with somebody else. Somebody else involved. >> Not particularly. Okay. >> Um, >> so we hadn't talked. We didn't talk. >> He was asleep this morning when I left for work. >> Were you all in the same bed or separate room? >> We were in the same bed. >> Okay. And you left at 6:00 this morning? >> I left at 6:30 this morning. >> 6:30. >> So, I had to open the women's imaging center. >> Okay. and he was asleep. >> And he was still asleep. We didn't talk all day. And he sent me a text at 3:00 and told me he was ready to talk. And I told him I wasn't sure if I was and that I'd be home when I got home. Maybe we could talk. Then he stayed out in the shop. When I got home, I came in. I drank several angry orchards. >> What time did you come in? >> About 5:30. >> You came in back into the Oh, you came in from >> I came home from work at about 5:30. I didn't see him. I didn't see him when I got home. I heard him and the music playing out there. >> I got you. >> And his son was here and his son came in and asked or came to the garage and asked me to put the wild turkey back in the freezer because he had asked for a shot and couldn't find the glass. So, I put the wild turkey back in the freezer. I put the groceries up. I went out and I got an angry orchard and I sat on the back porch. I always sit on the back porch every day because I'm in a mask for 24 or for eight hours a day and I always sit out there and have a few beers. I have a few Captain Morgans and D Dr. Pepper or Angry Orchard is what I had tonight. I had those. >> He was still out in the shop. I decided I needed to go to bed because I have to open tomorrow. And I went in and I took my medicine. >> What time? >> I don't even know what time it was when I took it. >> Well, what time did you go to bed? >> Probably about 6:30 7:00 is when I got into bed. I took probably took the medicine about 6:30 cuz I brushed my teeth. I took my medicine and I brushed my teeth and then I got in the bed. >> What kind of medicine you take? >> I take clonopin and I took a feneran. And >> what are you taking for? >> The feneran I take for my migraines. And I took my progesterone which is my hormones. What do you take the clonopin for? >> The clonopin I I take because I can't sleep through the night >> and it helps me go to sleep. I can't I can't turn my brain off so it helps me go to sleep. I took that and I got in the bed and I turned the TV on because I was in there by myself and I when I'm by myself, I feel better with the TV on. He was still out here. I fell asleep and then I heard somebody come in the door yelling and I just reached over on my nightstand and grabbed my gun because that was the only thing I knew to do. >> You know what time that was? >> I have no idea. >> So you grabbed a gun and then what? I shot twice and I figured out it was him after I shot him and he told me I had shot him. >> Did you see him? >> The bedroom door was No, the bedroom door was closed. I had blackout curtains on the windows >> on No. >> Was the TV still on at that point? >> The TV was still on, but I couldn't >> All the other The doors were closed. I have blackout curtains on the windows because of my migraines. And I I was >> So you were Were you in the bed? >> I was in the bed. >> And where was he? >> He was in the doorway. >> He was standing in the doorway. >> He was standing in the doorway. >> So that door was open, right? >> No, it wasn't. It was closed when I went to bed. >> But I'm saying it was open. >> It was swung open. >> Okay. >> And that I mean I didn't know what else to do. I just grabbed the gun like he's always told me to. [snorts] >> And then what happened after that? He said you he what did he say? He said you >> I shot the gun twice and the second time he said I shot him. And I realized it was him when I heard him speak. And I grabbed the towels and and and tried to figure out where he where I shot him. And then I called 911 and they told me to put the towels where it was. I couldn't see where it came out anywhere. So I l did I put pressure on it like they told me to and they told me that if it got too full of blood to put another towel on it. So I grabbed another towel and put it on it. He was breathing. He was he he he needed a test tube. I know that he was breathing, but I told them to hurry when they got here. I told him he needed a chest tube because he was it was he was stuck in his lung and and he was talking to me and he was he was talking to me when they came in. >> What was he saying? What happened? He told me to take my hand off his back and keep putting pressure because if it hurt being on his back. So I took my hand off his back and I kept putting pressure on the on the hole. >> Was there anybody else here at that time? Are you sure there's nobody else besides the two? >> It was just the two of us. His son had left a while back. He he I heard his truck leave, but I was still out on the back porch and he was still up in the shop. When I got up to go in into the bedroom, he was still up in the shop. >> But your son left before you went to bed. >> His son left. >> His son left >> before I went to bed. >> Okay. What's his name? >> Levi Co. >> Levi Co. You have a phone number for him? >> Not without my phone. I don't [snorts] >> I don't have the phone number for anybody without my phone. >> So, do you take any illegal drugs? >> No. >> Okay. No. >> Marijuana? >> No. >> Heroin? >> No. Absolutely not. I work for the hospital. >> Okay. If I don't have a prescription for it, I don't take it. [snorts] >> Now, when y'all were having a disagreement, did it get physical? >> No, it was all by text message. We never even saw each other. So, when's the last time that you all actually physically talked to each other? >> Yesterday around 10:30. >> 10:30 at night. >> No, 10:30 in the morning. >> All right. Yesterday at 10:30 a.m. You weren't at work. >> I was on my way from the rehab center at Pinewood to the women's imaging center and I called him in between. >> Okay. So you talked on the phone >> and told him that I really didn't have a lot of time to talk and that I was headed to the women's imaging center which stays really busy and then I mean and everything was okay when we talked but then through text message things went long and we got into an argument through text message. I never talked to him. He wouldn't answer me. He wouldn't he wouldn't call me. He wouldn't tell me where he was going. He just said he needed time to cool off. And I sat on on the back porch and listened to him load his pan head up on his son's truck and take it off. And I assumed he was either going to his friend's arts or his friend Steve's. And I asked him to wait until after 9:00 to come home so that I would be in bed asleep since he didn't want to talk to me. >> Now, have there been other nights where you would go to bed before he would come to bed? >> No. We always went to bed together. >> Always. >> Unless we were unless there was an argument, we always went to bed together. >> Okay. So, say y'all had an argument prior to this one. You went to bed and he would come in right after you'd already been asleep. >> Either that or I would go to bed in in the spare bedroom. >> Okay. But had there ever been an other time where he would come in the bedroom and go to sleep when you had already been asleep? >> Only last night. And I had taken my client and I had taken cough medicine with coding in it because ever since I had the second cough the second co shot I've had a dry cough at in the middle of the night. So I to but I didn't take that tonight. I took it last night but and I was found asleep whenever he got home. I opened a text message this morning telling me that his bike was broke down at his friend Steve's and he was trying to get it running. I woke up this morning and he was in the bed and I got up and got ready for work and I left him alone. He's self-employed so I just left him alone. I had to leave at 6:30 and He usually wakes up at 6:30. Since we weren't talking and he hadn't had anything to say to me, I didn't wake him up. I went I assumed that the driveway alarm would go off and wake him wake him up. I left him hot coffee on in the coffee maker and everything where it needed to be. His clothes, his his socks, his shoes, everything was where it needed to be for him. >> What time do you normally go to bed? >> Normally between 8:30 and 9:00. And we usually go to bed together because we've been on the couch watching TV and we just get up and go to bed together because he sometimes we'll get up and go to the gym. Sometimes he won't, but we always go to bed together and we always go to bed locked in together up against each other. And when he moves, I move. I don't even know it. But we just sleep on one side of a king-size bed. >> What size bed do you sleep on, Cheryl? >> I sleep on the left side of the bed. He sleeps on the right side of the bed. >> On the left side as you're laying it or as you're looking at it. >> If you're looking at it, it's the right side. >> Okay. >> And where is the gun normally kept? >> On my nightstand or in the drawer of my nightstand? Where was it today? >> On my nightstand because I had was here alone last night and I put it on the nightstand since I was here alone and it was late and I didn't move it when I left this morning. >> So you put it on there last night. It stayed there all day. Yes. Today. >> Who's it registered to? >> He bought it for me. So I assume it's registered to him. And then he made me go get my concealed carry permit so that I could carry it, but I can't carry it to work. >> What kind of gun is it? >> It's a 9 mm. >> Have you practiced with it? >> Yes. He's had he's had me out in the back practicing with it with it stuck into a thing that is like a rifle up against my shoulder and directing me when to reacquire my sight and so that I would hit the target. And he's had me out there with the shotgun directing me on how to how to [snorts] shoot the shotgun so that I could protect myself when he wasn't here. that he wanted me to have my conceal carry so I could carry it all the time. But I can't do that because I work in the hospital and you can't have guns in the hospital and I'm not leaving it in the car because people have been broken in people have been broken into the cars in the hospital. So I'll leave it at home. So, I didn't even get it this morning. I tiptoed around with the flashlight of my phone and got my clothes out and grabbed my glasses and and left for work while he was still asleep. >> So, this evening when you were asleep in bed, what woke you up? >> The door slamming open and yelling. >> What was he yelling? >> I don't even know what he was yelling. I just heard yelling and the door slamming. You you couldn't make out whose voice it was that was yelling >> at that time? I couldn't know. >> Did you say anything back to him >> after he said that I shot him? >> No. When he was yelling? No, I just grabbed the gun cuz all I heard was yelling and I was I was in a day I was already in asleep. >> So you didn't scream or anything like that? >> No, I didn't make any sound. You just grabbed the gun. >> Well, I screamed, but I not loud. I was just I grabbed the gun and that was the first reaction was to reach over because he has me lay it on the nightstand so that I could put my hand on it. Cuz [snorts] my side of the bed faces the door coming in. All right. And then once you realized that it was him, did you need it? >> When he said, "You shot me." And that's when I knew it was him cuz I I could tell his voice. >> Okay. And then what did you do after that? I jumped up and went to and tried to find where where I had shot him and I couldn't see anything. All I could see was blood. >> Did you turn the light on? >> I lift I turned the light on. I lifted his arm and that's where I saw it. And I called 911 and I grabbed towels and or grabbed a towel and started putting it on on the hole, but it and I didn't see where it came out. And I started putting I I was putting pressure on the hall while I was talking to 911 and she said if it got too if it got too wet to grab another towel. So I went ahead and grabbed another towel and came back. >> What light did you turn on in the room? >> The bedroom light. >> The switch on the wall. >> Uhhuh. [clears throat] >> Did you turn that on before you knelt down and looked at him or did you look at him first? >> I turned He was standing up. >> He was still standing up. He was standing up and I ran and turned the light on when I realized it was him and and I was looking trying to figure out where the blood was coming from. So, >> okay. >> I mean, I looked and it wasn't coming from his chest or anywhere else. It was like it [snorts] it looked like it was coming from his arm. >> And then what? He was standing up at first and then what happened? Did he eventually get on the ground or what? He laid down on the ground and I called 911 >> while he Yes. >> I called 911 and they told me what to do >> and I put it on there as fast as I could and held the pressure as tight as I could. He was still talking to me when when the ambulance pulled up cuz I had my hand on I had one hand on there and one hand on his back trying to make sure I could get as much pressure as I could. He told me to move my hand off of his back. So, I moved my hand off of his back and just started pushing with both hands. >> Did you say anything else? >> He said he couldn't breathe [laughter] and I kept making him breathe and I hang a little bit longer. It's just the two of you that live here. >> Yeah, it is now. His youngest son moved out Memorial Day weekend, but he has a partner and owns his own business with his partner and his son works for him. So, his oldest son is here just about every day and he was here when I got home. >> Where does Levi live? >> If somebody can find my phone, I give you his contact number. We're going to look it up. >> Where is Where is your cell phone? >> I threw it down as soon as I hung up with 911. And >> in the bedroom, >> I threw it in the floor in the bedroom. >> It's got my ID and everything in it. >> Okay. >> As soon as I heard the driveway alarm going off, I I threw the phone down because I knew somebody was here. Somebody was going to be here. the polo shirt, >> Cheryl. Now, I these are just questions that I need to ask you. Okay. Um, what what specifically were you all like arguing about? Was it another female? Was he talking about maybe divorce or you talking about divorce or did any of that stuff come up? >> No. >> Okay. Nothing like that. >> Can they show them and step away? >> Yeah. >> And this is just stuff that we, you know, that we need to gather um for this. We live an alternative lifestyle where we're with other couples, other individuals since I started menopause last summer or summer before last and we finally got my hormones and everything straight. He suggested that we go into an open marriage. >> When was this roughly? >> I know it was pool season because that's when he suggested it. >> So before when was that? >> Last year. And before that y'all didn't have an alternative? >> Before that we were in an alternative lifestyle. We we were in that 6 months after we were together >> because I was in it by myself >> and then he was in it by himself. >> Okay. >> And when we got together, >> we decided that for at least the first 6 months that we would spend our time focusing on our relationship. >> During that time, I donated a kidney. I was healing from that. >> To him or >> no? Okay. >> No. To the security director at Pedmont Nun. >> Okay. >> Our security manager at Pedmont Noo. Um, so we got, you know, got through my healing from that November, December. I went back to work in January. He asked me to marry him on my birthday in April. >> And what year was this? >> 2016 >> cuz we were in a rental house because his ex-wife had this house. >> We were in a rental house and we moved into that rental house together and that's where we got married. I don't know. [snorts] >> Okay. So, after y'all spent your 6 months or whatever, then y'all went into an open marriage. >> No, no, >> no. We just went into the lifestyle. Okay. >> And so the argument >> So we went back into the lifestyle. >> So the argument was over one of y'all want to do that and one love you not or the people that you were with or what? >> No. Monday I decided that since we went into an open marriage, not the lifestyle but an open marriage. >> Mhm. where he would see other people, I would see other people. Monday, we got into an argument about it and I said, "Let's just don't do this anymore. Let's ever since we started the open marriage, it's been an issue." And everything was okay. Monday night, he sent a message to the women that he was talking to, the friends of ours that he was talking to, and told them that we decided that that wasn't a good idea. And then he um on Tuesday, on Tuesday morning, we talked about it some more and we decided we would try it again. So, I sent a message to the two women that he had sent a message to apologizing to them and telling them that it was just me overreacting and that everything was okay. And then later that day, I got a message from a friend of mine that he was interested in. telling me that he had text her and told her about mine and her conversation the day before because I sent her a message and told her it had absolutely nothing to do with her. It was about us and what where we needed to be and us getting where we needed to be. >> That was Tuesday afternoon. That was Tuesday afternoon. And then she sent he she he sent me a message and told me that he had text her and told her that I had told her about our mine and her conversation on Tuesday or Monday and it was a a misunderstanding because I thought he was I because of where I work and because of what I do, I try to keep everything extremely private and he has misspoken numerous times about the life that we live to people that he doesn't need to talk to about it. >> I don't even know their names. And what does he what does he say? What is the difference between what he says and what you say? >> He tells people that we're we're in an or that he's in an open lifestyle and then he tries to introduce me to the people. So it's like it's obvious that I am too and I don't want that out there. and we've had issues with it before and with him going back and saying things about conversations that I've kept that I thought were private conversations with him and saying something to the person that was involved in the conversation and he was supposed to be working on it and when I got that message yesterday from her I told him we needed to talk and I accused him of stepping over that boundary again and he got very upset with me. I asked him to send me a snapshot of the p of the conversation. He wouldn't do it. Wouldn't do it. Wouldn't do it. I should have to trust him. I should have to trust him. And he's working his way back from that trust. Mhm. >> And so he came home yesterday. He said he didn't want to talk to me. Didn't want to see me. I sat on back porch while he loaded his bike up on the trailer and left. And I sent him a message and I I said, "Whether you're here or at this one, please wait till 9:00 so I can be in bed asleep before you get home. And since he didn't want to talk to me and I just didn't want to deal with it. So I went to bed. This morning I woke up to a text message sometime 10 something that I didn't even cuz I had my phone on vibrate. I woke up to a text message from him saying that his bike was broke down and he was trying to get it running so he could get home. I don't know when he got home. He come came in sometime after that. >> Did [snorts] you not believe? >> No, I believed him because the bike was I mean the bike wasn't running to begin with. He had to take it over there on a trailer. >> Okay. >> And I mean when I woke when I went to leave this morning, it's on the trailer. It was on the trailer attached to his son's truck. So, I guess his son went and got him last night because I I never responded to the text. >> And when I got home this afternoon, he had sent me a message about 3 something saying that he had had time to cool down and he was ready to talk. And I told him that I wasn't sure that I was ready to talk, that I had some things to do after work. And he asked me what? And I said, "It's nothing [snorts] sexual." I didn't want him to think I was going to meet somebody or do anything like that. I said, "It's just me stuff. It was returning stuff to the UPS, taking stuff to the UPS store >> to send back to Amazon and going by the grocery store and going by the Crossroads store to get cigarettes. And I came home and he's out in the shop with the music blaring. Levi's here with him out in the shop. and Levi came in when I was putting my angry orchard in the refrigerator and said that um asked me to put the the wild turkey back in the freezer because his dad had asked him for a shot and he couldn't find the glasses. So I came in, I put my put the milk up, put the groceries up, put the angry orchard back or put the wild turkey in the freezer, went outside and got an angry orchard, opened it, sat on the couch out in the on the back screen in porch and smoked a cigarette. >> Where's the shop at? >> Behind the house. >> That's it right there. >> Right here. >> Cheryl, I just got another question for you. Um, what was your husband wearing when >> he was naked? Um, do you know why he was naked? >> Probably because he got grease all over his clothes and he took them off in the laundry room when he came in. >> Okay. Um, was he wet or anything? I mean, did he was his hair wet? >> Sweaty. >> Okay. Sweaty. >> When I when I got to him, it was sweaty, but I couldn't I couldn't tell that when I >> Okay. Is there a porch light or something that we could turn on? Is there a light? Is it really bright? Yeah. >> Turn it on. >> Yeah. If >> for a few minutes the bugs will probably eat us up out here. >> It's a second light. >> There we go. Okay. Um, >> so >> do you know why there I mean why there would be some water or something on your side of the bed? Why would it be wet? Do you know? >> Cuz I knocked over a glass of water. Okay. Was there water on the stand? Huh? Yes. >> Okay. So, there'll be a cup in there. There should be. Okay. All right. That's why the bed's wet. >> Yes, I was. I was wet. >> All right. >> So, >> so Sha. >> Yeah. >> So, why you So, um, >> basically, correct me if I'm wrong. Okay. Um, the discussion was they were in this open. He was more comfortable about Oh, there it is. Okay, go ahead. >> He was more comfortable about sharing that with other people. >> Okay. >> And was also indicating that she was in that type of a relationship also. She didn't want that shared around. She wanted to be private. So that's what the argument was about. >> Correct. >> Well, it was about him. That wasn't exactly what the argument was about. That's what we had determined on Monday that we just needed to stop that type of relationship. >> But then you decided to go back and try it again. >> We decided to go back and try it again. >> Did he pressure you into doing it or was it something that you freely wanted to do? [snorts] >> We were already in an alternative lifestyle. That was just a different step in it. And I wouldn't say that he pressured me. When I went through menopause and we got my hormones right, then it was like he felt like he couldn't keep up with me. So, he >> put that all on the table >> and try it. offered for you >> so we can try it. But the agreement is if I'm doing, you know, >> we don't I don't do something that you're not doing that you're not in agreement with and you're not doing. And I mean, we worked through the kinks, we made rules, we went through everything one way or another and back and forth. And it just seemed like when I talked to him Monday, it seemed like it was getting to be a problem for him. And I said, "Let's just, you know, every fight we've every argument that we've had, we don't fight because he's never laid a hand on me." But every argument that we've had has been about that. Like was he upset because you were with I guess men? I mean was he getting jealous? Is that or was it the other way around? No, I mean >> it it was more about you want it to be more private than >> correct. >> Is that correct? >> Right. And that's what we had addressed several times and he was working on keeping his mouth shut and not sharing things. He would drink too much and then he would talk about things and he was he was supposed to be working on that. He would he would talk about I would try and share just an everyday conversation with him. I'm sorry. I would try to share just an everyday conversation with him and then I would find out that he turned around and would say something to the person that I had told him I'd spoken to and share that conversation with him. As husbands and wives do, we share things, but not everybody wants everything shared. And he was supposed to be working on not doing that. And I got a message from someone that I had told him I had talked to. Yes. Or on Monday and explained to her that it wasn't her. It had nothing to do with her as far as us not doing that part of the lifestyle. And she and I become great friends. And that was that was part of the reason that I held off on letting him have anything to do with her was because I felt like I needed to be friends with her so that I could trust her. And she and I had become great friends. And after he sent her a message yesterday to let her know that he said, "Cheryl, I understand Cheryl sent you a message." book. She conveyed it as he told her that I had about my me talking to her the day before and I accused him of doing the same thing that he's done over and over again and he got mad at me and wouldn't think wouldn't do anything. That's when he, you know, he came home last night from work lo he never even came out on the back porch. I told him that's where I was. I said, "I'm out here if you want to talk. If not, you know, just let me know when you leave." And I heard the truck leave. And I came in and I took my medicine and I went to bed. And because I was here by myself and I mean, we're out in the middle of nowhere and we don't lock doors, he doesn't have a key to get in the house. I took my gun out of the nightstand out of the drawer and put it on the nightstand because I was going to be here by myself and I didn't know how long I was going to be by myself because he wasn't responding to me. He wasn't communicating with me. And I just asked him wherever he was, whether he was at Art or Steve, which are the two guys that he worked on motorcycles together, to please wait until at least 9:00 to come home so that I would be in bed asleep and I wouldn't have to deal with it. So last night he got home after 12 sometime. >> Sometime after 12 >> and he came to bed, right? >> He was in bed when I woke up this morning when my alarm went off to bed last night. No, no. I woke up sometime in the middle of the night with him touching my arm and then he jerked it back. Like, >> so last night, >> his subconscious was touching my arm and then he realized he was mad at me and jerked it back. >> Okay. So, last night, did you take Clonopin like you did tonight? >> Every night. >> Did you have a drink last night? Were you drinking last night? >> I had a Captain Morgansson diet, Dr. Pepper. >> Okay. and you're pulling a pen and your normal routine. Went to bed and he came in. You didn't hear him come in the other night. Okay. >> No. I mean, I was I had taken it pro I probably got it was still daylight when I got in bed last night because I was just like, you know, I'm here by myself. There's nothing nobody to talk to, nothing to do. I'm just going to take my medicine, go to bed cuz I've got to be at work early this morning in the morning. and I took my medicine, turned the TV on so I'd have some kind of noise and got in the bed. Okay. Does he normally come to bed with no clothes on? >> Yes, we don't. We sleep with no clothes on. >> Okay. >> All right. So, you say that he took his clothes off in the laundry room, I guess. >> I would assume so. I haven't been What was he wearing today? >> I have no I don't know. >> You don't remember what he had on? He always wears the his work khakis, but I don't know what shirt he had on or anything like that because I didn't see him. He was in the shop when I got home and >> he was still in the shop when I went to bed. >> When you were in the bed this evening, did you have any clothes on? >> No. >> So, when did you put your clothes on? >> When I knew 911 was coming. I was holding that on him and putting clothes on at the same time. Um, where did you get your clothes from? >> The chair in there that >> Okay. >> That's where I always put my clothes when I take them off to get back on. >> Yes. >> Did Did you touch him before you got your clothes? >> I'm sure I did cuz I was trying to figure out where the blood was coming from. And then while I was on the phone with 911, I was like with one holding that with one hand and putting my clothes on with the other because I knew that the MTS were about to be here and everybody was about to bust up in the house. So I didn't know what was going to happen. I'm like I said, I'm just I'm holding this and I'm putting clothes on at the same time while I'm getting extra towels. And >> did you So did you have to leave your bedroom to get the towels to come back in or >> I had to go into the bathroom to get the towels. >> Okay. There's nothing there's nothing in the bedroom that you could have grabbed to and used to put on. >> Where is the chair you had your clothes in unless you where he was laying? >> Um well, he ended up up under it and I moved it. It's the white wicker chair in there. >> Okay. The clothes that you put on these clothes here >> Uhhuh. >> were in the wicker chair. >> Yes. Yes. And there were the same chair that you ended up underneath. >> Yes. The the clothes that I put on when I got home from work today and sat out on the back porch for a couple of hours. >> What are you right-handed or left-handed? >> Right-handed. Okay. Did you recently just cut your finger? Was that >> They tested my blood. >> All right. Okay. Just to check to see if everything and they said everything was good >> and they didn't tell me anything. >> They told me that your blood pressure was good. Yep. your vitals and everything were good. >> All right. So, Levi would know what he had on today, right? Because he saw him. He was here today with him in the shop. >> It's probably in the laundry room. It may be in knowing him, it may be in the floor in the laundry room. >> Do y'all have a pool? >> Yes. >> Okay. All right. I need to see him. >> I'm sorry. >> This is a nightmare. It's all a nightmare. It's so real. We were supposed [laughter] to grow up again. [crying] Oh god. Go up again. Ow. I mean My name is Oh, the best. I can't Let me see. Where is he? Let me see him. Where's Where is he? I don't even see him. Hey, Cheryl. Cheryl. >> Yeah. Hey, I'm Jason with Investigations. Could you sit could you step inside and sit at the dining room table so I could talk to you for a second? We're just going to go right in here and sit down at the dining room table.
