took one and I was in the room with Mark okay no no you said no I took it like a half an hour before he got there so a couple hours ago yeah oh any drugs or alcohol last 24 hours probably had a beer last night what time was that 10 30 11 o'clock no drugs go to doctor for any nerve problems psychiatrist or anything I just got a green leaf okay what's the worst physical problem you ever had worst physical problem I've ever had shingles on my neck going out and it's kind of necking that this is kind of a crazy question but how do you feel today about being here you already told me you were nervous but other than that next I'm glad they did so this is a lot for a family I bet that was I've been told that go in and I'm still scared and I know you're scared but we're gonna get everything picking up strangers she had drugged people come into my house to drop off drugs in the middle of the night she'd meet him out the back window I mean just everything that could be she was doing it there were dirty needles laying all over the house Izzy would sleep with me every day and she would tell me when Mama was doing Indian it's nothing nice or n n which is nothing nice of needles she'd say we're going to stay in here because Mom either didn't speak to us or she'd stay in the bathroom and she'd just shoot up all night we didn't go in the bathrooms in the bedroom because she'd leave the needles out and is he knew what her mama was doing and so I kept her in the room with me and I sat her and I took care of her I hated her hey what she was doing and what she did to Izzy because Izzy would tell me things will she bringing danger into the house too she had to take pictures of her naked so she could send them to somebody else and she would have busy and seen her shooting up drugs if you see her having sex with more than one person that was before she came came to jail and I just I hated everything about it she dressed her luck I just hated the way she treated her daughter and he loved Israel don't worry is he usually laugh there's no doubt about it okay let me tell you right now he loves you too and you know what all right let's keep going okay facts no I talked to two people I know from the police department and until they knew what was going on and I told him I said I said I can't stand it anymore they were going to have rocky Carter get touch me it's a drug test of course guys and watch her and arrest her for what she was doing he never got in touch he never got touched by unless I said okay I'm going to defects because it's got to stop because it's just insane and it's ruined it easy you know it's afraid she was grew up and do the same stuff so I went to defects and my grandpa he was one of the police officers he said wait give me one more day if he doesn't call you do what you got to do so the next morning I went to the sheriff's department now waiting for Rocky Carter and I told him I want to speak to him I'm not leaving to speak to him and I told him everything and I told him I got pictures on disks I've got pictures on my cell phone I mean Izzy had already talked to the defects worker and told the defects worker what she'd seen and what she knew and she knew more than I thought she knew she didn't want to get her mom in trouble and the defects people told me that they could not do anything they couldn't charge him with neglect because I was taking care of his battle so basically their hands are tied and I just thought this is the way it's going to be and every time Cindy and I would fight about her drugs and her needles everywhere and the blood blood on the socks blood everywhere and she didn't clean it up and she was a pig and I hate saying it all because I do love a sub neck you hated what she was doing I understand so Rocky Carter got in touch with the defects later she got in touch with me we were working this out I'm sure it probably doesn't damn times I told my husband over the phone because he only came home on weekends and him and son they hated each other as far as I knew and I told him I said I just took I couldn't stand anymore but I can't take it I said it's just pisses me off I should walk in the room and she won't even speak this about when she'll run straight for her bedroom and start doing driving she won't ask Izzy if she was hungry she wouldn't feed her she wouldn't bathe her she didn't care just a dysfunctional moment she didn't the only time she liked Izzy was if somebody was there and she would look how pretty my little girl is and she'd keep busy out of school to keep her company and I'd say ask dizzy because somebody's hands were swollen so bad things shouldn't deserves I said baby I said what'd you do today and she is nothing do this do that do this do that because her mom had her doing chores for her because she couldn't pick up anything and she would sit with her hands on the pillows because she'd shut up so much they were swollen anyways and I couldn't stand it and she's telling me they were cigarette burned or gas grass grease Burns she told her boss at the place where she worked that it was allergies and she'd also told me there was some shooting up because her feet were like that everything was like that she was oozing from everywhere she had her visit call me and tell me she was overdosing she thought she was going to die would I hurry up and come home kick head easy call you yeah and uh I said put your mom on the phone so she put her mom on the phone on Sunday she says uh I think did too much I feel like it's about to explode I'm gonna die I said I'll be there in a minute and I kept thinking I wish the [ __ ] she would just overdose yeah and it's bad you're tired and it didn't want NC to be there to see it but I really just I wanted I don't want anything to grow up so when I talked to my husband I told him my son was a [ __ ] sick I've ever can't stand it and he says I'll be there to help this weekend well when he came home he bought Coke from her okay get your [ __ ] and get the [ __ ] out he was not helping but I mean how's it going to look when I take her to court to take custody of her child from her if she's buying a note from her husband and the same thing happened with my son and I kicked him out and all I kept thinking is why this thing they think I'm going to kick everybody out but I'll let her blatantly in my house in my shop shoot up it's because she had easy and she knew I would and let her do it because it was a Nexus I'm sure I said a dozen times I wish she was dead I wish you just wouldn't come home but we should overdose and I probably meant it when I said it too I'm sure you did but I didn't think he was gonna kill it what kind of let's back up just a minute what did you tell her what did you tell her what do you mean what did I tell him well he said did you discussed it you tired tired of this you know just like what did you tell him about Sunday I've been sick of the drugs I was sick of it and he kept saying and I don't mean kept like repetitively but like whenever we would talk if I would get on the subject to Sunday I can take care of it I can take care of it I'm like you're right [ __ ] and two three four weekends comes he comes and goes they friendly they're getting them everything's fine that last weekend he came in he came to the store and he walked in the front door and he says come up there and talk to me and I never go up front and talk to him unless he's trying to be secret after he says um you still think you could handle it if I said I did it no do you still think you could handle it if she was gone I said hell yeah and she's home I said you're a [ __ ] liar because I didn't believe him what day was this the 22nd yep keep going you can't believe and I'm sorry about the language don't worry about it I can understand I see her alert went back finished the day Izzy and me in the school secretary her name is Gloria we went and had Pete's and goofed off and I was kind of nervous about going home because I didn't know if he was being asked right and when I got home there was no signs of nothing so I thought okay [ __ ] me again but I don't care well me and Izzy caught in bed got to bed went to sleep let me stop it for just a minute okay because there are a few things that I know okay when he got there to the house there was no signs of what of he had killed her okay a pillow in her bedroom but that wasn't that day that was the next day what did you clean up in the house that's what I'm saying there was a bloody pillow in her room okay having a bunch of blood a little bit of blood well pretty good bit of blur it was a pretty good okay what was the pillow in her bedroom on her bed on the floor somewhere else so what did you see with the pillow when you when you examine it would you examine a pillow what did you say see holes in it no you always blood yeah okay so he went easy to go to bed and then what happens me and ninja went to bed that night before the pillow I went to bed still didn't think because she could have been passed out in her bedroom but did you not go in there and check I never went and checked on her okay but especially after what he said I didn't you kind of scared he going I want to go check yeah and so we went to bed and I laid there and I looked at his and I kept thinking if he really did this what I just did to her and so I just sat there for a while stared at her thought about what it was going to be like before and said the next morning I went and checked and I was still scared to look in her bedroom but there was a rug in the kitchen that's usually in front of the refrigerator and it was moved like you drive somebody past there and I put right back so I'm still looking around and there's nothing and this is all before I wake up busy because I don't want her to see anything if there is anything and I finally went in her bedroom and you kind of have to know what her bedroom looks like to know that it takes a little bit to know if anything's out of the way it was and I didn't see anything at all nothing out of the ordinary no because well her bedroom is that's right oh I mean piles and piles of stuff and I really didn't see anything so I still thought he was lying I was still scared because she wasn't there so that day when I got home I went in there and Izzy was in the bedroom watching videos in my room or doing something I don't know Owen and her bedroom and I looked he says there's going to be a spot right up under the window he says that some blood got out there he says I cleaned it up the best I could what did he tell you he did tell me this and clean it what did he tell you he did to her he said he shot her in the head okay with what he did the same with a gun okay did he eventually give you a goal you know did he hide a gun he threw it away but yeah and then never saw it and I don't know what kind okay so he told you that he went to her in the shop no he said he did it on the couch so tell me what he told you he did he said he went to her on the couch and he shot him in the head and then um she didn't uh and so at least nothing so he stuck a knife in her heart and then what happened he put her in the bedroom he has a bitching and that's when he came to the store and told me it's done okay so when you're in the bedroom what are you seeing that you know the second time I was looking and I didn't see I was expecting to see like a huge puddle of blood or something somewhere it wasn't and I looked around on the floor and there's nothing and you have to be careful in the room still because there's uncapped dirty needles and I picked up her pillow to move it and that's when I saw it so there was a spot of Blood on the floor I didn't see anything on the floor okay and I burn the pillow in the fireplace is out of the house or in the bathroom so when did he when did he tell you what he did it had to be the day before that for you to go in there and look and he told me what he did but I told him I said I don't want to know any details I don't want to know but he did tell you details yeah well I would kind of over the days it would drive me crazy and I'd want to know and I asked him I said did she hey what in these nuts I said did she know what you were doing and he said no and this is Herman telling me this your husband yeah okay so I started getting distant from him and he started getting mad at me but I told him I didn't think you'd do it I didn't really think you'd ever do it I said you always talk yourself I didn't think you'd do it it was a hell lot more than what you could have all right all right so then what happens he just told me to keep my mouth shut he said you didn't do anything wrong I suggested dude he said no you didn't you didn't do anything wrong I said you wouldn't have done it if I hadn't said that so you're putting you're putting all this on your your shoulder because you told me what you wanted to do you think that he was gonna do it were you there when he did it let me ask you this a couple questions that I that I have okay because I know that you had to ask these questions okay you had to ask these questions I know that you probably wanted to be distance from it but where did he say he took something please tell me I'm gonna tell you what he told me because I not raised here I don't know where Warrior Creek is I know it's close to his mom's house like you're going to Omega actually I think is it on the other side of Omega between no it's Tifton said I me ask you this and like I've told you I've been involved in this case a little bit and I'm not gonna get accused towards to you or anything like that but I'm gonna ask you tell me about the meeting that you have with Theo when we sit down at the hamburger place and talked he had told me once before and I knew he was feeling bad about it because we'd all talked and he told me okay well then we'll that him and her kept going up and down the stairs doing the drugs and my upstairs in my shots he was claiming he wasn't doing them I knew he was who bought the drugs I paid for them okay and how many bags was it I don't know I gave him sixty dollars so it's three bags okay three bag gear exactly right and that that cocaine was to be used for I'm just gonna give it to her and and that would want to work possibly overdose to make it did Theo go by herma go back you go biter who wouldn't have bought her Theo and Sunday I feel alone I don't know okay but he didn't give it a hot shot because they were all using the drum they were both doing it together so tell me about the conversation that y'all had at the hamburger joint he was upset because of the pictures he keeps seeing everywhere and he he said I didn't expect it to hit me like this mom he says but I know what happened and I said son I said I know what you knew I said nothing but bad too I said I didn't think it was going to happen I didn't think he'd ever do it I really didn't he says mom ENT I don't understand that I said bye I understand nothing I didn't think Kerman would do it I said shits that's the thing you've told me yourself you wish the [ __ ] she was dead you told me to say the better because I know Mom but I didn't want her dead which I don't I didn't think there I mean I did but I didn't you did but you didn't want you didn't you knew that you couldn't have it right I didn't really want to do it we'd already tried to grow the growing getting better and taking care of it everybody's tried it with us she doesn't get better she just used dizzy as an excuse and she'd go back and do it again I wanted her to give the rights up to Izzy and leave it as your life did you ask her to do that oh yeah what she saw from them and she had told me she was going to put her if anything ever happened to her because when she overdosed that night she had easy call me she was telling Izzy her goodbyes and uh when I got home she goes I hadn't even put up the paper she said I want you and my mom to raise her foreign ER came over to help her tried to offer to carry her because she couldn't walk and she sat on my front door puking out the front door while Izzy made the phone number the whole night because she wet herself and she couldn't walk she said she was that bath continue with the conversation between you and Theo at the hamburger joint and what all transpired during that all that meat and stuff I told him I did not tell him about enough because he was upset he just wanted to make sure she didn't hurt nothing she didn't and he said um he asked me a question did she see it coming or something like that and I said I don't think so I think I told him no because I was trying to ease this man and he said Mama one day I want you to tell me everything and in the back of my mind I kept thinking about him sticking her in her heart which meant she wasn't dead whenever he shot her and I kept I don't think I could have told you that um Theo knows it yeah because he told me that um I just messed up something so well they told me when we were sitting at the hallway crying I told him I was sorry for what I'd done to it I was sorry for the pain he was feeling I said I didn't think I was gonna ever have to do this I didn't think he would do it I said there's never a time that you think you're gonna sit and tell your son you're sorry I said but it's done I said and if you can't look at me or you understand that I said I just want you to take this and go razor and he says what are you gonna do Mom I said well I feel bad for Herman I said because obviously he did this for me I said I can't turn him in because everyone loves me that's why I did it I said I'm gonna kill myself and I gave him a ring and I gave him the keys to my store and it gave me my debit card and I gave me money and I told him to leave what else did you tell me yet why else they're telling me the money and the Rings what was it the flower shop that he went and got thank God I didn't tell him to get that he wanted that gun he didn't want that gun forever let me ask you this is that the gun at Hermann news no you certain positive because you know we have a gun oh yeah let me tell you I'm positive it's not so he wanted the gun for what purpose he just always liked it okay that's what he told me he's a crackhead okay so as time progresses what happens but when they both left so I can kill myself I remember thinking about it for what I did with you I had a bad relationship with Madison so it didn't go good well when he died I remember those are not going to see us again so I started chugging to kill us and I was chugging it too I was gonna kill myself and I swear I don't know I don't remember sleeping with him I remember spending the night with him because it was I don't know Herman says he came home and found me in the yard and hugged me and took me to bed and helped me all night I don't remember because I was wasted I do remember I took the gun I didn't know because I've never used the gun before and uh I didn't know if it was on safety or not and I shot it in the backyard and I just sit there and held him it's I'm scared to die I don't want to go but I don't didn't want to live because of Izzy because of Sunday because of my son yeah you got a lot to live for no you don't believe that but you do Ruby you do you have kids I do can you imagine one of them never been able to look in your face I think Theo is changing his attitude about that could make him talk for a long time uh Isabella easy love for Grandma and the reason you wanted this done was for her it doesn't make it right you can understand this it doesn't make it right Ruby but the reason was because this is the way I look at it you're afraid you were afraid that she was going to bring danger to the house the drug dealers the DOE the needles and you were afraid so yeah you were pissed and you said you were [ __ ] pissed and I understand that I can I can understand it doesn't make it right and yeah you wanted her dad you wanted her damn tell her my husband did too and I can understand all that what kind of gun did you have at the house the one he gave me was a 380.1 Theo game coming on Armageddon that was for your personal protection before all this happened well when the other one went missing nothing yeah so when he came home and you was in the yard where was the gun at he set us on it in my head but I don't believe it was I think it was in my life so you were already passed that one together he said I was landed up against the old post and he thought I was dead okay now let's transition a bit what do we go to from where I know that you came down here next morning then I woke up I asked him what the hell where's my gun because I don't know what happened and he set up give it to Jimmy just my cousin I should have wished you wouldn't have done that if he said I didn't want to lose you and I got dressed and went to work and uh sheriff came and wanted to talk to me or called me and wanted to talk to me or I don't remember and I went to the Sheriff's Department I think they came and got me at the house for what because I tried to kill myself who reported that to them so who did you talk to your mom I know I talked to um Jason Barber and Russ and I told him I wasn't really going to kill myself I just wanted to trick Herman into committing suicide foreign well no they questioned me for a long time there did you tell them everything yes and uh from there they took me to the hospital I guess they just evaluated me or something and then they took me to Green Leaf and at this point you still haven't told them about what Herman has told you about when I was shooting in the stabbing I'm Herman and then you skip well I didn't call him and to come home and do anything I remember and I called Herman we talked all the time because he's a truck driver and he'd get bored now the one thing I do do is talk to people every day when you called him how pissed were you at Sunday at that point because I guarantee you had to say something like I just wish he was doing excellent dude this time I didn't we just honestly think that he had said some of them once before and I told him he'd said something like probably whenever the last trip he was in before he was going to handle it I'll take care of it I'll take care of it I said no hell you want you're all talking you just shut up just shut up and quit saying [ __ ] like that because you're not gonna do a damn thing and you know it how to do it I thought no one probably did I come up with a lot of different scenarios I mean that sounds better no I understand I mean I know you came up with a hot shot I know that a lot of teachers are coming down the stairs one day because the stairs at my shop coming in with steep and turn and I knew she was up for shooting up cocaine she was posted she grabbed it us and hollered at us about taking her to a job interview that was her first day on the job is he was sick on the computer time you know sitting waiting on her and she's a good shooting the cocaine and when she came down the stairs I thought she's I said she got a trip and fall and break her [ __ ] neck and then she's not gonna die and I thought I can walk up the stairs and just twist freaking making killer and throw downstairs no just leave her there where she landed and I told and I even told her this I said you know what I couldn't do it there's no way I could do it I said I can't look at somebody's face me I remember Sunday when she was 14. I said I couldn't do it I said it's just [ __ ] it says I'll talk I said I might talk all this [ __ ] I said but there's no way in hell I could have done it he says I know I couldn't either but that was weeks later but I mean we didn't even discuss it after that because I mean I knew that day because I was so freaking mad at her because I knew you're supposed to be there at four o'clock or three o'clock or whatever time she had bitched a [ __ ] to bitched and bitched about being there is he had had a student of the month ceremony right before that she didn't care she didn't want to go and she was mad because I was like picking her up for work and I thought somebody just bitched me out about getting you to work late and you're up there for 45 minutes doing what and she's like Coke and she gets this balance when she wouldn't talk when she was happy that's something please I said we got to go we gotta go I said as he's sitting in the computer waiting I'm sitting here just sitting at a table waiting for her we were done we were sitting waiting for her and when she came down the stairs I just kept thinking she could do it and I was mad but I couldn't even in my mind go up and imagine doing it to her and so I just quit mentioning it because it's [ __ ] and I thought okay well this went on the defects and all this stuff it's all going to get involved because I can't do it but then they wouldn't do anything though yeah like you said but now he told me it wasn't over they were going to investigate it they said they could not charge her with neglect because I was taking care of Izzy I said well what am I supposed to do ignoring Izzy put her In Harm's Way and they said well no it's still going to be an open account or open case and they were going to keep investigating it who did Herman tell you helped him nobody because somebody helped him this is the second time I heard that that Herman never told me anybody helped him who would have helped tell me that who would have helped him transport her ball because Herman is not a strong man yeah I know well yes he is I mean to a degree to a degree Maybe maybe when he beats you up or something but who would have helped him do this I honestly I can't think of anybody that would have I'm really think he hated any but now I did hear today from one of the guys that I'm staying with that um it's a girl that looks like me and I said well that's the crack where you hit in the house that night but okay this all gets weird because this is stuff I don't believe in but look at the girl one of the girls that's standing at the house with me she says God's talking to her and said Sunday talk to her and Sunday believes that I stabbed her and that's this new [ __ ] way I said I never was around her I couldn't have done it and she says well Sunday believes you did later on that guy tells me there's a girl that's got brown hair like you my hair's not to start normal I just colored it somehow and she uh she helped him out and I keep going back to that crack and she's probably not a crack [ __ ] but I call her a crack [ __ ] because and my sister and brother-in-law came down to visit me in Theus we were in the yard we were drinking having a couple drinks and we heard the name of screaming and Hauling and I said we'll start over there and tell them to shut the hell up we rode over there they're beating the hell out of Herman that's what happened to his eyes this was after all this happened yeah and uh that's what's going on and I pushed him into the vein of the car with my brother-in-law or my sister was traveling me and my brother-in-law walked home there's two guys and a girl there two girls the girl had been smoking crack with him he would not live without her so she pulled her into his lap they went home I talked to everybody there I said what's going on while y'all and what's going on they said that uh hernd and this girl had gone off and bought 400 worth of crack next morning I looked in my account with four hundred dollars is out so yeah and and seriously never knew he did it did not know he was smoking crack I knew he was getting Coke here and there but I did not know he was doing crack well him and this girl she's in my bathroom he's in the bathtub with his face all pounded in she's going through his pants pocket and I thought it was odd because I don't really know her I met her she showed up in Omega when we were doing the search she showed up there that one day do you think she helped him what do you know she helped no it's just kind of making sense that she might have because I didn't think I don't know anybody helped him I didn't know anybody was involved period but you didn't have no you weren't there when Elsewhere on easy I was nothing I did not help let me go talk to Mark for just a minute I want you to talk to someone you know you talk papers please all right let's go in here and try out some things all right I want to go back to a performance well Herman comes to the flower shop on the 22nd tell me again he said do you still think you could handle it if she was gone and sngs and he said it's done all right so when does he tell you what he did to her I told him I don't want to know I remember that I don't remember y'all were still in the flower shop we said I don't want to know where's the flower shop and tell them [ __ ] and he said he had to go he had some stuff he had to take care of which I guess clean up but he said I'll call you later and I don't remember exactly when he told me because all of it's been running together roughly when did he tell you that day eight day a day a day maybe two days okay and one I'd sit at the couch because it would nag at my mind and I'd ask him and he'd say well you didn't want to know and I'm like but there's certain things I need to know okay because I wanted to know if she asked about is he wanted to know if she hurt and things yeah I don't want to know the details because I don't want to picture it so again what did he tell you happen that when he told me how he said he shot her on the head okay she was on the couch shot her in the hand and then what happens he left and when he came back she wasn't dead yet he stuck in the heart twice or as somebody else told me twice he didn't he said he stuck it in and he stirred it and I remember it because he said the one Stern and I said I don't want to know that I don't want to know that I don't want to know that I said how in the [ __ ] heart now and then what did he say he did the question he didn't say he took her somewhere he said I said she's heavier than I thought I mean I knew he took her somewhere but I don't I don't think he told me I'm taking her somewhere thank you what did he tell you he took her to he didn't tell me until green a was at that's where he was staying she lived probably two blocks from us he said there was at least 10 miles from us how did he say the blood got in her bedroom when he took her after he shot her in the head he took her in the bedroom so if anybody came over or anything they wouldn't see anything and that's when he came to the shop and told me do you think you can handle and I'm like yeah and he says well it's done and I didn't believe him and when he went back he said that's when he um their heart but he had laid her in the bedroom so nobody would walk in and see her was there any blood blood on the couch no no blood on the couch but there was two big giant bottles of peroxide and he said he'd cleaned it up as good as he could on the couch or in the bedroom but I never saw anybody on the couch at all but I remember I covered the couch up after that because I couldn't stand looking at it and I tip it upside down to look at it there was never even blowing the cats the only place I saw blood was on that pillow until I went in yesterday and I saw the luminos stains on the house I see all smear outside of the bathroom door that I didn't really ever notice before and then just kind of imagined that being here but I didn't notice that before I did not notice that they're not being deal we're sitting there talking oh let me ask you this since I've walked out you've had time to funnel have you told me everything that you decided that even if I get in trouble I don't care because I've told you the truth because I don't want I've already got I don't know how to explain it but went to see Daddy um she told him to stay away from Herman because whatever he did or whatever happened is going to come down and that's when he came to me about it listened to you can bring about it and I said Dottie told you that he says yes he said she knows he's acting weird too she's kicked him out of her house and I don't know whether she'll talk to you or not because it's his mom who's he living with he told me he was living in his truck that he wanted me to hurry up and get my stuff out of it so that he can move in there but okay get stuff out of your house well it's a rental place but I mean I just I have a hard time going down there I've gone a couple times to get some clothes what all did y'all burn at the house the only thing I burned was that pillow in that tour in case I know that there is a tire in the back fire pit and they asked me about it I burned stems from my flower shop and paperwork for my flower shop in that pit he probably burned plastic or blanket or whatever he wrapped her up did he tell you he did that he didn't say I think it was plastic but I know a sheet sheep because he asked me to get rid of the rest of the sheets there and I said there's not another rest of the sheet set because it was only one piece of the sheets there she used this one particular sheets and where did he tell you the what gun did he say he used he didn't tell me what then which one do you think he would have used I mean you know what he's got no I didn't remember this guy I know he keeps a little one it's a barrel about that long and it [ __ ] down like a like a shotgun and it's things are on top and on bottom there's two holes he's got one of those he's got the 380 he's got his dad's 22 revolver I didn't know he had a Glock nine until the other day when he pulled it out of the back of this thing and then he's got three rifles and I think that's all but I don't know because he said he keeps one in his truck and his semi truck so tell me how we can prove that Herman did this they can take the light take the test he has and then did he feel like crazy even worse than me I didn't get me wrong but I mean I don't know I would love to miss certain things there's still charges out there enough one under domestic violence I mean still not saying a war I don't know if it's a warrant or what but he was supposed to have gone to court on it it never he never went the court on it or anything she tell me he even turned himself in he just kind of crushed the whole side of my faces went crazy in fact he did that in the room that was Sundays because back then nobody was living with us and he kept bugging me and bugging me and I told him I was going to leave him and I went in the bedroom and laid back there she'd shut up and he came back and just just went crazy and just pounded the side of my face then and I said that's [ __ ] awesome and I walked out and I went to the shop and knocked myself in the shop and he went to Sheriff's Department turned himself in and they sent 911 out looking for me because they didn't know where I was at let me ask you this Ruby I've asked you a lot of questions because there's something that I have not asked you concerning Sunday that's important to this case that you know is important to this case is there anything anything that we need to go get right now anything that we need to do right this minute but you can say sure y'all never ask me this question but this is it this is what you got to do this is this is what's happened he's trying to make wrongs right okay is there anything out there what I see or told you on the phone here recently he told me they just told and told him that he's told the truth and uh he told you that he told you that he told us all this I know my son's a liar I mean I'm away from him unless somebody's with me I don't go near him what has he said on the phone well one time he told he picked up the phone and he said this is not for you or we should just ignore it and then he just started ranting all you [ __ ] [ __ ] GI gbi FBI whatever this bug in my house and he's just cussing rant and ring he used to do that to me but this time because y'all and uh they talked about the [ __ ] blomberg's taking his baby from him and uh he's a rant he and I think he was on drugs he hadn't been on drugs because he would go back and forth between tell me what could you say because the phones are being done to specifically speaking to you guys through whatever's bugging him and I thought he was just being paranoid about being bugged you know bugs she's just being paranoid I wish they were above me because he said some stupid [ __ ] I gave Mark he's been calling me all day today what's he been wanting I ain't answered the phone have you check the message yes Mark studton recorded what's it what's what's he saying I had called him a fight in the last couple weeks is that because I'm avoiding he's trying to close my shop down he's taking all all the money out of my business account and he's spoon here and I called him and I told him I said I'm going to work I'm watching around my store I want you and your mom to stay away from here and he says not until I get what I want he says let's have a settlement coming in from my neck he wants half of it he's been talking about that for so long I told him he'd have it all instead of his ass he said um when we get this settled out I'll sign the papers and I'll take my name completely off and I'll leave you alone I said okay I called my lawyer his dad died there before yesterday so I can't get him out but I was going to get divorce get from him and just make him go away leave me alone here they said that he would not have done all of this to me taking the money from me and having my van repossessed my if I had kept in contact with him that he was scared because he didn't know what I was out here doing he didn't know if I was going crazy he didn't know if I was handling it wrong or if I was trying to turn him in he didn't know what was going on and as long as I kept in contact with him everything would be all right which we still have screaming matches at the shop and he brings his Witnesses and I keep mine there but he came in the other day and he just broke down and he hugged and almost took me to death and I was gonna pass out and told him to he was crying and I said what is going on and he said he said your son told him everything and I let him finish crying and he left and I went in the back and I told the people they were with me I said I'm so glad this is over and if I knew first I can't get my head around somebody that would help him do this because most of his family and friends they've been telling me for months to leave him because he's crazy I can't imagine any of them that would be on that crazy sad woman I really can't I tell you what about act 22 that you gave Thea why was it in the in the air conditioned door that's well that was a bad thing that's a bad move that was stupid but when the 22 went missing I thought somebody stole it and I called the person I'm mad as hell and I told him and she was upstairs shooting up cocaine when it happened or anything and I said um I called the police and they came out and they wanted to report must have been a good game once you store because we keep it in a specific spot at the store and it wasn't there and probably three weeks later Theo found that he was along there's that gun I said oh [ __ ] because well don't say anything he says just give it to me he said this way leave it out there and then whenever we take Sunday to court for custody he said it'll still look like it's on her record for stealing them that was an absolute [ __ ] amateur thing and I did that I mean it's his idea but I did it but it just sitting that in that air conditioning event because I didn't want anybody else to walk across it after I reported it stolen don't get insurance more didn't file the insurance with it that's in Herman's name it was probably like 100 done All I'm gonna do is I'm gonna get a notebook I'm gonna let you write what you told me don't you take your time I want you to put everything if she pissed you off I want you to put it in there I want you to live it like you were just a few minutes ago with me okay because she pissed you up everything that herma told you anything that you forgot to tell me if you forgot to tell me something put it in there okay because if we get to that and I asked did you tell me everything and I see that you didn't and I'm not gonna like it okay and that's
