i like to ask the citizens of milwaukee and outside jurisdictions to assist in the identification and the apprehension of several suspects responsible for a series of tavern robberies that have been occurring in the city of milwaukee during the month of may we've experienced four such tavern robberies the time parameters that the robberies are occurring from approximately 9 30 p.m in the evening until 1 50 a.m in the early morning hours normally two male black suspects will enter the tavern both of the individuals are in possession of handguns one suspect will counter jump the tavern bar and confront the employee on duty and target the register for the proceeds the other suspect will hold patrons at bay and upon completion of obtaining the monies from the register both suspects will then proceed to rob the patrons in the tavern the two suspects are described as two male black individuals late twenties to early thirties approximately five foot eleven to six foot three in height 200 to 220 pounds these individuals are wearing gloves also they are concealing their facial area with a part of a mask they flee out of the tavern presently we are seeking help in developing a suspect auto and any other leads that we may be able to obtain to help resolve the series of robberies we are exploring the key possibilities that these suspects are responsible for two additional tavern robberies in september of 2009 and also in february of 2010. these suspects are striking taverns on the north side of milwaukee as well as the south side and in district number five as well in district number three this is a very violent offense that's why we're reaching out to members of the community again they will jump the counter confront the employees as well as patrons displaying the weapons and in occasion strike the patrons at this time our investigation hasn't revealed a source as to why these caverns are being targeted again they're ranging from the north side to the south side of milwaukee as well as on the east side so that's why we need the cooperation of the citizens that may be able to identify a suspect auto or a suspect driver obtain a partial license plate and any information will be valuable and if you can help us please call 935 730 and asked to speak to a representative of the milwaukee police department criminal investigation bureau you
