right there [Music] um waistband for Battleship great darker red flag right I got a great charger [Music] Spring Valley Country Club traffic one of the drip that's hard behind them without driving very well [Music] [Music] foreign [Music] 107.7 5 tomorrow [Music] next time [Music] the spoilers [Music] about to come through cushions foreign [Music] foreign [Music] would have popped out on Parsons Adam Norris Sam eight nine Mary it's the exact same color exact same build it's probably the same one he just popped out on Hewitt Springs or friendship [Music] better put it apart [Music] it out where are you coming from huh what dealership here this one is just running for me out here on 412 give me a license me yeah you better have something that showed me otherwise because this exact car just ran for me on 412. really yes I'm not I'm not playing against me you're the only one with a flat gray same spoiler and everything else and you're coming from Huntsville right yeah you step out I'm not playing this game no I'm gonna step out now step out [Music] [Music] around here ain't my first day dude I know but I didn't but yeah show me the video I want to see a video okay you can see a video of course yeah there's no smart ass attitude either I'll race it for the weed and everything else in here too you want to play games with me okay that's fine you can call the dealership right now I just got out from there I'm sure you coach for you to see there that car's got GPS on it we'll just get it off of there oh they're delicious I'm just gonna hit the GPS off your car all right I didn't come sit down doesn't matter how much weed you got in the car okay thank you I'm pretty sure he's gonna be in my vehicle she's got a Huntsville address she's trying to say that she came from the dealership and there's odor marijuana in the car so we started okay [Music] thank you [Music] do what I'll get the stuff for you in sector you're not in a position to be making any demands [Music] foreign just like the one I got [Music] pretty sure she went down Hewitt Springs and popped back out over here you have somebody else what you're looking for no this one was running from me it's a Charger looks charger just like this one got it at 98 out there at the County Line turn around on immediately took off lost side of it around Sonora okay had about a quarter mile half mile jump on me I'm pretty sure what she did was she jumped off the Buick Springs popped back out over here and then when I was coming to the light right here she'd come right off of it I kept running code to hear though so the city was hauling ass down Hewitt spring shootings popped right back out there anyways but it's kind of coincidence same build and everything foreign [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] just didn't want to stop huh well somebody's calling in saying that the other charger went down haberton but we'll see we'll see how this drink some weed about to pull her out she's got a Huntsville address on the last one so everything's kind of well I mean it looks exactly like one I mean flat gray black wheels same thing as the air tonight when I started to think about it like fine with it they're gonna blow it or not but oh I can outrun them so I'm gonna figure out where your shoe is coming from as well dealerships [Music] you have live 360 on your phone it's an app GPS app shows where you've been no I don't you don't okay so so I can call the dealership right now it's not a dealership here I'm not calling them for nobodies or nothing or anybody like that that you have that work there that you've already talked about my maps I got nothing I got my location okay but it's easy for you if you're getting Huntsville address this is the same exact yeah it's identical listen to me that's the same exact car that's identical that's running for me same color same body kit same spoiler you could have jumped down Hewitt Springs popped out right there and come around huh I came to vacuum right now I always come here what dealership when did you leave there I I don't know just read my point I'll show you my location that's what I'm asking do you have something on your phone that shows your locations and tracks you probably 360 or something yeah okay so why do you have this much weed and why do you have weed because I just not eat I know but why why do you need this I know but why do you have a medical reason to smoke it well I have a side huh you have a medical marijuana card that's what I'm asking you so you legally can't have it right so you're not supposed to have it you got better stuff but you also your car reeks like you've been smoking it in the car and you can't smoke weed and drive a car at the same time understand yeah I lost the party what do you mean you still can't smoke in a quarter there's no different than drinking on the floor if you smoke and then drive it's you can get a DWI from smoking weed tonight right yeah okay not Hills trip [Music] huh you need anything from us no I told him to cancel y'all I don't know he's freaking out for whatever reason thank you so where do you get to go up [Music] so this is my recent locations today all right but it doesn't see what time I've never seen [Music] the same car that ran from me in the same area you've got a Huntsville address where the car was coming from I know but it's not me I wasn't here I know it's your it's your job right now to prove that so I'm good I got everything except for if they can replace [Music] huh did it tell you what time you were there I think it's these relations [Music] [Music] um I just did the guy foreign [Music] did you have the car service there today at all yeah Lincoln Sam Adams Tom um [Music] is this who you talked to yeah [Music] all right hold on let me get this other stuff sorted out and that's the case then we'll cut you loose on tickets and stuff for the weed and everything else but I I can't stop that camera right now with you sitting in the back seat so I'm gonna have to go back and watch it later but if uh they're gonna have to try to show some video footage and stuff that you were there did you get a receipt for anything that you worked on today [Music] you got it worked on today no I just took it over there because we're gonna freeze my sensor and then they just finished my sensor my tire I still see that paperwork on it but they worked on your car today yeah but he told me I didn't have to sign on them yeah but still they've still got to do a work or show if they did it seven supposedly and she had her car worked on they changed the tire center let me talk to surgery for a second we'll figure out what's going on got a crappy attitude just like all of them too she said she just bought it huh she said she just bought it from a dealership no she said she just left the dealership good foreign [Music] [Music] Palestine spoiler same color and everything [Music] I love running coaches [Music] I hate trying to chase him I'll make the attempt to compare her story but like I said with her High School address same color car and everything [Music] I'm pretty sure because where I lost side of it the only place to shoot could have gone it would have still been hard for her to make that turn and score but I was like she had to make it there but unless you gotta hit that group of cars and went down Hewitt Springs he was bringing his second wife her first wife well it turns into uh [Music] is that one of the models well that's what I'm curious about too harder you can talk about your Camp back here with you the whole time not having a sergeant go check with the dealership right now he's going to talk to the manager not the buddy but that guy's gonna get me that's fine he's gonna get himself in criminal trouble if he's trying to cover for you so we're gonna make sure the end stands out huh okay well we're gonna what time are you there though [Music] I don't go that fast the V6 can still do 98. yes I'm a girl you think I'm gonna run away from the club yeah you wouldn't be the first one well that would be cool yeah but you drop down give it Springs and you popped out right over here you hung the left and then you come right back here it's the same exact car yes but I don't even know my shoes like I have the GPS should go home I don't know my street but if you jump off on the street GPS will tell you how to get back to where you're supposed to go um [Music] it's just gonna be an unfortunate set of circumstances in coincidence so you can go to jail on the weed and then when I get down to the jail I'm gonna watch the video and make sure yeah because right now you match the vehicle so quick vehicle you have an actual address where the cars come from I'm telling you that's what the circumstances are okay okay you got weed here you can be arrested on weed so right now we're gonna do that then we're going to continue the investigation I'm probably gonna get a search one on the Black Box in your car to figure out what the top speed was [Music] okay there's Reasonable Suspicion which is a legal term that you apparently don't understand I have reasonable suspicions stop you because you're matched the vehicle as a vehicle that's running from me I stop you immediately smell the odor of marijuana okay it is you can sit here and say family people say it wasn't me all the time in this job but if you were there several hours ago and you left after that yeah but what time did you leave the 310 yeah that's a long time ago okay so where'd you go after that dealership which gas station which one there's hundreds of ones so I'll just do a search warrant on your car and get all the data off of it and we'll see what your top speed was at the time of the pursuit and we'll just do that okay but right now you're gonna go generally until it gets all figured out you shouldn't have that much weed in the first place so yeah if you can't say where she's coming from everything else no no no no she went to go get it serviced by this guy to fix the tire sensor but if she left at like three something she spent plenty of time to go to Huntsville to come back or she turned around halfway there and come back I only said that just to irritation with it actually kind of surprised because I was keeping up with it pretty well and it slowed down a lot and it seemed like driver wasn't comfortable especially as he curves the traffic but he would only get up to like 122 on the street or on the uh on 412 they wouldn't that's about the fastest I had it at 122. inventory I'm gonna take her at least on the lead right now I'm gonna go back and watch the video is there any other distinguishing marks right there now but she had in the car she said she smokes it and of course she doesn't drive with it so no front license plates this is blacked out she's got it steering wheel Hood yeah I've been through a little bit of it I haven't done it thorough I was looking for the weed who can they yeah [Music] [Music] hip-hop is that just while the within the last little bit or [Music] blue [Music] thank you it'd be better if you can back up go around now for right now continue investigation all right dear so we just checked the data on your car it even says your top speed while good was 130 so it was you so you are under arrest for that your car says your top speed was 130 Watts over there let me show you something did you call the leadership yes but you haven't been in the dealership in hours that's what your car says that's what your car says I don't know I'm talking about this it's just recent Series right there because she's done the data we're gonna do the data we're gonna pull your box that's like the max they have gone in my car okay well we're gonna do the top speed and stuff we're gonna get a search warrant on the back box on your car it would just be easier if you help yourself I know that's why I'm saying I'm trying to help myself but I don't know how to tell you okay but that's not a very common color I know okay [Music] it's not me well we'll go back to check it and we'll just start throwing on your carpet right now again color matching that same it's your hair color same body kit and everything else right now we're at least eight you know in the lead confirm make sure you're not driver and I'm gonna do a search one on the car okay go ahead yeah thank you [Music] I'll check into it now we'll take care of up there right now I remember no I got there at three because they close at four and he even told me you got here today come on they got cameras say again they got cameras in the dealership so that's what we're gonna check but you have to understand that right now between that vehicle and stuff and then you've got a bunch of weed in the car you're not supposed to have I mean you just put yourself in a bad situation by having the weed so how am I confusing you you may not like the rules here but you if you have illegal narcotics in your possession that you can go to jail on I'm not charging you for fleeing no that's not the way it works it was me the one who was driving no I don't have to I have Reasonable Suspicion in the United States that's the way that it works you have Reasonable Suspicion and probable cause I have had a vehicle that's why I'm running lights and sirens is because I lost side of the vehicle back there at snorer which is about the same spot at Hewitt Springs if you take Hewitt Springs it turns into friendship over here and it pops out over here yeah but you have to take me all the way to your car no I can smell weed I don't have to have proof that's what you don't understand you cannot like the rules all you want but that's the way that it is if you don't want to put yourself in this position don't have marijuana in your car okay how am I wrong okay if you prove yourself that's fine but I'm going to go off the fact that right now you have an address in Huntsville where the vehicle was coming from yeah exactly that's where the vehicle was coming from there right but that's where the vehicle that was running for me was coming from okay and that's fine if you want to stick to that that's fine and if that ends up being the case so be it but you'll at least get charged for the marijuana you're not going to have your phone with you no I'm just going to test them that I can go for my baby we'll let you do that down there in a minute I gotta get this other stuff taken care of first [Music] foreign do you find anything else in there [Music] foreign
