he he's saying I don't care that's not years uh telling me that that it's not mine so this argument all started because of a burger All right a $50 Burger yeah a $50 Burger don't you know how much door Dash cost I don't know you don't you don't my door Dash no no I'm lost I only know McDonald's $50 Burger so when I'm when I'm at the door and I'm confronting him about it he he confronts me and he gets into my face like he literally like he's like like like I can't he's in my face like this and talking right there in front of that door the entrance door to the house yeah right in front of that door and he's pushing me in into the house pushing me into the house like that I'm sorry I didn't mean to I want so I detail as possible so I I go to to his girlfriend to his room and I from his girlfriend give me $30 that's when he comes in and he pushes me out of the doorway pushes me into the hall and I'm trying to catch my balance he pushes me from my back from my back so I'm this is this is the door here's the door I'm right here knocking on the door to speak to he pushes me out of the way to get into his door he closes the door so come on you're at the door knocking girlriend he's outside he's outside so he's trying to push you out of the way to go into the room yeah okay that's how it happened and so I'm trying to catch my balance I'm trying to catch my balance cuz he shoved me okay and I I go like this towards the door and I push the towards the other door okay cuz there's three doors right okay and I push myself to catch my balance in a statue the statue that that's there it's huge it's a big statue and the the burger how how tall will you say the statue was like thisall okay the base plus the St plus the statue that's all shattered on the floor now the statue was shattered and you're saying that he never said that the burger was his uh that the the burger was yours he said oh it's not yours just saying like and and he knows that the only person that buys this type of stuff is myself okay and so I mean I I sped my mom immediately after it happened cuz I was terrified and she already knew what the story was so like okay I'm trying to um one this when you fell towards this CCH I fell towards the door and to catch my like towards the wall okay I want to try to understand I know the door has two damages there's one on the top that's old I can tell it's old it's not today but there's another one just in English cuz myner need to understand with the the damage the bottom damage right the dent okay it happened how with the the whole commotion that was happening me trying to catch my balance like pushing it okay so I mean I wasn't here that's why I'm trying to you know try to get a picture as detailed as possible in my mind so the statue what the wall you push a statue okay and the statue fell towards the wall towards his door towards the door yeah but I'm trying to grab onto the wall so I'm pushing everything towards the wall but with going like like just my body moving the way that the way that I'm trying to catch myself catch my balance it fell towards the door he said that I threw it at him and I didn't throw it at him so okay um this is like not the first occasion where he's threatened to like get physical with me in the past few months what's your name Bianca right yeah I spoke to Grandma I spoke to several people in the house I spoke to yeah none of them witnessed it so nobody witnessed it I understand and I know this is not uh not the first time anything happens like there a feud born for whatever reason yeah he's had Feud with multiple people in the house okay but we honestly whatever happened in the past it happened in the past yeah I understand that okay we're here because like he like is getting physical with me like he did get physical with me today on like the first occasion and I didn't get physical with him it's extremely uh hard for us to determine honestly who started what who who pushed who first W it's really hard it's really hard to believe it's really hard to it's really hard to Fathom I'm a small I'm like a I'm obviously like not equipped enough to defend myself with someone you got uh snx per all this different things out there smoke uh do you do Coke crack none of that stuff no never that's something just Mar one yeah how of when you did it how often did you do it once a day two times a day okay but like a lot a little joint okay and that you felt it was doing what for you calming you down so it's like a a way that you think that it helps you C joint um is that what you're telling me or like he used to drink a a bottle like a like a thing of wine every night a glass a glass of wine every night okay all right um so yeah it's really hot um no I know I know I know like I'm saying I'm being told that there's going to be a reing order being put on me when I wasn't when I wasn't when I wasn't the one that physical let but I haven't been physical with anyone that's to put a restraining order who told you that um his his sister okay police does not does not have the authority to put a restraining order on anyone that's got to be done through the courts okay so according to him he he she got aggressive verbally towards him as he was walking to his bedroom she was walking behind him and shoved him he walked into his bedroom and closed the door according to him she grabbed a a base like a big statue that's on the hallway and threw it against the door and threw it against the door uh denting the the door and the statues there on the floor um she was Goa when we got here um made contact with her via landline she returned to the scene based on her statement um she's saying that yes there was an argument because of the uh Burger but it was him the one one that got in her face as she was going towards his bedroom and he shoved her causing her to lose her balance and that's how the statue fell however after interviewing the grandma and another lady at the house by the way there were no Witnesses at the time of the incident everybody was outside she does appear to have a [Music] um condition [Music] uh she does appear to have a uh aggressive that's okay so what you Bas on I mean this is a he said she said however based on uh the statements of the family members it leads me to believe that she was probably the one that shov them First In the Heat of the Moon that's my opinion and that's why I think it happened however it's extremely hard for me to determine whether is true or not only thing that is a little inconsistent when I got here that first he was he just said it was a ver he told the uh my partner that it was just a verbal argument and then he said no but she she uh she pushed me she shoved me and I he I also had him already write a DB St all right let's kiss seems like you possibly didn't want to get in trouble but um I will I will go off with what the Witnesses are telling since you you said was no witness there um whichever one that you believe more with their story with being consistent then you should go off of that person but since they did contact police and say that there was some type of physical altercation that occur between domes violence partner well the violence between family members then we have to make a very so it's just going to be whichever one that you feel more is being consistent and is being uh trustworthy yes sir yeah C so uh yeah going back to what you're saying yeah he is out on probation so I don't know if that might have a little bit to do with first given a different you know uh two different stories so that might be the case uh and then after speaking to the niece that she just returned to the scene I mean I could tell that she she's whatever whatever reason is behind it she's been to rehab for a weed um um I'm sorry marijuana license uh that's the new Norm now so um and um she's under treatment for that's so I'm going to do the 39 because of the uh d
