Um, how do you know these two? I met them back about two or three years ago and they offered to ask me to give them a ride home and I said I wouldn't go up here teaching. So I'm just taking them back to 888 Harrison Avenue. >> Teaching what? >> Uh CPR and first aid and ad. >> Okay. Where are >> today? I was teaching up in uh Talage, but I teach it all over different parts of the country, parts of the state. >> You normally give these two rides. >> Not I gave him a ride like about >> maybe two weeks ago or so. Why? >> Well, listen. I'm going to be completely upfront with you. I think there's a little bit of mutual respect that I've got for you. You've got for law enforcement and everything. Um, the person that's in the backseat of your car is multiple times been arrested for narcotics. >> Oh, I didn't know anything about that. >> In the front seat of the car, same thing. >> Okay. I didn't know anything about I'll stay away from them. I didn't know. Where'd you pick them up at? >> I picked them up on Market Avenue right there by the uh family restaurant. >> Okay. You know what what the place was called? >> At that hotel right there. I don't know. >> Hotel the courtesy in >> courtesy. I make a lot of drug arrests out of the car. >> Okay. I had nothing to do with that. >> Are there any drugs in the car? >> Absolutely. You can check the whole car. No, absolutely not. Not that I know. They're not mine. >> Barn heart. Right. All right. I'm going to have you step out of the car. Okay. >> Um you're not in trouble. You're not under arrest. Is that your only bag that you have in the vehicle? >> Okay. Come on out for me. Excuse me. Down you take off. Just keep in the car. >> Is that drone bag? >> No firearms in there. Okay. Careful. Thanks. In that bag. >> I'm just I'm asking the question. No firearms. Okay. >> No. >> All right. I am going to be searching the vehicle. Can I make sure that there's no firearms in that bag? >> Not me. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Thank you. >> Mhm. What happened? >> Oh, um, a gentleman robbed me for a lot of money and he when I found him, I was calling the sheriff and he stabbed me in the eye and punched me in brass knuckles and broke my face. >> When did that happen? >> About 2 weeks ago. >> Ouch. He stabbed you? >> Yeah. Uh, like you see the in right there? >> Did they arrest him? >> Yes. >> Oh, good. Uh, it's my face is broke here, here, here, and here. >> Who was this guy? >> Uh, Andre Fitzgerald. >> You know him? >> No. >> No. >> How did that happen? >> I had never met him. A friend of his had come over to my house and >> I'm like, I don't really like this guy. I don't know him, you know, and he was acting funny. And then he just kept like, oh, we got to go. We got to go. We got to go. So, cameras. So, And we have your period 13 >> right here. >> What? >> 13 over here. >> What happened here? >> What's going on? >> Um, figure it out. >> How to jail? >> I don't know what we're doing right now. I mean, she's right now she's under arrest. So, >> Oh my goodness. >> Do you have anything on you? >> I don't I didn't I don't have >> You do. Tell us. >> I don't know. But hidden in there >> inside. You have anything hidden? >> Ouch. Just >> cuz if uh you know when you go to jail and they do find it, then that's an additional charge. So if you do, you need to tell us now. >> I think there might be something like down there. >> Okay. Down there. >> Yeah. >> Where? >> All right. So like where at is it? >> What? >> What is it? there. >> How far do I >> um What's your first name? >> Jennifer. >> Jennifer. All right. Listen. Um the easiest way to do this Where is Is it in your underwear or where is it? >> It's like right there. >> Is it Do you have underwear on? >> Yeah. >> You do? >> Yeah. >> Is it in your underwear? Between your pants and underwear? >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, if we take one hand, what's it wrapped in? >> A bag. >> Like a sealed baggie or like a binder? He's still in the bathroom. >> Sealed baggie. Okay. So, understand this. Okay. What we're going to have you do is we're going to take one handcuff off. Okay. You're going to reach in. You're going to grab it. Don't try and get rid of it. Don't try to destroy it. Um don't do anything weird or you're going to get another charge, a felony charge. Okay? It's tampering with evidence. >> Okay? We are where we are right now. Okay? So, let's accept that. >> All right? Don't do anything with that. Don't do anything silly. Okay? She's going to take your left hand handcuff off. You're going to reach in and grab it. And you're going to hand it to us. >> Is that fair? >> Yeah. >> Okay. All right. Go ahead and put your clothes on first and then >> you said Jennifer is your name. Yeah. >> Anything else want you to poke, stick, or stab us? >> No, ma'am. >> Okay. >> Go ahead. >> Why don't you check? Did you check her at all yet? >> Uh, they just paddled her down. >> That's all they did. >> Why don't you check her first and then and then we'll do that. Yeah. >> How much are we talking that you've got? >> 20 >> $20. Okay. So, not a lot. >> Where's Where's Where's uh two we got her hit? >> Probably down below. >> Okay. >> It seems like it's more up front. Uh, can you come talk to me in front of my car, please? >> Yeah. >> Right here. >> Um, do you have anything to hidden on you? Up front? >> No. >> I'm being upfront, honest with you. >> I promise you. She searched me. I don't do drugs. >> She did. Oh, the other lady. >> Okay. >> You do. You have You have drug arrests. You have drug activity. >> No, I don't. >> Yes, you do. because you're the one that called about that truck. And then after I got out of talking to you about that truck, I did some homework on you and I know that you do and I recognize you. >> It was I I it was in conviction. >> Listen, it doesn't matter if it's in conviction or not. You You have been and in the past been surrounded by drugs. You're in a vehicle with narcotics again today. >> Okay. >> I did not know she had anything on me. I swear to God. So, are you being truthful with me when you're saying that you have nothing stuck or hidden on you? >> No, I don't even have underwear on. I will show your officer like nothing. >> You don't need to see it and it's not going to be something that we're going to do like that, but I have I have a very high suspicion because she's got it on her. She's got it tucked in her underwear as well. >> I don't have underwear on and she can search my vagina if she like >> Can I search you? >> Yeah, absolutely. just uh >> road back here. Okay. >> Were they paying you for a ride? >> Nope. They probably We went to lunch. You got lunch for them over at their family's restaurant. They said go to lunch and they asked me if I give a ride back on Harrison or whatever. That's all I was doing. >> You paying paying them for anything? >> No. Absolutely not. No, no, no. >> How you know you in any kind of trouble or anything like that whatsoever? >> Well, the girl that was riding in your front seat, she's she's got possession of it looks like fentanyl and she had methed on her, too. So, >> Okay. All right. Um, she'll be >> I don't do drugs or anything. I was being a fireman and no better than that. And I had no idea they had never even offered to help those guys out. >> I mean, you kind of had a suspicion. >> No, not really because they weren't they weren't hired. >> How did you meet them? >> I met him a long time ago. Uh, >> how long? >> About two years ago, maybe. The one girl I met about 2 years ago, maybe on and off, >> but nothing. I mean, like she'd call me once in a while and we'd talk or she'd ask, you know, ask if I would help her out like with a ride once in a while. And I said, "Yeah, I would." And never never had any consequences. So that's when they offered >> I offered cuz they said if you write an offer, I'll give you the ride over to your house. That's all I was doing. >> You were taking them where? >> 888 Harrison Avenue. >> Who lives there? >> That's where that young lady is. >> What's her name? >> Okay. I think it is. >> You know what her last name is? >> But you've known her for two years. >> I've known her. I've only known her for like about a week. They're just friends. >> The other one? >> I've known the other for like maybe maybe two years, I guess. I don't >> I call her Jenna. >> You don't know her last name? >> Not really getting No, really isn't that or anything like that. >> Not dating or anything like going out with her or doing anything with her. >> Okay. >> Absolutely not. >> All right. Uh once my partner is done uh searching this thing, I'm going to have you get back in the car. Your other passenger is going to go with you more than likely. Um >> and I got to look and see how much was retrieved from from the other girl's pants. Uh she might be getting out of here with a summon. Um and if not, I'll let you know that and then you guys can take off and I'll take her to jail. >> Whatever you want me to do to Sure. the same, you know. >> All right. Cool. Um 878. >> Yeah, I could jump on the freeway and grab that uh post that was in our first and then get her. >> Having that having these rights in mind, do you wish to talk to me now? >> Okay. So, what we got off of your body? What what is that method? What was in your purse? >> Uh, it was meth. >> It's meth, too? >> Yeah. >> Are you sure? >> Yeah. >> Cuz we're going to test it. We'll know. So, >> I think it was I found it cuz we came from the curse at the end, me and her, and I found it. >> The what's in your purse is what you found. >> Yeah. Yeah, I found it. I was like, "Oh, >> okay." >> What I had in my draws, that's fine. Yes. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> All right. I'm going to go talk to them and figure out what's going on. Okay. Yeah, I'll be back in a second. Okay. >> So, you have no idea what's inside your purse? >> No, I found that little bag. >> Okay. All right. >> Yeah. D the house, too. >> Huh? >> D at the house. >> At what house? >> Where we stayed? >> Triple 8 Harrison. >> Mhm. >> There's a lot there. >> Yeah. >> Who Who's running that house? It's a foreclosed house. >> So, no, nobody lives there, actually. >> Uh, we do. >> So, who's selling it? >> I guess the people that used to live there, but the people that used to live there, I guess, died. >> I'm saying who who's dope is it? >> The friends and her husband. >> Who's Courtney and >> When's the last time you used Um, a little bit young. >> Have you been to prison before? >> Yeah. >> For what? >> Um, fail to register. >> Failed to register. Did you go to prison for that? >> Um, [clears throat] yeah. >> Huh? >> Yes. Makes me so mad that I go to jail and she don't. >> How much did she buy? >> 50 >> of meth. >> No. Heroin. >> So like a little less than a gram. >> Yeah. So that [ __ ] >> She got searched as much as she could. >> Step out. Nothing else hidden on you, right? >> What's not fair? >> I got to tell. They don't >> Well, they don't have any drunk traffic. >> They went and got some of my dope oil. You want to talk, >> huh? >> You want to talk? >> Yeah. >> Okay, let's go have a conversation. >> Don't step. All right. So, she's going to go to jail. She had a decent size amount of meth on her uh fentanyl from inside the vehicle. Um I noticed that you have an arcan that's sitting in your dash. >> That's cuz I Yeah, cuz I'm a fire. So, I mean, you're rolling around with it. So, >> Well, yeah, we always carry it with us because >> No, no, I get it. I'm I'm saying they're calling your vehicle. So, well, I didn't know it obviously. >> I put it in my name for her. >> If you have a room key and you were in and out of there. Yeah. >> Yep. >> Um, all right. I'm not going to write you a citation for not using your turn signals when changing lanes, but you are required to by the state of Ohio. >> Thank you. I appreciated me. I I honestly didn't mean judging, you know, >> but but when I'm doing this job in a traffic stop and I identify you as the person that I talked to last week and I seen your record, you know, yes, it was in lie of conviction. However, there there were things that you also have been involved in with with mediumsiz narcotics dealers that you got your eye punched in from. That raises my suspicion, >> but you were there, right? Okay. So, in and around it and then I find some narcotics and look, this is this is how it works. I'm not saying you're a bad person by any means. I'm just saying that I have to Okay. And congratulations. I just have to use indicators and clues uh to build to build what I believe to be is what's going on. And what do you know? It's what's going on. You didn't have it, but it's what's going on, right? She should be arriving tomorrow morning. >> Okay, you guys have a good day. >> All right. Thank you. >> All right. I'm going to I'm going to have a conversation with you and it's going to be an off thereord conversation. Are you cool with that? >> Okay.
