That's why we're trying to figure out what's going on. So, the best you can cooperate with us, the faster this process is going to go. Does that make sense? >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. Do you have your license on you? >> I have a picture of it. >> Okay. So, what's your date of birth? >> June 17th. >> June 17th. >> What's What's the year? Um 88 79 >> 8879. But we can't get all the rest over there, >> right? So why' you ask parking residents? >> I mean like we're not even from here. So we didn't know that it's a felony. So we I mean >> we seen that it was a house but nobody was there. >> We might try to enter the property. >> Do you guys know anybody else in the area? >> No. >> Or is it just >> just them? >> Just them. >> And is there just the two of them? >> It's like three four houses down. >> It's them and one other person I believe. >> Gotcha. Who Who is them? >> Our friends in 33. >> And then who are they? What is their names? >> Jojo. >> So if I go to 33 Columbia and knock on their front door, a Jojo will answer the door. >> Yes. And you and then you would please just just make sure that she's all right because they're they're they're arguing and fight and I just didn't want them. I told them to please not argue and not do that. Were you guys staying there? Uh overnight? >> Yeah, we were staying over there. You can ask them. >> Do you have a driver's license? >> I'm I'm just trying to tell you. I'm just being We're trying to tell you. >> Have you ever had a driver's license? >> Oh, man. I'm not. >> Listen, he's profusely. >> Step out. >> Come out of the car. Step out of the car. Unbuckle yourself and step out of the car. >> He hasn't had a driver's license. >> I know. He's giving us a false name. I want you to step out. Unbuckle yourself and step out of the car. I gave you the opportunity to give me your name. She did not provide. >> Please behave, baby. Please behave. >> Turn around. Face face the door. >> My [ __ ] fell out. >> How about you buckle them? >> All right. >> Turn around. Face the door. >> You say you haven't had any drinks tonight at all, sir. >> My release status. The offense is cocaine. >> Go back here. >> Can I pull my pants up? >> I'll pull them up. Come back here. >> Why are you not giving me your name and date of birth? >> Because these guys are I told you my name's David. Go to the front of my car. Why are you sweating profusely like that? Like, tell me what's really going on, bro. I I'm not trying to get you hemmed up, but at the same time, you see what's going on. >> Please go check on my friends and over there. >> I'm not worried about them right now. You have any weapons on you? >> No, sir. Will you please I'm not trying to be a problem or anything, sir? >> I mean, are you guys having the car? Like, what's going on? Your pants are down. Like, dude, be >> dude. Seriously, be straight away. >> We don't want them to know what we're doing. We're messing around. >> Okay. Who's Who's them? >> They're our friends over there. Is she Does she live over there? >> I got another girlfriend over here. >> She You have another girlfriend over there? >> Yes. >> Okay, now we're getting to the truth. You see how this is now? >> Yeah. >> You guys haven't used any narcotics tonight at all? >> No. >> Whose vehicle is this? >> This is um his and um another lady. >> Another lady. Who's the other lady? His wife? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. What's his name? >> His name is David. >> His name is David. What's his last name? >> What's his date of birth? Do you know? I don't know by heart. I mean, >> how do you know him? How do you know David? >> He's a friend. >> He's a friend. And you guys decide to come here from Texas, leave his wife at home, take his car. >> It's not necessarily like taking his car. I mean, whatever. >> You're in possession of this car right now. Is what you're saying? >> I mean, I drove over here from down the street right there. Okay. >> From right there. >> You want to give him permission to look in the car? >> No. Let me see what the deal is. Well, because he's given us false information, we can't find any record. >> I mean, as far as I know, he doesn't even have a record. >> We can't find a record of him being alive. So, the more you help us, the better it's going to look for you. Cuz right now, you guys are loitering and prowling on a construction site. It's a felony, >> right? You're not even here. >> It doesn't matter where you're from. Ignorance doesn't has no bliss to the law. The law is the law. You guys are parked at a construction site. He's not wanting to ID himself correctly. >> I mean, >> you don't have a valid driver's license. >> I only know from what he's told me. So, you don't know him that well then. >> Hey, do the same thing with outside. Get out and secure. >> I don't know. I'm going to have you step out of the car for me. >> For what? >> You're ordering problem. It's felony. Step out of the car. Step out of the car for me, please. >> Why? >> Because we're asking you to >> step out. >> I'm not I don't even understand this. >> Put your phone down. >> I mean, face the car. >> Because you guys aren't telling us the whole truth. >> I don't know if it's cold. I mean like if he's not telling the story about something, >> how can I know you're up that though? >> Stand back here. What kind of drugs you guys been using tonight? And don't lie cuz we're going to look in the car. So the easier you make it on us. We do this every single day of the week. So you're going to sit here and tell us you're not using any drugs and he's not on any and he said no alcohol, no drugs. He can't stand his pupils by he's soaking wet. You guys have any meth in the car? >> No. >> Not that I know about. I mean like I said, >> not that you know about. >> Not that I know about. >> Most people know if they have meth in their car. Well, this is not my car, though. >> But you're driving it, so you're in control of the vehicle right now. >> Okay. I'm driving it. Yes. But I mean, at the same time, it's not my car. It's his car. I I took off driving from down the street. >> Do you have any weapons on you at all? >> No, I don't have no weapons. >> You have any pockets on you? >> No, I don't have pockets. >> What's this? Just a >> Is it a back brace? Is it? >> You want to turn around? >> Okay. Was there any narcotics used at 33 Columbia? >> I mean, I've been in like in a room all day. Like, I don't, >> you know, I'm not a people person, so I mean, like, for me to social know anybody is like very limited. Like, as far as like when I'm around, >> nothing's been used in front of me that I know about. >> Okay. While the girl identified as Michelle is busy knowing nothing about any drugs, the other deputy goes through her bags and doesn't come back empty-handed. >> Whose bag was he holding? >> Whose bag was he holding? >> I'm not too sure. >> A big blue bag. Was that your bag? Was that his bag? >> That has hygiene stuff in it. >> Okay. So, whose bag is it? >> I mean, since our road trip, we've all d been putting everything together since our road trip. But, I mean, it's >> You guys use Do you use heroin? Anything like that? >> No. Why is it full of needles and a scale and tin foil? >> I have no idea. >> Yeah, but you just said you were sharing it. >> So you said you know everything that's in there sharing it, but like we were just putting like all hygiene in it. I mean >> and needles and scales like scales is hygiene. >> I don't know about that. >> You don't know about that? >> I mean the and the tin foil. >> Anytime we've ever showered like he's always brought the hygiene out. >> Okay. So you don't have any track marks? You don't you haven't ever used the needle in your life? >> I mean not in my life. Like I mean when I go to the doctor and stuff. Yeah. >> I'm asking you recreationally. You don't have track marks. You don't inject. You don't take heroin. You don't take any meth. You don't snort anything through the straws that are in there. This is only going to make it easier on you. If it's if it's in the car, we're going to find it. So I'm asking you to help us. >> Where in the car is it? >> I'm not too sure. Where is it? >> And what is it? Just so I know. So I don't get hurt when I'm looking for it or one of our deputies don't get hurt looking for it. What is it? Meth. Heroin. Cocaine, weed. I don't want to get stuck by a needle. I don't want to get fentanyl poisoning. I don't want your dog to get it either. For your own protection, what's in the car? >> It's not my vehicle. >> Okay. So, it's not your vehicle. So, what is it? What's in the car then? >> I don't know. I don't know. It's not my vehicle. >> Okay. But you just you're you're kind of admitting there's something in there. You're just saying it's not your vehicle. So, it's not your vehicle. But what's what kind of narcotics are in there before we go digging around so that we know at least what we're going to ingest if we ingest something. You see, we all carry this right here. This is to protect ourselves. So, I need to know what's in there just in case I have to use that on a deputy of mine. We're going to find it either way. We've already got PC to go through the car. I've already found the drug paraphernalia in the bag he was holding that he that he didn't want to give ID for. There's needles, there's scales, there's straws, there's tin foil. So, you're only going to help yourself by making it easier. At least you tell me what's in there. If not, we're going to tear the whole car apart. Do you want to give me an information or you just going to know? >> Huh? These handcuffs are making my back very uncomfortable. >> Okay. Well, I can put them in the front if you help me out. If you don't help me out, I'm not going to help you out because I have that discretion to be able to do that. You willing to help me out? >> I didn't move the handcuffs. Move this. >> Okay. Where? What's in the car? And I'll move the handcuff. Give and take. You want something? Help me out. Cuz either way, we're going to find it. So, at least I can put that you helped me out and you were cooperative. I moved the handcuffs to your front. >> I'm not trying to go to jail since I was driving. >> I can't say that you're going to go to jail or not. I don't know. We haven't got that far yet. I don't know. Either way, we're going to find it in the car. So, if you don't help at all, I can tell you you're going to go to jail for sure if it's in the car. What were you guys using? And can't say nothing. He's soaking wet. I can tell you he's on narcotics. His pupils are huge. Yours are huge. Is it meth? Is it heroin? What is it? >> All right. I'm just going to find it then. >> I'm just going to find it then. >> No, it's okay. >> So then where is it? >> Understand this is just for our safety. We're going to find it. >> I understand that. I understand that. it. >> Okay. Then I'm going to go >> then I'm going to go in the car and I'm going to find it. >> I want your name and date of birth again because we have no record on you. >> I don't have no >> No. Saying it's not coming back. Do you have a driver's license out of Texas? >> No. Where's your driver's license at? >> I do. >> Where is your driver's license? >> I have ID information. >> Where is it on you? >> I don't have a driver's license. >> Ever in any of the states? Are you US Are you a US citizen? >> Are you a US citizen? Pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America to the Republic. >> Dude, that's not what I'm asking. What is your name and date of birth? >> David. >> What is your middle initial? I don't have one. >> What is your last name? >> Steph. >> Spell it for me. This is your last chance. Give me a false name on you. >> S T A F O R D. >> S T A F O R D. >> What is your date of birth? >> June 1779. >> 17th 79. Yes, sir. It's not 88. >> No, 88. Maybe 25 years old or something. >> Where did you You said you can't drive. Where can you not drive out of? What state? Texas. >> I used to never drive. I don't drive. I don't have a driver's license. >> Never issued one. >> No. >> Never issued one. Where do you live? Give me your address. >> What? >> I'm staying over here. I just moved over. >> Don't keep lying to me. What is your address? >> Ask them. They're telling you. >> Where's your address? >> 33 right there in the street. Columbia. You please just go ask them. They would tell you everything. >> What's your phone number? Do you have a phone number? Do you have a phone on you? >> Yeah. >> What is your phone number? >> Do you want to go to jail tonight? Is that what you're trying to do? >> We're not doing anything wrong. >> David Stanford, you are doing something wrong. You're parked in a construction site. >> I didn't know that we weren't supposed to park over there. >> It doesn't have a driveway. How do you not know it? You're not supposed to park there. >> It doesn't have a driveway. >> We were just doing a quickie. >> There it is. Can we just leave? >> No, you're being detained. How long have you been staying at 33 Columbia for? >> You just moved over here. >> Just go over there and ask me. >> Relax, dude. >> Can I have another unit go to 33 Columbia Lane? They're advising they're from this address and a possible 22D Delta had occurred. >> Thank you very much. >> Who's home? >> Jojo's home. >> Jojo and who? Who is he going to fight with? >> It's a lady. >> Your girlfriend, right? >> She's a lady. >> What's her name? >> Jojo is a lady that lives here that moved to her house. >> Okay. Hey, Jojo and Hill. >> Robert >> Robert Hill Carmel. We were just making out in the car, bro. That's how we were doing. >> Were they fighting with each other? >> Yes, they were fighting. We just got away from want to be around. >> So, your girlfriend was fighting with Fit her boyfriend. >> Fighting. They're a couple. >> Dude, now you're lying to me. >> They're a couple. >> Dude, now you're lying to me. You just said that was your girlfriend. >> No, you said that she was my girlfriend. >> Bro, >> I did not say she was my girlfriend. She's my friend I come down here to move with. All you got to do is go check and talk to her. I promise you. And then you're going to be really >> I mean I at this time I don't know what what you're doing. >> Then you're going to really feel bad because I trying to tell you the truth. >> You haven't told me the truth since I got here. >> Look, there they are right there. >> Who are you? >> Your friend that came down with them. >> Who's still at the house? >> Huh? >> Who's still at the house? >> Uh some lady and then or two ladies and a guy. >> Who's who was fighting? He said there people fighting. >> Uh the lady and the guy. Are they still fighting now? >> Uh, I don't I don't think so. I think the guy ended up leaving with the truck. >> Did they get physical or was it a good argument? >> They did kind of get a little bit physical, but >> did anyone hurt? >> Huh? >> Anyone hurt? >> Mm-m. >> Stop. We're going to go in the back of the car. >> What's his name? >> Uh, Hier. Hi. I don't know. >> You want to spell it? >> No. >> His name is a fake name. What's your name? I mean, we were over there, but they started fighting like physically fighting like that like you know. So, we just we didn't want to be, you know, in the in the middle of any of that because that's not our problem or our situation, you know. Okay. Any narcotics on you? >> No. >> Okay. You can go stand over there with her. >> She tell you. >> What's your first name? >> 17. >> No. What's your first name? >> Oh, David. >> David. You said it's in you you admit there's something in the car. Where's it at? And we'll help you out. I'm not going to keep going back and forth. >> So, I'm just going to look in the car and find it then. >> It's what? It's >> It's in a bagack. >> It's in a bag where >> backpack. >> In a backpack. This one's right here. Or in the in the back seat. What backpack? This one. >> I guess. Yeah. >> If you wiggle, it makes it tighter. Like >> you You're telling me you drove from Texas? >> Yeah. >> To here? >> Yes. >> And you don't know her name? >> I mean, basically, >> what are you guys doing at this house over here? Is this a rental? Is this an Airbnb? How do you know? >> No, no, no. Uh >> how do you know the house? The people at the house. >> The people that live there, they're there at the house right now. >> Okay. We came to uh because he was supposed to uh sell the car to the people that you know >> which car I think I think it was this car to the guy that lives over here like there's like a big gap like a small gap like kind of looking rainforest this and then it's the house right there right next to it. He was supposed to sell the car to him. And then we were, you know, he was supposed to give him a like a different like turn a car and then give him money for the car too. And then we were like, you know, supposed to go our way, go back to Texas. But >> And you don't know who who fought each other? >> I don't know. >> Dude, how long you been in the house? >> Uh, I mean, right after they were done uh arguing or whatever. I was standing in the next door neighbor's house and I was just standing there. >> Okay. So, you came from 33 Columbia, correct? That's the house over there. 33, >> I guess. So, >> and the female's name, that's who's still there? What's her name? >> I don't know. I don't know their name. >> How did you all meet them? How do you all know them? Apparently, don't. >> It's his his friends. >> What's he on right now? Is he drunk or high? >> No, I >> Be honest. Using narcotics or drinking alcohol is not a crime. Selling it is a crime. Possessing it's a crime. Him using it's not. So if he's high right now, I see know why he's giving us weird answers because his answers don't make sense and they don't match yours, which is why you're in cuffs and so is she. >> Which is why I'm in cuffs. Why am I in cuffs when I >> Cuz your story doesn't make sense and I can't verify your identity. So you went your entire life with no identification. How old are you? >> I'm 31. >> Do you work have a job? >> No. >> You never worked? >> I mean back then >> they didn't ask for anything to identify your dendi. >> You ask for like an ID card or anything? >> I mean in Texas not really. I mean, they don't really When you're that age, they don't really >> You got tin foil, too, huh? >> Yeah. But that's for the food. That was for the food. I don't >> need you. >> Not the needles and the straws and the scales. >> Is there a [ __ ] on your person? >> No. >> Is there a [ __ ] in your the stuff you brought over here? >> No. >> Can I search the stuff you brought over here? >> What? >> You want to search that? >> Yeah. >> 3 days ago. Where were you at? >> On the streets. >> On the streets. Okay. Not Texas. Why you Why don't you Why do I have to ask these questions? Why can't you just tell me the information? You commit a felony and you give us a fake name until we can find your license and verify your identity. You give us a fake name. So if it's anything other than what you told us, you're going to jail. Okay. Are you going to start telling the truth or do you want to go to jail, too? >> How long have you known him for? >> Maybe >> 8 months. >> Eight months. >> 8 months. >> So you know him as David Stafford. >> You came down here together? >> Yeah. >> So you supposedly David and this woman, who is this woman? From what I know her by is Na. I don't I mean that's her nickname is I don't know her real name. >> So you drove from Texas to Florida and you don't know her real name? >> I mean just what they've told me. >> Why did you come to Palm Coast, Florida? What is the reason you were here? >> Originally it was to come down here and really actually sell a car. I mean it's their car. >> Who's there? Who's Whose car is that? Pamela something. He said it was his wife and she said it was his wife. A strange wife or whatever. Is this the bag you're talking about? She said something's in that bag, but she won't say what. She said just a backpack. >> Okay. So, you came here per David and you and her to come sell a car. Did you sell the car? Cuz how long have you been here? >> Not yet. A couple days. >> Four, five, six, seven. >> Two two days. >> So, 48 hours about. Why didn't you sell the car right away and leave? Like, why are you staying? >> I mean, cuz we haven't taken sell the car yet. I mean, the people that are down there, they're the like his friends are the ones that want to buy the car, but I mean, they haven't fully decided if they want to like actually buy it or like they want to trade for the car and then some cash. I mean, you haven't fully got the agreement. >> So, you kind of understand how that's kind of weird. You drive from Texas to Florida and you don't know if you want to buy the car, right? >> I mean, they don't know if they want to buy this car. >> So, specifically now tonight, you know him as David and you know her as who? >> Na. It's her street name, I guess. I don't know. I mean, like that's just what that they told me was Nelly. I don't know if it's >> What's her like street name? Like you picked her up off the street. I'm so confused. >> No. Like I mean like who she goes by? Everybody calls her N. >> Are you guys from the same block? >> No, I don't. I'm not a street walker. >> Um, so you go from all three of you. What happened specifically tonight? Jojo and >> Jojo and her her husband Richard. She started like arguing and threatening to break his windows and she even threatened to call the cops. Why is he profusely sweating to the point where it's slightly concerning? What narcotic is he on? Because when you start reading me the pledge of the allegiance, there's obviously something wrong. I'm just trying to figure out what's going. I don't want to arrest you guys, but you guys are obviously not you're confusing all of us. You're not giving you're giving us different stories. Okay. So, why what what did she take tonight? Because it's now it's concerned for me. I want to make sure that he's okay. Is it heroin? >> I mean, >> cocaine. >> Hey, I know over here down the street, um Jojo, I know she was drinking. >> Drinking? Yeah. I don't know if he had taken a few drinks, maybe possibly. I don't know. >> Drinking what? Beer. >> It was like a mixed drink. >> A mixed drink. Okay. Well, that won't make him sweat profusely. Did he snort anything? Did he inject anything? Did he smoke anything? Did you guys smoke anything? >> No. >> No. Okay. >> Smells like doggy. >> Sweat sweat. >> I'm in the backseat of my car. Okay. Somewhere else not standing out here. Anything in your pockets other than What's that? Slider. Uh, I'm not going to lie. That one. >> Uh-huh. >> Was his >> was his There's a pipe in the unicorn bag. >> Yeah. >> What's in the pipe? >> Uh, >> what was his? >> Meth and >> just meth. Is there any more meth in that bag? >> Uh, no. No, no, no. It's just the pipe. >> Okay. All right. Just to be clear. Okay. At the moment, you're only in cuffs because I can't verify your Dendy and we can tell you verify that. That's why you're in cuffs. Okay. Also, this situation doesn't really make sense to us. All the stores are back and forth. All right. You came over with a bag that had enough equipment. How are we going to prove that bag is his? Cuz I don't see female clothes being taken out. >> No, no, no, no. It's It's my clothes. It's my stuff. But I had to put it in there because I >> Is he high on me now? Is that what it is? So you guys go there to buy? >> No. >> Okay. So you guys actually know them? >> Yeah. >> Cuz he says he only knows one of them and like he doesn't even know. So you said was Jojo. You said Jo. >> Yeah. Jo, >> but he doesn't know anything else about Jojo, which is kind of odd. You guys came from Texas to Florida. Yeah. >> To that house and you only know the person that lives here that you come to visit by nickname. It's not weird as a grind. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Um and then everyone has no socials, IDs, driver's license, anything to verify identities here. Also kind of weird. >> I don't I really don't. I'm I'm from Mexico. >> I don't really care about the whole immigration thing. I care about crimes being committed in my county. It's bad. Okay. Um all three of you guys came here in that vehicle. >> Yes. >> Okay. And you guys came here 2 days ago? I want to say, but I noticed when we got here yesterday night. >> Okay, real quick. I'm gonna close this door. >> Okay. >> Is there any narcotics on your person? >> No. >> There's none in my back seat. So, if I come back in here or take you, I just find some, you go for it. Okay. I don't want anyone get hurt. >> While Martha was being questioned in the back of the patrol car, the other officers had already gone through her bags and didn't come back empty-handed, either. >> Real quick, Martha, you're not under arrest. You have the right to remain silent. Okay. Um, you said there was a pipe in that bag. >> There's cut up tin foil. Needles. Tin foil with burn residue on it. >> Needles? I don't I don't shoot up. I really don't. I don't shoot up. >> So, how to get in your bag? >> I mean, if my stuff fell in there when I was putting everything. I really don't shoot up. I don't like that. >> Were you guys selling to them? Is that why you guys are here? >> No. He was really trying to sell the car to get to trade it to get another car, but he was also going to get cash on top of that. >> Okay. Sit up real quick. I'm going to take the cusp in front of you so you're not uncomfortable. But I promise you, I don't know how that needle go. I don't like that needle. >> Um, how much you guys come down here with? >> Honestly, I can't tell you because he's not my boyfriend. He's not going to sit there and tell me, you know. >> Mhm. Do you know if it was meth and fentanyl or is there more? >> I think it was just me. >> Was it like a Do you see the bag? Was it big? >> No, I didn't see the bag. >> Okay. Um, anyone else going with you guys? Just you three. >> No, just three. >> All right. >> Well, your fingerprints didn't lie. Came back to you. The same personal driver's license. something happened. >> Well, I didn't I didn't remember. I still had it in my pocket. >> Oh, come on, man. >> I mean, I'm just trying to figure out why. Why really are you here? We already spoke to the other girls. What really are you doing here? >> Coming to visit my friends. >> Who are your friends? >> I told you this Jojo. >> Jojo and who? >> Robert. >> And Robert. Okay. So, you come and visit Jojo and Robert from Texas. Okay. Both he is. He does have a valid or does not have a valid? >> Uh I I don't >> You're not valid, right? What did you come to visit them for? We know the answer. I don't know. I'm I know the answer to the questions I'm asking. What' you come and visit him for? >> I come to get rid of my car. >> Okay. And that's this car. Even though it's Who is it Who is it owned by? >> It's owned by my sweetheart. >> Your sweetheart? Is that your wife? Yeah. And then how do you know these two girls? >> Just girlfriends. >> Just girlfriends. Both of them. >> Okay. Uh how do you know the other female who was driving that you were with tonight? >> I was driving. No, >> we were just we were just messing around real quick and we seen y'all coming and we put our clothes on real quick. >> Okay, so you guys were messing around before you saw us pull up. Okay. Why is this car not sold if you're coming here to sell a car? Is it because you're not dropping the car off? >> Yes. Anyway, just a >> or you dropping other things off? >> We haven't had a chance to finish doing what we're supposed to be doing and they just said they started fighting. I'm telling you, they've been arguing all day. They started fighting. We just left. >> They started fighting. You guys left. And then why why was she in the drive with all her stuff? It's because she you guys left her behind. >> No, we wereing trying to tell you they were fighting and we just wanted to leave. >> No, I'm talking about the girl the other smaller lady who never had a social security number apparently. How do you know her? She's just your girlfriend, too. >> She's just your girlfriend. >> All right. Is he your boyfriend? >> No, >> just a dealer. >> He's just my homeboy. >> Okay. Real quick. Okay. I got my sergeant coming over here. He has a little machine read fingerprint. Just verify your Okay. You ever been arrested before? >> Yes. >> Felony and missing. >> This last time it was a felony. >> Okay. So, your fingerprints have to be on bond. Correct. You not giving anything false name. >> I'm actually out on bond right now. >> Okay. Cuz the gentleman back there gave us a false name and your fingerprints came back and I got his real name. Now I have an additional. So give me the opportunity to give us your correct name. >> Okay. I need your right index finger. >> See your name? So you just came down with a buttload of narcotics cuz that's not just you3 couldn't use all that narcotics. It's it's a lot of giant baggie of that. So I know you three couldn't use that in a week is why I'm asking he's coming to rehab somebody or do you know what the plan was or no? >> No record. >> Texas. >> Yeah. >> In Dallas, Texas. She was arrested. Are you sure? >> No. >> All right. I'm looking you up real quick. Yeah. >> The officer did find her eventually. Even though nothing came back from the fingerprint scan, he was able to track her down through a Texas arrest records website. Inside the car, deputies found 112 g of methamphetamine, heroin, fentinil, oxycodone, hashish, a digital scale, packaging materials, [music] and a loaded Taurus 9mm handgun. Jabier, who spent the better part of an hour insisting his name was David Stafford, was already wanted in Texas for [music] possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, evading arrest, and multiple drug offenses. In Flaggler County, he picked up 13 more charges: meth trafficking, oxycodone trafficking, weapon possession by a convicted felon, heroin possession, giving a false identity to law enforcement, and eight more. He was denied bond and sentenced to 4 years in state prison with a release date of May 1st, 2029. While already in custody, he picked up two more charges. Meth possession with intent and possession of a controlled substance inside a correctional facility. Both adding more time to his DOC [music] sentence. Michelle faced 10 charges, most dropped. She walked away with 60 days for meth trafficking and was released on June 16th. Martha, who walked up to a live drug investigation [music] with bags full of fentinyl and paraphernelia, and no records of being alive, had her felony charge dropped entirely and was released on July 2nd. As for the only sober person in the back seat, he took a little more convincing to get out of the car. >> Hey, buddies. Come here. Come here. Come here. I'm okay. I won't bite. Are you going to hurt me? You going to hurt me? You're not going to hurt me. I'm nice. I'm nice. I promise. I'm okay. I'm not going to hurt you. I'm not going to hurt you.
