Yeah, but I don't know you I don't know where your kid goes, so you can sit down right there. I'm going to have to put you in handcuffs, so you sit down, that'd be great. No, because we have other things that we have to do instead of just standing with you like a babysitter. You sit down right there, or you're going to go in handcuffs. It's It's your ultimatum right now. You were sitting down earlier just fine, so. She won't sit down, so she wants someone to stand with her the whole time. I heard her request. Between the seat where his hand was. Bunch of knives. You don't use uh drugs at all? Okay. Are you allowed to be around your child? That was for sure what came out of the male when we were pulling him out. When he walked up, he was concealing his hands the entire time, and we're trying to pull him out, he was not getting out for long, and we pulled him out, and that popped out. And it's under his feet. And the older guy said that he gets it from. Concealed carrying a weapon while possessing with intent to distribute, it could be, yeah. More values. Ma'am, stay over here. No, right here. Step over here. I'm not going to tell you again. And I'm telling you to stand right here in the shade until she's done. Over here. I appreciate that. You all right? >> I just want to know why she's not speaking. >> I'm not letting her. >> Oh, you're not letting her? >> Yeah. I know you want to speak to her, but I got >> I just felt like she was being real god damn different and trying to blame whatever on me. >> She's not saying a word. I still want to talk to her. I want to figure out your side of things, but before I do that I have to read your rights again. You have the right to remain silent. Do you understand these rights? All right. Are you on probation or parole? >> I am. >> What are you on? >> It's like first offenders, basically. I got community services. Like I just got it. >> Okay. >> I haven't had time to do no [ __ ] I couldn't find nothing on my person. >> I could tell from when I walked up I could tell you were under the influence, okay? That wasn't nervous. Bro, I I just walked up. You didn't have time to get sweaty, glassy eyes, slumped over. Then what's the needle in your pocket? Cuz Don't don't tell me it fell out. It was I saw it taken out of your pocket and you took it out and put it on the ground next to you. Which is almost tampering. I don't believe you. Okay. So who does open the car then? Your girl? Look, I'm I'm telling you right now, okay? The more honest you are with me, the better it will be for you cuz right now you're lying. You saw me search the car, right? I already found everything that's in the car. Is your girl a basketball player? Is she able to throw it right into your pocket while you're being pulled out of a car? You weren't getting out of the car. You've been in that car for how many days? Where were you at yesterday? Where did you guys sleep last night? So where were you guys at the day before yesterday? 3 days ago? Okay, so So far that's 3 full days. Listen to me. 3 full days you've been in that car and you're telling me you didn't see a lick of narcotics. >> I mean I don't know. I might have seen some narcotics down here and there. >> So, what did you see? >> weren't mine. I don't know. Sir, I'm being as honest >> You You already told me you were a user. You're on probation for drugs, but you don't know what you saw in the car. What was everything under your feet when you're sitting there in the passenger seat? >> know. Everything that's in that car does not belong to me. >> Who does it belong to? >> It's her car. I don't know. >> So, it's her stuff? >> I don't know if it's her stuff or not. I'm not saying that. I'm saying it doesn't belong to me. >> You guys live together? >> No. >> No? How long have you guys been together? >> Like a couple of weeks now. >> Okay, so that's not your kid? >> No, it's not my kid. The baby daddy's in a mental hospital. >> So, you see how it's very hard for me to believe about everything you're saying right now, okay? >> I'm being honest. >> And without you being honest with me, I can only go based off of what I see. Cuz I know you're lying to me. What's in the car? >> I have gotten high, but I don't have any drugs. You didn't find none on me. It's not my car. You didn't find nothing on me. When I seen it, I told you I seen drugs. Then I told you we didn't have >> No, you said y'all knew what was there. >> Okay, I said I might have seen drugs after that because you said come on, man. I was like, all right. So, I might have seen some >> So, what did you see? >> I didn't see anything. I just woke up. >> All right. >> I'm serious, man. >> All right. Are these your shoes or his? >> His. >> His? >> Yeah. >> Okay. I know you already talked to me a little bit, okay? I'm just trying to get this cleared up so we can get out of here and not sit back here forever. What's the last time you saw him use? >> Saw him use >> Last night? Where did you guys use at? Where did you get that? >> Here. >> At this gas station? >> Yeah. >> And at our parking spot still? >> Yeah. >> Do you guys both inject? Or he injects too? Where does he inject at? In his arm? >> Yeah. >> Was he planning to sell when he was down here? Like that's a quite a bit of meth, I get. >> I mean, I can't >> Yes. >> And that's how uh everything everything everything was supposed to be bought >> So, that was supposed to last you guys the entire time you were here? >> Until you what we eat. I am. >> Jobs? >> I have jobs. >> Who up? Yeah. >> The little girl in the car surrounded by needles, meth, and open vodka was taken [music] by DCF on the spot. As for the mother, Chloe, she pled no contest to felony [music] child neglect and walked away with five years probation and $919 in fines, which has not [music] been paid since. Less than a year later, she was arrested again for violating her probation. Chloe's boyfriend, Dakota, [music] was charged with meth with intent to sell, drug paraphernalia, and obstruction and got nine months jail time, then was arrested again after failing to show up for [music] court.
