He's the man in charge. >> Okay. >> He came across your friend, partner? >> Mhm, boyfriend. >> Boyfriend, okay. Um, we had a stolen vehicle that came out. Um, we found the stolen vehicle at your house. Matches description, same tag, same VIN, okay? White Ford F-150, it's out of Osceola County. Upon finding this, a male subject later identified as Keith Rogers came out of the house to offload wood off that stolen car, okay? Um As soon as he made contact with law enforcement, he fled back inside the house. So then they called me. They're like, "Hey, we need to search warrant for this residence. We don't know anything about it." Um, I first heard your name, um, because I guess you you have a picture of you and him on your Facebook. >> Mhm. >> He was positively identified as Keith Rogers who just so happens to have big boy warrants out of Osceola County. I'm going to just give her some time. >> Now, listen listen to this. >> It's okay. I'm in no rush. It's fine. She's going through a lot right now. We have uh we have resources at the sheriff's office that'll help her. Um as far as damage the door, um cleanup for the CS gas inside of her house. We have victim services cuz technically she's a victim, you know? Um her house is her house has been damaged on account of this guy, you know? Um if that's what you're worried about, I'll make it a priority they don't break your stuff. Um >> Thank you. >> Obviously, we're looking for car keys. If we don't immediately find them >> I I right. I would assume his pocket. >> to be looking in couches. We're going to be looking I'm not going to I'm not going to sugarcoat it. >> Yeah. >> We're going to be opening drawers, anywhere keys could be hid hidden. Um So, we got a good group here today. Um So, my captain is here, who's the guy on the far right side. Uh he's going to ensure we all do our jobs. If we don't do our jobs, I promise you this, he's going to hold us accountable. Um my direct supervisor is standing there with his back turned. Okay? Um if I do anything wrong, I promise you You don't You've never met Charlie Clark? >> No. >> But he is a pain in the butt for me. Hey, tell tell the fire guys good. Come on now. >> [laughter] >> On November 3rd, 2025, Indian River County Sheriff's deputies received a license plate reader alert for a stolen Ford F-350 near Sebastian, Florida. Investigators said they identified 37-year-old Keith Rogers after surveillance showed him using the stolen truck while purchasing lumber at Home Depot. Deputies later found the truck at a residence where Rogers was unloading the lumber. When he saw law enforcement, he allegedly ran inside and barricaded himself. Rogers' legal problems didn't end with the SWAT arrest. Deputies discovered that he was also wanted in Osceola County on a no-bond felony violation of probation warrant stemming from an earlier grand theft motor vehicle and methamphetamine case. In January 2026, that warrant was formally served. An Indian River County judge ordered Rogers held without bond and transferred to Osceola County to answer for the probation violation.
