The suspect was identified as 20-year-old Lucia Tshupo [music] Shupo Tshupo t s h u p o Shupo and transported to the Volusia County Jail, where she was booked for window tint violations, resisting an officer with violence, threats against a public official, and battery on a law enforcement officer. Court records indicate Lucia entered into a plea agreement with the state, where she was sentenced to 1 year in jail, 5 years of probation, 50 hours of community service, and assessed a $618 fine.
