You can see there scrape marks out there about 5 ft out and then reversed. So it was out to there and then reversed. You you've seen plenty of times people not looking for pedestrians going to make the right turn. No cars left. >> Yes. >> Yeah. This is her. One of you'll move the bike a little bit. Then they proceeded in the middle of the intersection in the middle of the crosswalk right here. >> Yes, sir. And >> Yes, sir. The truck wound up coming through. It must have been looking left, not looking for pedestrians. Hit her. You could see the scrape marks right behind the deputy here. The woman landed in the middle where the yellow lines are. >> That don't sound good for him. I didn't see it. I thought he stopped. She backed up to that position there. She was running the truck. >> Yes, sir. >> The whether it was her or the trike that was underneath and then followed back and this gentleman was right by her dragged the bike a little bit. >> She he hit her in the middle of the intersection. You see where these folks are? >> After reviewing all the evidence, officers asked him to perform a sobriety test. He failed miserably. And that's when officers finally made the right move. Think you should be driving? >> Huh? Think you should be driving? >> Yeah, I think I'm okay. Uh, she's the one that ran into my truck. >> Okay. Do you feel any effects of the alcohol? >> No, sir. >> Not at all. >> No, sir.
