Anything on the police hurting guns, knives, nothing like that. Heat. Heat. flashlight. Watch. All right. So, listen. At this point in time, you're not under arrest. Okay? But you are being detained. Okay. So, you have the right to remain silent. Any say can will be used against you in the court of law. You have the right to an attorney if you can't afford one. Want to be a point for another. >> You don't have to answer any questions going forward, but you can if you want. You understand your rights. >> All right. What's going on? >> Nothing. >> You're clear. Yeah. Something's going on. Your story is not really adding up. You know what I'm saying? So, what are you guys out doing over here tonight? Nothing. What's the tattoo on your right hand? Top of your hand. >> Oh, Tresa. Tresnoma. I notic he's got the same tattoo. Crown. >> Yeah. Heat up here. Where's your pants all dusty? >> Not dusty. Just a little stand in there. No. >> So, what are you guys doing over in that neighborhood? Nothing. So you guys were just going to visit friend. Well, we're just trying to figure out what's going on. And you're being cooperative with me, so why wouldn't I be nice to you, right? The problem is things aren't adding up. Just trying to get to the bottom of what actually's going on quicker. You're more transparent and tell us what's actually going on, right? Quicker you guys can move on. I know he said he wants to get home. This guy work in the morning. What's he do? Construction. Construction. You have a job. Not at the moment. All right, man. Hang tight. [Applause] All right. So, I'm getting a different story up there. So, do you want to be a little bit more truthful in what you guys are doing? I wasn't going to Well, there's a lot of Ring doorbells and security cameras that would say different. I was I was trying to get home. I know you're just trying to get home now, but you guys didn't know anybody in the neighborhood. You didn't have a friend's house you were going to. So, what were you guys doing over that neighborhood? All right, I'm not dumb. I know you guys were over there pulling car doors, trying to get into cars. Okay, we just had this happen last night in that exact same neighborhood. So, I guess a better question would be why did you guys pick that specific street in that neighborhood? Like why why' you come to that street in that neighborhood to pull on door handles and try to get in cars? Cuz you guys are from Cincinnati, right? Okay. So why'd you come up here and pick that exact neighborhood? Is there somebody you know that told you that that'd be a good place to head? Did you see it online somewhere? Okay. Well, we got your camera doing something. We got the guys on that were over here last night, too. We got them on camera high death as well. So, another question, do you know them? See, I have any idea would have been here last night. But what made you guys decide to come up to this neighborhood? Sorry. Just walking around. I mean, that's so random, but that's not random at the same time. Two nights in a row, the exact same streets. I wonder if I told you he told me a lot more about what happened than what you told me. Unless I don't s Oh, yeah. Heat. Heat. Hey man, what's your first name again? Good. Turn around. Face that way. Watch your step here. Take a step to your left. Perfect. Spread your feet for me. He's already been wearing us. Okay. Oops. That Use your house keys. My car keys. >> Car keys. >> Where you got your address pulled up to? Go home. >> Where you live? Anything in your shoes, man? Okay. You don't have to step out of it. >> What kind of car you drive? >> Kind of what you have seen. Can you turn on or something? Yeah. Cool. Thanks. 11 trans. I love your Christmas tree. >> Thanks. You call your Christmas tree. >> Thanks. Did you call for it? >> No, not yet. I'm going to get right into it on inquiry. >> Okay. Um, I just asked him about the 26 that he said he doesn't remember being out here and that it didn't hit. Well, it did. Two Edward 33 towers left. It'll be for the Ford Taurus. Nice rotation. Freezing for toe. Both occupants. [Applause] I want the door for you. >> Okay. Okay. [Applause] Open it. Okay. Is this thing all-wheel drive? I'm guessing this one's all-wheel drive. Do a roll back, please. Just be safe. >> Yeah, that's on them. You're starting down there. >> Yeah. Yep, there it is. Pointed right at me. He said it was 38. Two Edward 33. Copy of firearm by serial number. Firearm is going to be a Taurus serial number of Adam Charles George 034559 repeating ACG 034559 on the Taurus >> he can have his phone so it can go in the property >> clear thank you I don't think it just So the only thing he said he wanted was >> is you have passenger in your >> Yeah. >> All right. I'll go get him back. Okay. [Music] We're not putting a hold on the firearm, right? >> Uh, we need one, but no, because there's no nex. >> Why would you leave the title to your ground? Well, I mean, is it considered a >> paper weight? Clear. I'm just going to put the loose rounds in this box. >> Fair enough. >> Yeah. You can see the firearms clear correct there. got his info on it. Um, those two cards belong to him. You want to put those on an inventory. This is a plasma card. I think that's just like a gift card you get when donating plasma. >> Those the only two cards in there. >> Yeah. Going to put those back in the center console. Thank you. Here's some money. >> How much? Six bucks. Seven bucks. >> $7. I'll >> put it center console. I'll put it in there. >> Is it a five and two singles? >> Five and two singles. >> Why did I feel like that dash just wants to pop up? Why'd that turn on? >> What? The screen just turned on. Not the blunt. [Applause] I would ask [Applause] the money. So receive the grand the money if that $1,000 located on him. Is that >> $2,000? >> Yeah. $1,000 in cash. So is that still nex to the crime? >> Cuz how do we prove that's his cash or did he get it while going through cars? >> Right. [Music] [Applause] He spent $496 yesterday >> on what? >> On a PS4. >> Oh, >> warranty. >> It's kind of expensive for PS4. >> Well, he also bought the game. >> He's the owner of the car, right? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. It said, but then it says refund cash. So, it looks like you might have just had a refund for >> maybe he returned it >> or turning it or selling it. Thanks, key bands. Did you go through this bag? >> I did not. >> We got um some mellows. >> So, shoes. >> Yeah, that look about his size. Nine and a half. He's kind of tall for N. >> Yeah, he don't look like they're nine and a half. >> I'm out of spaces on the uh inventory. >> Yeah, that's my gripe. >> So, I'm guessing dude in the the dude that you searched, that's a passenger, right? >> That's a passenger. They must live with each other because they have the same address. >> Unless they were just going back to his house. >> He didn't say they lived together, but he did say his uncle application for social security card. Maybe he lost his mean if he's not a US citizen. >> Won't you still have to put an application in if you lose yours and get a new one? I mean, yeah. I'm just trying to see like I mean, maybe he didn't maybe he wasn't born here cuz if you're not a legal US resident, then you can't own a firearm, right? >> True, true, >> true, true. Okay. Citizenship, US citizen. Okay. So, he just want another one. Hey, Kennedy, you got a phone number for the driver? >> I want to back cash. [Applause] >> I just put miscellaneous clothes. >> Ow. [ __ ] >> I'm just putting right now. >> Did you put this fake glow lights on there? >> I did not. >> Will you? >> That's fake as I'll get out. Put that in there. back. Yeah. True, true. >> Does that was that unloaded? >> Yeah, I've unloaded it. The >> Oh, you did unload >> I did unload it. The uh the rounds that were in it I put into the ammo box there. >> The glove box was secured. Yeah. I mean, what is it buckled? >> Do you want to hold on this car for the toe? You can also write the driver for a passenger seat belt, too. I don't I don't know if we can hold it here. You don't have a belt. We just mark it down for now. They can RBY can change it if he wants. >> Yeah. [Applause] [Music] Power that last. I'll come. >> Okay. Uh, fans getting it. Did you get his phone number off there? >> No, I didn't. It's >> those phones. Can you put it on airplane mode? >> Yeah, I'll do it. All right. That's your ID and your all your cash. All right. It's all going in here. I'll go with you to the jail. Okay. [Music] Just wanted to know um where will my car be to? >> Your car is going to be at our impound lot. So you can also get that out. I mean like obviously have to be more than a couple hours, but it's going to take you more than a couple hours to get booked in the jail and then booked out. So, by the time you're say you're out tomorrow 10:00 a.m., you should be good. Come get the car. Come get the gun. All right.
