All right. So, where's the guy that was throwing stuff on the ground? >> He's in the car here. >> He's in this car here. >> Yeah. And did did you talk to him? Did >> I talk to this driver? >> Yeah, the guy that was throwing stuff on the ground. >> No, I didn't talk to him. >> Okay. >> Lachlan did. >> Lock said Yeah. Lan said they saw flyers in Leight. So >> Oh, they did? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Hey, what's going on? >> Did you guys already get his ID and everything? >> Uh, officer right back here. >> Okay. Back does Hey, did you guys talk to him at all? >> Yeah. >> And what did he say? >> Sure. Talked to him. >> Did you guys talk to him at all? >> Did he admit to throwing this stuff out the window? >> Yeah. He says it's his his right. It's not litter. It's KKK. Some kind of material. >> Okay. >> How you doing, bud? >> I'm Corporal Wiseman with the sheriff's office. >> They said you're throwing papers out the windows. >> I don't know, man. >> You don't know now? >> Okay. All right. Well, go ahead and fill out a citation for what they're already doing. It better be [ __ ] I've been sitting here 20 minutes. >> Well, you going to get more than one. >> That's great. >> Give me 20 minutes. >> All right. His info. >> Hey, can you send me all the way down here? >> Okay. >> Wrap them all up. >> Free speech. >> Hate speech. It's free speech. There ain't no littering. All right. And then just clarify. >> What's that? >> What' he say? >> He said he's going to get it to me when he's done talking to chief. >> Okay, sound good. >> Hey, sir. >> Yeah. Corporal would be sheriff. >> Hey, where's Lachland? >> You're in Lachland. This is it. >> Well, he said I was getting two citations. One from Lachland and one from who? >> Lincoln Heights. >> Where's Lincoln Heights? >> Right there. >> You've been in both of them tonight. >> I've been everywhere. >> Oh, okay. >> I started in Toledo. >> Just hitting towns as you >> all the way down. >> Where were you where you were going to stop? >> Huh? >> Where were you going to stop? >> Right here. >> I'm out of floors. >> Oh, okay. >> Every uh I'm not grabbing it. >> No, I got you. Every one of these bags had 500 of them in there. Hit 16 towns. >> Dag on. See what? A thousand total. >> 4,000. >> Oh, 4,000. Okay. >> Just hitting towns on the way down. >> Okay. >> It wasn't just me. There's quite a few of us out tonight. >> Oh, is there? >> So, you guys didn't just come to this area. You hit >> Oh, we Yeah, we've been all over the state tonight. Ohio tonight. We hit it. >> Okay. Couple weeks ago was Tennessee, flooded Tennessee. >> You guys just travel around the country doing that? >> Well, just in our areas where our members are at. >> Oh, okay. [snorts] >> How do you guys plan something like that out? Just out of curiosity. >> I mean, we're an organization. >> Well, I don't I don't Yeah, I don't know anything about it, though. >> Same way you plan out a drug buster. >> We have our meetings and we have a rally. We just had a big rally up in northern Indiana or tri-state conclave. >> Okay. >> Yeah, we talk daily and all of us talk. >> Okay. And you guys just rally up somewhere and then divvy it up and go out and pass them out. [snorts] >> Yeah, we used to stand on corners and do it. >> Okay. >> And then they were like, "Oh, you guys blah blah blah." So, we started passing out flyers. Now, if I get a goddamn ticket for littering, >> you got insurance by chance. >> And then we're going to come back and stand on the corner of roads. >> Yeah. >> Yep. >> So, the uh alternative standing on the corner was just tossing them out the windows as >> Yep. But now we're going to go back to just standing on the corner and you guys are going to come and ain't nobody going to touch us. >> Hey, where's the insurance card? All right. It is >> I'm not late. >> I know. >> Did you What is that? Is that registration? >> Commonwealth. Yeah. Certificate of registration. the vehicle you No, that's State form. Is it in the envelope? The State Form envelope. >> No. >> Where's it at, babe? >> The yellow piece of paper. Is this in I mean, it says people register, but I don't know if that's the insurance. >> Okay, hang on. I think this might be it. temporary identification card. There we go. >> All right. I I got the wrong one. >> All right. Cold. When you turn the car off like your insurance, >> dash lights don't even work. >> Hey man, good. Goodbye. >> They said it was a black. >> All right. Don't forget, man. Probably got to take the babies out. >> All right. I know. Just I'll take Buddy and Emma when I get home. >> Nobody. Baby, baby Bella and uh >> buddy Benji Brownie and Bruc. >> All right. Love you. Bye. >> So, what's the ultimate goal when you when you hand these things out? >> Recruit. >> Recruitment. >> Recruit. That's it. >> That's it. Total recruit. >> So, when you So, I mean, this is a a largely African-American neighborhood. When you go, you're not going to recruit anybody here. >> Largely. >> Yeah. >> Cincinnati. We're in Cincinnati, right? This is Cincinnati. Just >> we're on the outskirts of >> But this is considered Cincinnati, is not like all these considered communities in Cincinnati. >> This the outskirts of Cincinnati. >> Okay. Yeah. Well, >> yeah. Cincinnati is only 28% black. So, >> yeah. But this this is not Cincinnati. This is the outskirts. And this this particular I hit C. I hit it over to Ryan. I hit them all. You look at it. Look, look it up. Clam flyers. Cincinnati's me. It's us. >> Oh, okay. >> That's all of us. Every flyer that you guys got since 2022 has come from us. Every single one. >> All right. Well, just I didn't know what your you know what members. That's it. That is it. >> Yeah. If it was a total black neighborhood. Yeah. Why would I Why would I ain't going to get a phone call? You know what I mean? >> Yeah. Not from here. That's why Well, I don't I don't know who lives here. That's what I'm saying. We don't target nothing. >> Nothing's targeted. >> So, tonight was 75. >> If If your town was in 3 to 5 minutes off of 75, it was going to get hit. >> I gota >> Okay. Well, now I understand what you're doing. >> Yeah. Yeah. No. Like, well, let's go to the session. No, we just put towns on a list and we put miles between. It's 18 miles from there to there to there. Gotcha. Okay. >> All right. It'll be a few more minutes. I'll have your stuff done. You get you out of here. >> I just want the threat that he threatened to my daughter. To my daughter. That's how we originally found out that he was out there. >> How would you know about that? I don't know what any personal personal charges would have to be filed against him. >> That's why I need his information cuz he threatened my daughter. >> That's why I need information like >> to come out. >> Can you file police reported still on ticket? This guy still filling on ticket. >> Yeah, he's he's slow. >> I'm just trying to get your mind before they start, >> right? Yeah. Before we have an issue. So this guy told me uh he said he started in Toledo and came down here and hit every town off of 75. I said, "So what is your what is your goal when you're throwing these things out the window?" He said, "Recruitment?" I said, "This, you know, largely African-American neighborhoods right here. You're not recruiting anybody from here." He said, "Well, I don't know that." >> Yeah. >> You know what? >> Yeah. Hey, I didn't I checked when I >> Well, he told me he did. >> I thought that's fine. I'm just saying I'm just saying I could not find one to bring to you and say this is what it looks like. >> He said he had 4,000 flyers when he started. He's out of flyers. >> Okay. So between Toledo and here, every town he's hit, if he said if that town was off the 75, he hit that town and dropped and threw flyers out the window. >> Did he say where? Did Did he say what his locations were? >> Didn't give me a specific location. I don't think he knows. >> Guy was freaking uh >> he's just driving around in circles throwing flyers out. >> He said he threw 4,000 fires out the window tonight. >> Do you help him knock this out? >> From where to where? >> What's What's wrong? >> Nothing. I just put I just did it on the wrong freaking >> put it on. Oh, it's a 45. So, it's got to go on the track. >> Yeah, I know. >> Sorry, man. I didn't realize you were writing it on the other one. >> A lot of residential leaders. Um, >> here's the way we're not speaking for anybody other than myself and the guys that I that I work with on our squad, okay? This is not the sheriff's viewpoint. This is not anybody's viewpoint. Our view point at the street level is I don't care about you guys walking around the streets exercising yourselves rights. Nobody cares about long as you guys are being legal and lawful. >> We we don't care about >> Yes, sir. >> Here's the problem. >> I know some people here's the problem. If you guys start stopping cars like off exits and you guys will not here's the thing people you can't restraint. >> Uhhuh. Listen, all of us are pissed off about this. >> Absolutely. >> I think there was a misconception when this all when this all started that we were like trying to pick up. That was absolutely not the case. >> Yeah. >> The whole deal with the Jeep, going back, the whole deal with the Jeep is we were trying to figure out if that was involved in a crime and if it was, we preserve it for evidence. Okay. >> And when there were people trying to destroy that, that affects what we're trying >> You're destroying evidence at that point. Yeah. >> So that's So that whole deal that day was was >> crazy. >> No, it wasn't crazy. It was people were upset and we all get it. We're all upset, right? Here's the problem. We don't care about you guys doing whatever it is that you're doing. >> But when it come No, I've heard it. It hasn't happened. It hasn't happened while we've been here as far as I know. >> But if you guys are stopping people and preventing them from coming in >> Uhhuh. Dang. That story is really taking off. So I'll give I'll give you an insider. >> I'll give you an insider that nobody knows cuz we refuse to talk to the media. So I'll give you and the body cams an insider. Um there's a neighborhood safety watch program and obviously that like contains residents. There were multiple residents that had come came down to the bridge that night and following nights. Um, and they weren't with us, but we're all residents. So, it's like, hey, so let's just say you'll understand and see a clear difference between us. So, like, uh, between who's actually out here for the safety and the watch of our kids in our neighborhood versus those who are may have or done anything when it comes to stopping cars. So we actually as a neighborhood safety watch program talk to them because that puts us at risk. Uh it's just like Black Lives Matter who's doing the looting. Is it them or is it Antifa? So when we told our agree on >> Yeah. No, absolutely. I I 100% agree. >> So we'll probably agree on this. You you realize that guys like >> they doing this to get >> Yeah. They need a they need opposition to fight. >> When when people feed into the news and they feed into all this, we're giving them Exactly. >> Exactly. And so that's why we talked to the residents. We told them to stay off social media, stop posting like the neighborhood safety watch program is like doing justice right now. Um because a lot of our residents are angry, but we need our residents to understand that this is not how you go about it. That's why Councilman Don Daniels is down here because this is how you go about it. You understand your law. you uphold the law and you follow through with the law. And so we got to we're just continuing to inform the residents like, "Hey, can't do this, you can't do that. You got to do it the right way. I know some anger residents are angry. They don't care." But it's like, doesn't matter because you make us I mean, in a sense, what you do affects us and how we look >> and that's what we don't want. Especially >> property and committing crimes. Yes. That you guys all look bad. >> Yeah. So I'm making sure that nobody is doing that. We haven't had any reports of people actually damaging property or stopping cars, but there were cars that had stopped at the stop sign and then felt extremely intimidated um and whatnot. So, we heard about that. So, that's why I'm saying stopping cars. I'm like, >> "So, you guys stopped doing that?" >> Well, we never started Well, again, we never started doing >> Somebody said that there was a guy that stopped it to come in here to work at someone's house because somebody stopped. >> Yeah, that was the news feed. Again, we as a neighborhood safety watch have our people. We never stopped them. So if a resident did stop them, >> yeah, >> I I have no idea of it. Again, I don't deal with that stuff. Again, >> I'm just glad because it seem it sounds like you're pretty reasonable to do. >> Yeah, absolutely. Absolutely. >> We can just spread that word. We don't care. >> We We are That's why I asked because I need our residents to understand. Again, we neighborhood safety. I already understood your perspective before I asked the question. But I asked it so I can take back to the residents. Hey, I spoke to a sheriff and this is what they said. Um because at the end of the day again what they do reflects on us and we told them like what we're not going to do is this out here. So we we created a whole list of things of what my bad of what to do and what not to do um when it comes to um patrolling and stuff like that. And then our problem is is we and well we're mitigating it but residents just feel like they just want to come up and stand on these corners and patrol. But it's like first of all, you've not had any training. You've not had any understanding or idea of what to actually do if you get into a situation or if you see a suspicious car. We understand we're just supposed to report it and you all are obligated to go and investigate and whatnot. And so we're letting them know, hey, you can't stop. >> All right. Here's a ticket for Lincoln Heights. give you a core date of March 5th, 2025 >> Wyoming. >> This is for Lincoln Heights >> for the Shepherd Lane Lindo. >> Um, >> and you're the one that seen me do it. >> What's that? >> And you're the one that seen me throw them out Lincoln Heights. >> Did I see you throw them out? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. This So this right here, this isn't you and Miguel. This is just a copy. >> But that's it. Wait, I'm I'm sorry. You're This is from what? Not from here, Mike. >> Right. This this I was told that you seen me throw him out. >> You were told who? Who told you that? >> The other sheriff, the one with the cap on, not the ball. Yeah. He said that you that an officer, the one that's writing me to take it, see me throw >> No, I'm going to tell you right now, I didn't I didn't personally see you throw them out now. >> And is that on? >> Yes, it is. >> Okay. >> Right. >> So, why am I getting ticket for over there if you didn't see me do it? >> Because >> just because they're here. Just because >> Yeah. Lachland. Lachland observed all this. I guess I'm taking care of this for Lachland >> and I guess you admitted to this as well. I admitted it all the way from Toledo all the way down here, >> right? That's what I'm understanding. >> So, you going to call up the rest of them? Let everybody get me. >> You know what I'm saying? He told me you seen it. So, he lied to >> What's a Is your current address the same? >> But you can play this out, man. You know what I mean? >> Yeah, I know. But it just >> he he's trying to get me going to jail because >> he took my flag. He took the flag that was hanging on the bridge that I took down. >> What's your What's your cell phone number? >> Um you could just sign Eric for man. >> Appreciate it. >> Shine your I'm sorry. >> Oh, you're good. Right there. >> Oh, sideways. Oh my god. Now, are these payable? Both of them? >> Yes. >> So, I don't have to go to court, believe. Yes. Came out. >> You can pay these out, right? >> Yeah. So, the information's on the back of the hard copy. >> So, I'm going to give you a copy of your >> So, who's the officer in charge right now on the spot? Is is there an officer in charge? because I wouldn't make a complaint before I leave on the driver that's behind me. The one that was following me, chasing me down. >> I mean, we've got all that information. So, I mean, it's >> You cannot file a complaint on it. >> We're there there's going to be a call record report made. >> I don't know what >> So, there will be a report on this tonight. >> So, I mean, you your statements of of what happened will be in it. Oh, and then it goes >> well, it'll go to the uh >> prosecutor possibly see if charges. >> It'll go to the district commander and see what he wants, what he thinks about it. >> And if you know, if you want to call in tomorrow, I'll talk to the district commander. >> So, I just got two littering. No driving. >> Yep. Yep. >> Okay. >> Well, then I ain't worried about him following me. >> Did you already get the uh >> Okay, you're free. >> All right, man. You're free to go. >> Yeah. How about that flag? >> What's that? >> How about that flag that sheriff took? >> What flag? >> The one he took that sheriff deputy took from me. >> I know anybody took a flag. >> Hey, he did. >> No, there's nothing. Go. You're out of here. >> What's your name, sir? >> Yes, sir. There you go. Have a good night. >> Saying you didn't take a flag from me. >> No, I did. I took property that didn't belong to you. Have a good night. >> Goodbye. >> You want these? >> Goodbye. >> You want these, too? >> Have a good night. You want the signs? >> I don't want the signs. I want >> They were hanging there, too. >> Okay. >> Have a good night. >> Enjoy. See you tomorrow. >> Later off the off the >> They only wanted They only said something about >> Oh, it's not even summer yet, boys. Yeah, that's what I'm saying. Thanks,
