If you subsequently are convicted of the state OVI, if you take any chemical tests required below and are found to be at or over the prohibited amount of alcohol, a controlled substance or metabolite of a controlled substance and your whole blood, blood serum or plasma or breath or urine is set by law, your hydronone privileges will be suspended immediately and you will have to pay a fee to have privileges reinstated.
