After being released on bond, he failed to show up to a court hearing regarding that case, which led to a warrant that the officer seen in the body cam footage attempted to serve before he fled the scene. Tim had pleaded not guilty to the sexual assault charges. However, reports indicate he had previously already confessed to assaulting the victim, saying, quote, "Yeah, I messed up."
