Is everything okay? Okay. Can I talk to you just for a second though? I just want to talk to you if that's okay. Is that your child in the back? Oh, okay. Someone just said that it looked like you maybe you needed assistance. I was just wondering if everything's okay. Yeah, you were walking on the side so I just want to make sure everything's okay. Oh, got it. Okay. Okay. Just one kid in the back? Okay. Yeah, someone just said that you were outside the car so that's why I just wanted to make sure and >> So she just came. >> Oh, so were you walking then home? Oh, okay. Who's that in regards to you? Who's driving? >> My kid's father. >> Okay. I'm just going to go over there. Hello. Does your window go down any farther? Oh, okay. Okay. So yeah, I just want to make sure everything's okay. So were you late picking her up or Okay. So every everything's okay? Do you mind if I just have your ID just to say, you know, everything's okay? All right. And then that's Andrea. She was just walking and you picked her up. That's all it was? Can you just give me a second? I'll be right back, okay? I'm just going to verify status. Driver's suspended. Passenger has no license issue. So I see you have a status as suspended. Was it because of maybe a citation you didn't pay? Okay. Do you have someone that is a valid driver close by? >> No, nobody not close by. So sometimes I got to drive home. >> Well, yeah, cuz does anyone you know have a valid license? Well, because >> No, I got my baby. I'm not about to be sitting out here on this road. I can't drive. >> Just hold on. Hold on. Ma'am, just calm down. I'm just trying to get you out of the roadway though, okay, ma'am? I understand it was a difficult situation. I'm not trying to make it worse. So can you just please stand out of the roadway for me? I just don't want anything to happen to you, okay? >> No, cuz these dumb ass [ __ ] white people out here want to call them probably they ain't never seen nobody just walking to home. >> She was concerned. >> It ain't no cuz they always be nosy. >> But it's not nosy, ma'am. They want to make sure that you're okay. >> Did I see somebody beating my [ __ ] ass? >> Yeah, that's something that she was concerned about. She thought that you didn't want to go in the car. No, she thought that you she was concerned for your welfare. So, isn't that a good thing though if people that care about each other? >> You know what that is? You got another whole spot. >> That's because it's their protocol because there is no valid driver that I can go and try to >> got to call somebody. How about everybody is at work? Who going to come and get my car? I got my whole baby in this car. >> Ma'am, I I >> No, cuz I'm going to jail tonight. >> Why would you go to jail though? >> Because y'all won't let me take my car and go to [ __ ] home. >> I don't understand what you're doing right now. >> No. >> Okay. >> No. No, cuz ain't nobody going to come all the way out here. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> I'm going to talk with him for a second, okay? >> Like I just said. >> So, you found someone possibly? >> No, nobody can't call nobody. >> He's on the phone with someone, so can I just see what the VIN is here? >> I was in this [ __ ] car pulled off on you [ __ ] ass mother [ __ ] Y'all ain't >> Sir? >> Okay. Step over here out of the road, ma'am. Step out of the road. I'm over here. >> Leave me alone. >> Can I just open the door? The VIN is hard to read. Sorry. I think the VIN is actually on the inside of the door. It's right here. Thank you. >> My No, bro. Get the [ __ ] out my [ __ ] face. >> If she had someone meet her work cuz I know it is so close, maybe maybe that could work. I don't know. >> No, nobody Everybody is at work. Nobody can't come. Y'all keep asking the same damn question. I drive out here every day. >> Okay. I understand where you're coming from, ma'am. >> you don't know where coming from. I see y'all sitting right here everyday. Everyday. That's why I passed y'all everyday. >> Okay. Okay. >> No. >> So, I guess I'll call the tow then. I'm going to go get this VIN here. >> I know. I got my whole baby in this car. They going to pull pull up on they ass. >> Come here. No. >> I'm going to pull up on they ass. >> Our child Our child is fine. >> Yes, I am. I'm about to pull up on they Cuz they called cuz the white man They got something to do with they child. Call my car and get it What you looking at me for? >> You get in the car. Babe. >> So, she's mad. She was angry because he was late picking her up from the hospital. So, she walked on Highland and I think that's what the reporting person didn't get her information saw and it looked to her though it was a DV situation that she didn't want to really get into the car. She thinks that people are nosy here, that they should not call anything in. I don't really agree with that, but I called the tow so Gerax is en route. So, >> You're going to want to get her out of there before the tow gets here. >> I know. >> Do you have a coworker that could just come move the car? >> No, my mom is on her way. Wait. >> Your mom's on the way? And she has a second person with her? There's a second person with her? Do you know how long it will take them to get here roughly? Claims that her mom's on the way from Milwaukee. >> I mean, if the tow gets here, what? Should I have not called? >> Before her mom for sure. You got to make a decision. You're letting her mom take it or you're making the tow take it. Cuz she's going to lose it when the tow gets here. >> I know. The mother is en route. If you could call Garracks, I'll call them back if they're needed. >> Yeah. Okay, perfect. >> Is there a deep accent? >> She's uh been screaming at us the entire time and super uncooperative, so I'm just trying to keep her >> Yeah, she she she is the driver. >> I'll get your ID back in just a minute, okay? >> If you just want to I'll block them. >> Officers now find out that the male has an active no contact order with the female due to a previous domestic violence incident, meaning he needs to be taken into custody for violating it. Officers have a sneaking suspicion the female won't react kindly to this. As the officers get ready to take the male into custody, the female's mother arrives at the scene. >> No contact order in place? With her, Andrea? They said they're on probation, though, for armed robbery. Yeah, so >> There you go. >> Thank you. >> Thank you. >> Can I go back to my car? >> You cannot go back to your car right now, no. >> Why? >> Because we do not need you by the car right now, ma'am. >> So, this car will then have to get towed. I mean, I don't know how else anyone's going to pick it up. As soon as >> I think they're just going to shoot him and come back to get the car. >> Got it. So, yeah, if you just want to step out with me. >> Excuse me, can I know what's going on? >> I I have to talk about these tickets and everything with him. So, that's why I'm talking to him about the citations, obviously, because he's operating on suspension, so that's what that's for. And this is going to be a citation for driving while suspended. You do not have to go to court on this. So, that's that. So, so what do you You're going to drive that car? Okay. I do want to just have to talk with you a little more. If you can come back to my squad. This doesn't have anything to do with you, though. So, if you can come here, Jonathan. Yes. So, >> 26 is out in traffic on the 101. >> So, probation said that do want to place a hold because you're not supposed to be in contact. >> Right. Okay, does that seem funny or unusual or weird? Yeah, so what would be happening? I don't want to just be thinking anything. I do have to place cuffs on you and take you up to the county jail on that. And so you then you can see your probation agent. They wanted you to be there, right? So is it Do you understand that? Then so I I told them that you're very polite cooperative throughout the whole encounter which makes it So you know what I mean? Okay. >> I'm going. Stay over here? >> Why? Why? No, can I No, can I ask you Can I ask you why, please? >> You can't. >> Can I ask you why, please? No, why? >> Because she's not allowed to have contact with you. >> No, why? Oh my god, no. No. No. No. No. No, please. No. >> Stop it. >> I have a baby. >> No, please, please, please, please. >> You need to stop talking. >> Please, please, please, please, please. Can I talk to her quick? >> You can talk to her through the window. >> Please, please, please, please. Can I talk, please? >> You can talk to her, but this is the whole problem. There should be no contact. >> We got a whole baby in the No. >> Would you calm down for a minute? >> No. No, please. >> Would you calm down? I'm going to tell you why. >> No. No. >> He's not going anywhere. >> Damn, I am going You going to take me to jail now? >> It won't be for long. It'll be over the weekend. They have to go and pick you up cuz it is the weekend, but >> Man, they doing something to me that I don't even know about. >> There was a open case for DV. >> You got to jail. He got to jail. Where your baby going to go? Do you understand that? Do you understand that? Damn, Andrea. >> All right, so if you could just step out from the car. >> you Can you give her my uh uh >> Yes, I'll give her all that information. If you just put your feet in the car. >> uh my phone and everything. >> Huh? >> Yeah, I will. I will. I will. I will. Just put your feet in. You got to put your feet in, all right? >> Mom, come talk to me, please. >> I'll give her all the stuff, right? >> Mom, please. >> You got your baby in the car. Will you calm down? Look at you. >> She sitting up there crying. >> We are not about to take it. >> Okay, so he said he wants to have everything go with you. >> Okay. >> Is that okay? That's her phone. >> Y'all about to take her back to jail. >> So, what happened? >> It's a probation violation. Can't have contact with Andrea without the agent's permission. >> You knew that already. >> Okay. >> Stop the [ __ ] You already knew this [ __ ] So, don't say you didn't do all that [ __ ] It's pointless. It's pointless. And I know. It's pointless. Calm down. And I'm going to let you calm down. I mean, they not going to let you go like that. So, what you going to do? Do you want to go to jail, too? >> Let me go. >> So, you dumb ass, you want to go to jail, too? >> Bro, get out my face, bro. >> What you mean, get out your face? >> Out my face. >> Cuz right now you acting like a dumb ass. >> Get out my face. >> Look at your baby over here crying. She going to be acting like that and you doing it. You know it. >> Can you just check her pockets so I can get her out of here? >> I'm just going to take the car keys. This is >> So, now they going to tell your [ __ ] Now you going to be Your baby going to be wet. >> Put her in the car. >> Wet. Wet. >> There you go. >> Wet. That dumb ass. Now your car going to get towed. Can I at least take her car? Can I at least do that, please? >> Yes. >> Can I leave my van right here for a minute? >> Can you move it out to this little road here? >> Sure. >> Just go move over there and park it and walk back over. >> They going to let go of my arm once it's for real. Don't let him touch me. Get him away from me. Get him away from me. No, I'm not getting in the car with him. Why are you taking my stuff out of my pockets, bro? >> We're just going to check him. >> Stand up, Andrea. >> Let me go. Bro, stop. Move. >> Stop it. >> Get the [ __ ] off me. >> Andrea. Andrea. Andrea. We need you to sit down. Sit back in the car. >> Just get him away from me. >> Okay, Andrea. Andrea. >> Get him away from me. >> let's switch spots. >> No, get him away from me. >> Okay. >> No, like I ain't trying to make you not get in the car. >> Andrea. Andrea. Just please sit back. >> [ __ ] him. I promise y'all y'all better get away from me cuz I don't give a [ __ ] about going to jail. So, please get him away from me. >> Andrea. >> Get him away from me. >> But we're just trying to get you in the car. >> I'm not going to get myself in the car. Get him away from me. I'm not getting in his car. This is his car. I'm not getting in his car. I'm not getting in his car. >> You are getting in the car. >> We need you to sit back. >> It's not an option. >> Listen, I don't want to get in the car with you. Y'all want to play [ __ ] dumb? Will somebody move? Let me go. >> Get back in the car. >> We have to make sure you're not running away. >> I'm not getting in the car. Y'all look at my driving my car. >> said, get your ass up in this cuz you >> Yeah. Hi, baby. Hi, baby. >> Save me. >> All right. >> Her foot's getting caught under the door. She's purposely putting it there. >> No. Bro, let me go. Let me go. So, he knew he was going to go back to jail if they had any kind of contact. When they arrested him, she started acting stupid and doing the most because he got arrested, but she's not even thinking about her damn baby. >> Him again. I didn't get the front very well. >> Let me talk to him. All right, man. You understand why you're You understand why you're getting arrested? Yeah.
