Good. >> According to court records, Kyle was charged with resisting without violence, eight counts of felony battery on a law enforcement officer, one for each cop affected by the bear spray, and felony maliciously touching, striking, or causing harm to a canine. He was determined to be mentally unable to stand trial. He was ordered to undergo a mental health evaluation and he is no longer allowed to possess any firearms or ammunition until December 3rd, 2026. He was then released back into the public and his case was closed.
