Do you have a belt? >> You have a belt belt. >> The following video takes place on July 14th, 2025 in Lexington, Kentucky, where a gunman opens fire on a state trooper during a traffic stop. The officer was struck by the suspect and was able to move away from the gunman before being rescued by good Samaritans. The suspect, later identified as Guy House, was a passenger in the vehicle stopped by state trooper Ramilian. At first, the traffic stop appeared to be going well. But when Trooper Ramilian asked for Mr. House's identification, he opened fire. He then stole the vehicle from the owner at gunpoint and proceeded to take the police on a high-speed chase for over 15 m. Trooper Ramilian fled after being shot and was quickly aided by nearby citizens, including the driver of the vehicle he just stopped. And when he got behind him, the guy tells him to run and he's like, "No, I'm not running." So he gets out of the truck and the other guy steals his truck, I think. >> Yeah. Yeah, >> these guys are here as soon as they stand the airport. >> Due to the good Samaritans that aided Trooper Ramilian immediately after he was shot, Trooper Ramilan would go on to survive his injuries. Months later, Trooper Ramilan would be reunited with those same civilians who helped save his life. Okay, >> that big The suspect, 47year-old Guy House, would later end his high-speed chase at a local church. House proceeded to open fire at innocent churchgoers in the vicinity, where he killed two and injured two more before police were finally able to bring him down. He was pronounced deceased at the scene.
