Party looks to be I might have fell. >> Mm-m. >> Looks like a suicide. >> Yeah. >> There's not going to appears to be a possible suicide. We need to get pictures. >> Okay, I'll go get camera. >> Make sure nobody else is in here first. >> Make sure the scene's safe. >> Where' you step at? >> I stepped around the blood. >> I don't want to. First [sighs] not conscious, not breathing. >> What? She asked if we were conscious of breathing. Been sitting there for a while. >> I don't see a weapon. >> I know. >> That's why I'm thinking something else. bullet in here, which that's weird. Why is there a bullet case in here? >> And he made it all the way over there. Well, I know. Anybody in here? That's a police. That's in place. You got money thrown all around over here like kid >> money >> like change piggy bank knocked over a robbery house would be ransack right >> you check both these house is secure Watch that. Watch that round. Watch that round. Watch that round. >> Weapon. >> I didn't see a weapon either. >> That's weird. Why is there It's making me think someone shot him. Let's go out through here. >> I don't see a weapon. I don't see anything. I don't either. >> All right. There's two casings right there. >> Yeah, there's two casings there and there's one over there. That's weird. >> He just tried multiple times. >> You have your camera? >> No, I don't. I didn't grab it. >> Let's go out the front door. I don't want to step over that anymore. >> Yeah. >> Hey, you want to? >> Yeah, he's shell casings in the house all over, but >> there's no weapon. GSW or >> Yeah. >> to the head. >> So, >> can we give one is apparently? >> Okay. >> Um just so we can Okay. Okay. >> Okay. Um >> give me just one of you guys with the monitor. >> Okay. >> Sorry, I didn't hear you ask. >> Oh, that's okay. My bad. >> No worries. All right. So, you guys got here. >> I checked the window. >> And then make sure nobody else's house. >> There's two casings right here. >> But no weapon. >> Oh, okay. Um, you guys >> I don't even have to hook them up. I don't even think so. >> Um, as long as it is obvious and apparent and somebody can tell me if he is cold or stiff. >> No. I mean, is it in the mouth? >> In the side of the head. >> The side of the head. >> Yeah. >> Somebody saw him. >> I don't see any chest rise or anything. >> If I could just know that that he's like >> apparently his kid up school. >> Okay. He never Okay. >> You guys took you guys went through the house. >> Yeah. >> All right. If you can just touch him and tell me or step like just kind of >> Yeah. Go ahead. Do what you need. >> I won't touch anything. >> No. Do what you need to do. >> I'll have uh Lee get the camera. >> Yeah. >> 121 to 106. So I mean I touched you obvious signs of that. Okay. Um so I can go ahead and call you back. I'll call >> uh No, we don't have much >> actually. They got the plate left for >> like his left side 41 41 >> 41 at the back door. It looks like it looks like the door was out as in out of the door. What's that? >> No, because >> this way. We have one shell casing at the front door and then we have one shell casing at the front door and then three shell casings in the back door. >> Is it inside? >> Yeah, it's inside. >> He's inside. >> 41 years old. >> Door looks like it was forced open. >> Okay. Did we find anything yet? >> Yeah, we did. >> No. What? We can't find a weapon. >> Okay. So, this is >> Are those EMS footprints or >> Yes. So, that would have been >> 581 or 54 number >> 519. >> 519. >> I don't know if it's EMS or not. because that would be dry. >> So, I don't know. >> I'll go with >> That's what I'm going to go check. It's not >> Can I see the bottom of your boot real quick just to see? No. Can I see the bottom of your shoe? >> I I tried to tippy toe around. >> We just have their shoe prints coming out. We just want to make sure they don't >> I only went in and I tippy to around. >> All right. Are you guys good? Oh, yeah. If you are he said >> doesn't match their shoes >> doesn't match mine or yours doesn't match any of our boots. >> So we got to do all this start. >> Is that okay with you? >> Yep. Absolutely. I have a time of death 1920 Hillman Dr. Hillman. Um, but Dr. Hillman, >> so they're backing out of here. All right. So, since you two were in the house, I'm not going to walk through. Okay. >> Did you see No weapons. Weapons. >> We didn't see any weapons. We looked. >> Um, only thing I mean, his room was pretty >> This is messy. >> Messy. He had alcohol bottles on the next to his bed. Um, there's a piggy bank in the kids' room that was knocked over and all the money was out. >> Uh-huh. >> Um, no weapons. >> Okay. And the call came in. This guy was supposed to >> pick up this kid from school. He never show up. Okay. >> All right, guys. So stay off the deck if you can. I'm going to uh get on the phone here, make some calls, >> um and just, you know, keep it keep it secure. Okay. >> And I think he's taking pictures, so he may have walked in. >> Did he start a log? >> He may have walked into the front door. >> Neighbors described sounds they had heard that morning. Neither had seen the person clearly enough to identify a face. >> Can I help you? Um, I don't know if this is anything. >> Yeah. >> But morning about 7:15, 7:20, >> I heard like boom boom. >> 7:15, 7:20. >> Yeah. And then a couple seconds later then boom, boom, boom. >> Okay. >> I didn't know what was going on. If someone was working, you know, pounding something. >> Okay. >> Or whatever. And then I saw somebody come out of the house to the car that was next to the Porsche. >> They were in the They were in the car. I mean, it was there >> Porsche. >> No, it was next to the Porsche. >> Okay. >> And And it was there when I woke up this morning at 5:00, you know, as I walked. >> The car was already there. >> Car was already there. >> Was doing Yeah. When I woke up. >> Okay. >> But at 7:15, 7:20, I heard. And then I saw someone come out of the house, go to the car, open up the car, was there for a while, and then took something back into the house, like a package or a box, it looked like. >> Okay. >> And then came back out, not running, but walking fast, >> quick paced. >> Yes. >> At what time was that? >> Had to be 7:20. >> At 7:20. Yeah. That it all happened within a couple. was you heard three the three >> the two shots I'm assuming I don't know and then then I thought someone was banging [clears throat] on something and then then a little pause and then three more for more >> and then they got in the car and they left but they didn't like leave fast they just were like going down the driveway >> okay you can you describe that car >> I it was a smaller car light colored Maybe a light blue, light gray. I couldn't get the make of it. >> I checked my ring and I can't It didn't pick it. It didn't pick it up. >> Okay. It was um Was it like a four-door or a twodoor? >> I I couldn't tell. >> Did you see the person that was driving? >> No, I didn't. I mean, no, I did not. I did not see >> the person. >> Okay. Uh my wife thinks long hair was finished. >> Come on. We all talk. Okay. Twins meeting this morning. So I had to be at work early. >> So I was finishing up my coffee in his office room up there. I think you were coming out of the bathroom. So we have this big like we have a balcony right there. So he was coming back to his office from the bathroom. And I said, "Did you hear that?" And he goes, "What?" And I go, "I don't know. It kind of sounded like gunshot." But then you live in Hudson. You don't, you know, you just in the perspective like it would never in a million years and there's cars up there all the time that have popping noises and trucks. So, >> I didn't think anything of it. I heard boom boom >> and then I thought it was boom boom, but there was a little bit of pause, but again, I I was not even thinking it was gunshot until after it happened. So, then I saw somebody come out of the house with long hair to the shoulders. I couldn't even tell you if it was male or female to be honest with you. It looked like a smaller frame, not a big person. Got into a little car. I wouldn't say the car is champagne color. He said it was bluish. So there you go for our perspective of of what it was. There are cars. Um Todd, from what I know, he's only been here less than a year. He has two children um from different mothers. They're coming and going all the time, dropping kids off. >> Oh, sure, sure, sure. And um there's always like a Jeep there and from somebody he knows and I don't know if it's one of the mothers or not, but it's a newer Jeep. This was a car that I've never seen. >> You've never seen that car before? >> And you get up at 5:00 in the morning and you said it was there. >> It was there when I was >> Yeah. And so when I got up cuz that's my bathroom mirror, so I ready right there and it's a clear shot. >> Sure. >> Um it was a car I'd never seen. I got up at >> I left I left the house at 7:23 today cuz I'm thinking I'm going to be late for my 7:43. So that's how I know what time it was when I left the house. So that person came out and said, "Grab something from the car." I thought it was more like a package. He thought it was like a box. Again, we weren't putting anything in perspective. It's just what we walked is passing by. And then the person took something back into the house and then came back out and then just drove away. >> He even commented like, "Well, there couldn't have been anything. They're not in a rush." So >> Okay. And how long were they once they were turned into the house? How long were they there for? >> I mean, it was just >> it was it was like they >> walk in, walk back out. >> Yeah. >> Threw something on the floor. And >> I couldn't even tell you after we heard that boom boom. What time we was that like right away? I don't even remember. >> Okay. And that that car was sitting in the driveway when you guys woke up at 5. Okay. >> I don't get up at 5. >> When you got up at 5 when uh if you when you uh saw that person, would would you describe him as a male or a female? >> Couldn't tell. >> At first, I thought it was a female and he goes, I kind of thought it was a male again. It could be either or. Okay. >> Smaller frame. >> Smaller frame. >> Hair down. >> Long hair. >> Yeah. >> Dark hair. Long >> long dark hair. >> Okay. And um just a formality cuz I'm going to go and talk to my sergeant. Um we might be back over to talk to you guys. Would you be willing to write written statements on what you just talked and described to us? >> Yeah. I mean best to our >> I don't know that that's going to be a thing, but I just want to be able to go back to him and tell give him all the information. >> You know what? We have I'm sorry. >> No, no, no. This is amazing. Yeah. Thank you for even coming out and, you know, talking with us. Put a good phone number. >> Then after we heard that, we keep putting things in perspective and you're like, "Oh my gosh, >> now all of a sudden there's police cars and Right." >> Yeah. I didn't see any movement all day in the >> That's what I was going to ask. Everything's been pretty much like this. >> Yeah. And and I'm like thinking to myself, >> go ahead. >> But then I thought, should we have called? And then I thought, well, I don't even know the gentleman's name on the other side, but I know he's done some work before. So I'm thinking maybe I mean, he had to heard it. He was close and it was very muffled. Like so we even questioned what it was and again thinking oh there's no way. >> Okay. >> So >> later that night detectives followed a lead to Cleveland and spoke with a man who knew Pascal. >> Um he was she were talking to us. >> Oh okay. I I definitely let her know. >> You tell her to call the Hudson Police Department. >> Hudson >> Hudson Police Department. Hudson, Ohio. >> Okay. I sure will. what what friend she staying with at >> I don't know man some friend I mean she she be she was she's a friend you know I look like a little girlfriend you know she a young girl you know I'm I'm older man you know you know but it ain't all like that you know >> what can you tell me about her can you tell me anything about her like what's her what's her lifestyle like >> she was just a young lady yesterday and she got two kids >> and she volunteers. >> How did you meet her? Apparently, >> I've been doing that for years. >> You're not You're not in any trouble, sir. >> I'm not in any trouble. >> I'm just trying to get some >> What kind of car she drives? >> What kind of car does she drive? >> What color? Silver. >> Hey sir, we mind you. You mind if we come in the house and check just to make sure she's not here? >> Hell no. Do you know what time it is? I'm in the bed. My dog barking on my grandkids upstairs in the bed. Y'all think y'all going to walk through my dog house? Hell no. Ain't no Ain't no Terry in here. Okay, I'm telling you. >> When's the last time you seen her driving that car? >> Last time. coffee last time. Last time a couple days ago. >> A couple days ago. >> Yeah. >> She's in a a silver Ford Fusion >> Taurus. >> For Taurus. >> All right. Um contact. >> Yeah. I'm not going to bet on that >> because obviously we're at your house, right? So >> yeah, she ain't in my house, you know, and I'm not putting my dogs up and like a she ain't a >> Okay, I mean >> I definitely let her know. >> Just a little funny that her male comes here >> and she's not living here. >> Well, she >> and she's not here. >> No, she's not here. No, she's not here. >> I mean, you could y'all knock on my door. >> Yes, sir. I wasn't sure. But yeah, uh nothing. >> Okay. >> Ain't nobody here. If my grandkids weren't upstairs in the bed, I would let y'all come through here. >> More than a month later on May 26th, police arrested Teriona Pascal. This footage shows her arrival at the station. After that arrest, >> come on out. Watch your head. there. We're just going to follow this detective right here. The interview continued over several hours with breaks. Detectives questioned Pascal about phone records, messages, and payments. Their claims during questioning are not the same as independent findings there. >> Just have a seat. >> Handcuff in front or anything or leave it like that or what? I mean, I'll hang. But >> just do me a favor. Pull up. My shirt is coming down. Pull it up in the back. >> In the back? >> Yeah. I'll pull it up in the front. >> Okay. Thanks. >> Good. Here. I can here. I can cover her in the front. You want to come in the front? >> I can cover her in the front. That's fine. She's been good. >> Okay. >> Did you cover in front? Yeah, you stand up for me real quick and I'll just >> there. Put it like that. Turn your wrist a little bit. There you go. Like that. There you go. That'll be the most comfortable. There you go. Just have a seat. Okay. I'll be back here in about 5 minutes. Okay. >> Okay. Okay. You need anything? Are you okay? >> Yes. >> Okay. I'll be right back. >> Okay. >> Ariana detective walker start hand on you. Okay. You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can't will be used against you in court. You have the right to consult an attorney and have the president during questioning. Cannot afford an attorney. What can be provided to you before questioning at no cost? You understand the rights? >> Yes. >> Okay. these rights of mine. You wish to speak to me? >> Yes. >> So, I'm going to All right. I'm going start asking a couple questions. Okay. You know why you're here? >> No. >> We're been advised as to why you're here. >> Yes. >> Murder. I don't know. Be a murderer. >> Okay. Do you want to tell me what happened? >> No, I'm just in shock right now. >> So, you'll know why you're here? >> No. >> Okay. Um, you ever been in the hospital before? >> Um, so I don't recall. >> Okay. What about a lot of places? >> Okay. Cuz you can't recall. No. >> Okay. Um, so your phone, um, why would it dial 911 on April 19th? In the morning, April 19th around 7:22 in the morning. >> My phone? >> Yeah. >> I don't know. >> Okay. >> Um, I don't know why my phone would call. I didn't call nobody. >> You didn't call 911? >> No, I did not. >> Okay. >> I don't know. You say, "Hey, I called." I didn't call. >> Yeah. Yeah. We had your phone number. Um and we attempted to call it back that that morning to get an answer. Um so happened. >> No, I didn't call up. I know. I'm calling for I don't know. >> Okay. Well, 911 call uh came came in um answered. They dispatched answer. They Nobody was on the other line. Called it back twice. There was no answer. that phone that phone call and never um you really don't remember. I talked to a lot of guys to a lot of guys. >> Have you been to a home in Hudson before? >> No. >> No, >> I don't I don't recall. >> You don't recall? >> I don't remember. >> All right. Um, do you know a guy named Todd Morgan? >> Um, like I said, I multip >> if he gave me his real name or whatever. I don't know. I don't know nobody's name. I only know a few people real names, so I wouldn't know. >> Okay. So, when I asked you, do you know Todd Morgan? Is he? >> No, I don't. >> Does he look familiar to you? >> What happened here? >> I don't know. Am I pronouncing your name right? >> Yes, that's my name. >> Okay. >> Okay. That's >> okay. >> Um, like I said, I talked to multiple guys, so I wouldn't recall. I don't I mean, I don't even remember some guys because I just don't. It's just me. I never had a father figure in my life. So, I I don't know. Okay. But I mean, looking at his face, >> I'm looking remember this guy, right? >> You don't really look familiar. >> Does it look familiar to you? >> Okay. What about this house? >> That's a nice house. >> Familiar? >> I really don't remember. No, I know. I don't remember. >> You don't remember? >> What? What? I want you to remember >> the house. >> Okay. So, here's what I'm here's what's interesting about these these two photos, right? Okay. These two photos were actually um on your phone. >> On my phone? >> Mhm. >> Wow. >> They went on my phone. You actually typed in a search for this guy and you viewed this image on your phone. >> You also did a search and you viewed this image on your phone. >> We're giving you giving you an opportunity here to to talk to us. We need to know what happened. >> Okay. And I'm telling you, I don't know what's going on. But >> what do you have? I don't know what's going on. >> Is that Who's that? >> That's me. >> Okay. So, >> me. >> Do you use any dating apps or anything like that? Like, how do you meet how do you meet people? >> Um, Tinder. Um, >> Bumble. Um, Bumble, >> B. And that's it. Okay. >> Yeah. >> And so when when you meet somebody um through these apps, uh how does that work? You guys just have a conversation? >> Um yes. I mean, not picking who I want to talk to, obviously. >> Um have a conversation with God sometimes with me. >> Sometimes it's just a crazy type of thing. Um, well, sometimes I have relationships. >> Okay. Okay. But you've never had a relationship with Todd Morgan? >> I don't remember. >> Okay. >> And then I talked to multiple. >> So, do you ever like exchange phone numbers like within the app? You you engage in a conversation within an app and then you you maybe want to take the conversation outside the app and then you exchange numbers. >> Yeah. In that probably. Yeah. >> All right. So, Here's what I'm going to show you. Okay, this this is uh what I'm going to show you here is a conversation, okay, with within your Bumble. Okay, so looking at this, me is you, okay? Because this is a chat history from your Bumble account. >> Okay, so April 16th at 1957. You send a message uh that says, "Hey, Todd." >> Does this look familiar to you? This conversation? >> I really don't remember. >> You don't remember? So, you guys have this conversation right here again? Um, you know, you ask him, hey, you want to exchange numbers, right? So, me would be you >> and then you say that your name is Siobhan. Is that your middle name? >> Yes. >> Okay. So, is that kind of what you go by? Siobhan. Is there any other names you go by? >> No. >> Siobhan. >> Terry. Terry. Okay. >> Um, so you ask him if you only exchange numbers. He says yes, that works for me. And he gives you that phone number. Does that phone number look familiar? >> No. >> Oh, I really don't remember. >> Okay. Um, so something we had talked about, um, do you have a cash app cash app account? >> Yes, I do. >> You do have a cash app account? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Is that it with that? Is there a reason why Bobby Morgan was saying you made cash app? >> Oh, no. 7:00 in the morning or you don't mind. >> I don't know. I have um stuff and I feel chocolate. So my um I don't know. My friends send me cash. What everybody send cash? >> Well, why would some random guy off of Bumble that you had a conversation with decide to wake up one morning and send you $50? Um, he probably just wanted to send me some with me. I don't know. I really don't remember him sending me any money, but I do have people who just randomly send me money on cash app. Um, you can look all through my cash app. >> Why would why I guess why? I mean, I love when somebody send me money every morning. >> People who are generous and um, me being me and I have kids, I know how to talk. So, um, >> it can happen. It can happen. >> Okay. >> If you say say you wake up one morning, you look at your phone and it says, [snorts] you know, Todd Morgan sent you $50. Would you not reach out to Todd Morgan say, "Hey, what what's that for?" or "Thank you. Appreciate that." I would not reach out to anybody. So, >> okay. So, when you got that $50 payment, did you do that? >> No, I don't know. >> You don't know? >> I don't remember. But I do know that um I get rainbow cash all the time. So, that's nothing. You know, I do. >> So, so >> and I ask people for cash for money. I feel that's just how I get my money sometimes. >> All right. So, in order for Todd Morgan to send you any any money at all, he would need to know your cash tag name, >> right? So, how would he have gotten that cash that cash tag name to be able to send you $50? >> I don't know. He probably got it from me. Like I said, random men do send me money on Cash App if I ask. I mean, $50 is nothing. So, So, you asked him for $50. >> I don't know. I don't remember. $50 is nothing. He might have been buying chocolate or whatever. Chocolate, but I don't know. >> He might have been buying what? >> Chocolate. >> Chocolate. >> Yes. Chocolate with um shrooms in or something. I don't know. >> Okay. >> But >> do you do chocolate edibles? Do you make chocolate edibles? >> No, I mean I eat them sometimes. >> Okay. >> Whatever. I know. So, where do you you get them from? Somebody >> sometimes. >> Okay. >> Yes. >> Okay. So, I want to skip to that. Okay. Because >> he had a couple cash. >> Those aren't me. >> So, um Todd Morgan sent you $50 in April 19th. >> I don't. >> Okay. But he did. So, what I want to ask you is there was another payment. >> Is it a problem? >> About 20 23 minutes later, there was a $1,000 payment that was sent from um Todd Morgan to Black Beauty. And you you confirm that Black Beauty, this this cash app is you. That's you obviously in that picture. Um so, he sent you $1,000. Now we go back to a $50 payment and say guys send you random $50 every now and then. Okay, you guys send you random $1,000 payments. >> No, but it can happen. >> It could happen. >> It could happen. >> Okay. All right. So, >> so here's what happened, though. So, this money is sent and it's sent at um 7:25 in the morning. See, this says 11:25, but these are I can't It's a UTC time, so you got you got to subtract 4 hours. So, it's 7:25 in the morning is $1,000 payment that'll send from Todd Morgan to my duty, but that expired and it says waiting on sender. Okay. So, basically that payment was sent, but Todd Morgan wasn't able to u verify that. He got a a a notice back on his phone that said, "Hey, you need to answer this security question, whatever it was, in order for this payment to go through." That payment never went through. Did you you know anything about that? >> No, I don't. >> No, >> I don't know anything about that. >> Okay. So when when you received the $50 cash app payment, did you reach out to the person that sent you that payment and ask him why they sent you that payment or to say thank you? >> Probably in the notes. I don't know. You know, I usually have stuff in my notes. When people send me money, they send notes to me. So, who knows? See the notes? >> Okay. So, you didn't reach out to that person and say thank you or anything like that. Okay. >> I don't know. I probably did. I remember the morning of April 19 this map right here. All of these these dates [snorts] in these times, all of these yellow dots, that's your phone. Okay, that's your phone. These red dots right here, that's Todd Morgan's phone. So on the morning of April 19th at 7:27, your phone starts to move away street. You start going west on 303. You get on route north and you start to travel. Okay. And the split of 271 and round eight, Todd Morgan's phone stops moving. It just sits here. Just sits there for a couple days until the battery dies with that. There's a camera. There's a camera on Carson, right? There's cameras around that that facility, that complex. >> So, here's you. That's you, right? >> Mhm. >> Okay. So, here's your car coming back at 8:44 in the morning. Okay. Which matches your phone? >> Well, I um my son go to school, so I was probably taking him to school or coming back from taking him to school. >> What does that mean? >> Who would have been down here? Where's your phone? for us. Does your does your son stay with you person at this time? Was he living there or where would you >> So what if so if he wasn't >> it sounds like your son's not always with you is what you said. Right. >> Right. >> Okay. So if you went to go get him, where would you go to go get him? >> Where did he stay? >> He was on house arrest. So he my son couldn't go nowhere. So the morning of if you had to take your son to school, you wouldn't have been down street. You weren't saying, >> right? >> But you were that's >> you wasn't. >> No. >> So you you you go and you're in there. >> Yeah. Technology is [ __ ] >> Your phone sends out a p signal every few seconds. So at 9:44 9:13 I'm sorry you leave again person it looks like you travel to Uklid who lives up in Uklid >> looks like you said you went somewhere in Uklid for a while that day >> I know a few people in Uklid >> okay so you take your kid to school. That's what you're saying. You're going in this in this camera here around 9:13 in the morning. Why was the vehicle and your phone in Hudson at around 7 in the morning? Cuz your son doesn't stay in Hudson. He says, "Right, he's on the house arrest. He can't." Okay. So, where would you be coming from? I don't know why my vehicle My vehicle went my vehicle was not there. Anybody get there? >> It was there. We have video. We have witness. Your phone was there. Your phone was there the night before.
