In tonight's footage, officers in Addison, Illinois confront a combative ex employee who not only violated an active order of protection, but also fought back every step of the way. Put your hand behind your back. you >> to advise you to >> stop. >> On March 22nd, 2025, Addison police were called to Portillos's on West Lake Street after staff reported a disturbance involving 39-year-old Rachel Moreno. Witnesses said she had stormed into the restaurant with her boyfriend and two children, placed an order, and then began yelling at employees, making threats, and cursing at customers over what she claimed was a wrong order. Rachel Moreno was charged with three counts of aggravated battery to a peace officer, three counts of aggravated violation of an order of protection, obstructing a peace officer, and disorderly conduct. She was also trespassed indefinitely from Portillos. The two children were safely returned to their legal guardian. Officers involved were treated and cleared from the effects of the pepper spray, a painful reminder that even routine calls can erupt into unpredictable danger.
