Now, he's going to get two counts of this felony because there's two cops there. And the prison sentence usually varies between two to five years, and they could be a mandatory one-year supervised release. Honestly, terroristic threats is probably the dumbest crime you can ever commit because it's a lose-lose situation. The guy could have been on his way home enjoying his Jack Daniel at home, but no, instead he wants to spend several years in prison. Good job, buddy. Yeah, you heard me, mate.
