she tried to close her vehicle's door on
the officer multiple times and
eventually struck the officer in his
reproductive organs
okay

stop grabbing
as another officer went to get the squad
car anna began to kick at officers while
she was on the ground
my handcuffs key's laying on the ground
let me go
stop kicking let me go
she refused to get in the vehicle and
continued to struggle with the officers
stop kicking
[Applause]
we'll find your sister but you gotta
slide back on the seat yes we will
you gotta slide back on the seat
stop resisting you're just making us
worse
three
[Music]
let me know
ready one two three
[Applause]
ah
[Applause]
stop kicking
[Music]
stand up
[Music]
[Applause]
grab the door
[Applause]
my god
[Music]
my god
once the squad car doors were closed she
began to bang her head on the divider
and started kicking the seat
hey
stop
stop it
stop
yourself
should be good
yeah that's what i was doing it should
be more of a square piece right yeah the
other half of it yeah that's the part
that's threaded on the loop which is not
supposed to be
i should probably try and put a seat
belt around her right grab her purse
i'm warm
yeah she's got a history of just getting
belligerently drunk and fighting in 96
so
no really
all right
i don't know
she's 18 she can go to jail but
it depends what she's at
i have an interesting video
we'll have to try to get a pvt from her
if not we're just gonna have to get a
hospital get medically cleared first
she punched you in the balls right
battery law enforcement
it caused your pain
all right
she's 18. that's what dispatch said
regardless she's even she's 17 for sure
at least
what's her first name and
a-n-n-a it's something else there's an r
in it
i'm pretty sure dispatch said annika
it's something else well they said
they'd be able to send a photo
that looks like it yeah is it anna
that's her isn't it
yeah
i could have sworn her name was
something differently with like an r
she's hitting her head again
well it's not going to do any good right
now unfortunately
um
we're going to have to get a pbt on her
at minimum let's where's her first find
an id in there
we're gonna help it but you gotta stop
hitting your head
anna
sit up and look at me once
anna
it's still hanging out yeah
i just don't want to lose it in the car
yeah
let's see if this goes i don't think i'm
going to get this but
anna sit up look at me once
you gotta sit up and look at me
how are we supposed to help you then
how are we supposed to help you then
well that's not gonna help
[Music]
anna
sit up and look at me
here we need to get a pbt from you
you gotta see where you're at
we want to see how high you are
[Music]
come on sit up
come on anna sit up
anna sit up no
you got hair all in your face
[Music]
anna sit up no
all right well then you know where
you're going after this then if you're
not going to work with us
you're going to go to jail
you're gonna go to jail
[Music]
sit up and give me a pbt so we can
figure out what to do with you
all right then you're going to jail
we're going to go to jail then
if you don't want to work with me then
you're going to go straight to jail
later on anna provided a sample of her
breath at the county jail which
indicated a blood alcohol concentration
level of 0.20
a little bit
anna stop it
oh my
and let god go that's not the way it
works
knock it off
stop doing that [ __ ] off
you're gonna make it worse for yourself
knock it off
[Music]
so we've got anna kostecki okay she is
intoxicated could not get a pbt from her
okay um before we went hands-on with her
she was
pretty big pupils but sitting there
talking just fine but then she threw a
tantrum and
one of my officers so
she refused to give id so we went hands
on with her got her out and then ever
since then she's just been a screaming
mess
so
i wouldn't
certainly wouldn't say she's over the
0.30
last time i dealt with her at the high
school she's at a 146. so
um
how old is she 18 18 yep she is 18. so
she's wrapped up in a couple seat belts
right now i got her seat belted in
random places from both sides so i'll
start with that side but she's got leg
restraints on also but the
tail wasn't done right to come out the
door so
hi anna my name is lorraine i work here
at the jail
we want to get you upstairs and get you
settled in all right can you take a deep
breath for me
[Music]
[Music]
[Music]
[Applause]
[Music]
please
[Music]
there we go
[Music]
all right anna let's go we're gonna go
this way sit back please
sit back i've got a wheelchair here for
you come on
sit back
[Applause]
hold on hold on
[Applause]
[Applause]
[Music]
[Applause]
hey
i'll bring the wheelchair up
[Applause]
anna was charged with battery to a
police officer and resisting she was
also given a citation for underage
consumption of alcohol
