Even after the gunshot, the suspect still refused to cooperate, though he was less aggressive than before. >> Give me your edge. Pretty far out there. Responding officers ultimately gained full control of the suspect. Zaped Alvarado was transported to the hospital and later booked into the Benton County Jail. Toxicology results showed a blood alcohol content of 0.16 and the presence of canabonoids. Trooper Duncan sustained minor injuries which were treated afterward. Angel Zeped Alvarado pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated and reckless driving. He was sentenced to 58 days in jail, which he has already served. Trooper Alexandria Duncan acted with great professionalism and courage. Although she was at a disadvantage, she ultimately managed to subdue the suspect. Kylie Sutton's effort to help apprehend the suspect [music] was truly commendable. Very few people would have done what she did. Without her [music] assistance, the situation could have been much worse.
