I'm about to do my demo. She's still on the the phone. >> So I said to her, >> okay, >> she gave me an attitude and she was her phone. So I came back up to say to the to the flight attendant what happened. And that's the same way he had issues with the entire boarding process. >> So they called for and she was coming off the plane. She said she punched me in the face. She punched you in the face. >> Show me where? >> In my face. >> No, I I understand. But I Please show me. >> No. As in >> like that. >> Your your face. Where? Just >> you did. >> You did see what happened. >> I didn't see exactly the airplane. [ __ ] you [ __ ] >> Okay. and the other. >> Okay. >> Yeah, >> we'll do it if you want to hear. She was sitting right next to you, right? >> She witnessed it and she also sitting right in front of the um It is. And I will talk to you if you will please put the phone away. >> I I got to I got to hang up. >> Please put the phone in the purse. All right. Now, tell me what happened. What happened was I was on a flight earlier um from from DC over here to uh to Florida. This is my connecting flight to go back home to Los Angeles. >> Okay. And on the connecting flight from DC over here, the same flight attendant was on that previous flight and she was already giving me a problem because she was like talking to another flight attendant in the back and she was already giving me an issue. I had no issue. And then now she was on this flight also and there was animosity there already. I had no problem with this person whatsoever. So that animosity and that previous preconceived notion of me was already there. Now then she told whatever to the flight uh flight attendant or >> I'll take you later >> to the flight attendant or the >> or the um this this flight person and this is actually the person who helped me on this flight who helped me figure out my ticket on this flight. So when she was coming to me and telling me to get off of the flight because of the flight attendant and I was some danger, I was like what? Like I was super confused. And then everybody in my section was like just be quiet. Don't say anything like you're good. You're good. And I'm like yeah, I'm good. I think I'm good. And then she comes up to me all of a sudden and she tells me like, hey, you have to get off the flight. And I'm like, like for for what reason? And she couldn't give me a reason. And I'm like, okay. So, I start to get off and I'm like, are you at least going to give me another flight? And she said, yes. And I was back. But then as I was getting off, she's like the the the um I don't even know her name, but the girl right there, she was like looking at me and I'm like, "What is happening?" Like, I have no idea. like I have no idea what motivated her to go to um whatever her name is to get me also that flight. >> Okay. >> And that's all. >> All right. But you did what as you got off the plane? >> I didn't do anything. >> Ma'am, >> I didn't do anything. I'm sorry. >> What's your name? >> I'm sorry. My name is Sodto. >> You ever did you ever hit her? >> Who's your name? >> Um do you see my face? Yeah. >> Well, she hit me if anything. It was an attack. >> Did you touch her? You >> I'm not going to say that. No, I'm not. >> No, you're not going to say that. But the thing is, unfortunately, I have witnesses to say that you did punch the flight attendant. >> And I have other witnesses also. >> Not as you're walking out. >> No, I haven't been able to go anywhere from this position, >> right? because I have to stop and I have to talk. >> So, how am I supposed to have witnesses if I can't even leave this position? >> It occurred out here. >> Yes, I do. >> Please put your bag down. >> You don't have to handle. >> Yes, ma'am. When we do, it's policy. >> Drop your bag. >> It's policy. >> Can I ask you one more time? >> Can I please Can I please put phone numbers on the paper? I can you tell me and I can write them. That's why I have a pen and paper. Okay. I'm going to take your phone. All this goes in the bag. Give you uh an option. You want to you want me to do the paper and you run it? >> If you want to do the paper, I'll be happy to. >> Okay. >> You have her ID. >> I haven't even gone that far. Where is your ID, ma'am? >> Where is it? >> Where is your ID? >> I don't have an ID. You don't have a driver's license. >> You don't have it to >> Yeah, it's in here. >> Yeah. Burman's take the car. >> I'm riding her and then Burma's taking the paper. >> Okay. >> I'm driving her. >> You need to take me in custody through the airport. >> Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. >> All the way through the airport. >> Correct. >> Are you serious? This is so embarrassing. All right. Search. Where you from? >> Stop pulling. Relax. >> I'm not pulling. >> Okay. It feels like you're pulling. >> No, I'm walking. >> Okay. >> I'm not trying to [ __ ] be here. >> All right. >> All right. >> Can you fix my sock? >> I'll come get her later. Come on. >> Jesus Christ. >> She's going to pat you down. Okay. Um, what did she say? She was in front of her. Yeah. She was like, "Okay, all right. Yeah." You know, like bye bye like showing the middle finger like Yeah. So I went and I remember this. I went and I told her that I told you. Oh no. Straight. Please be careful because they're new. Okay. >> No. What? Watch me. The >> piercings. >> Oh, >> and that's okay. You can take them off, but please be careful. >> All right. Thank you. Mhm. Did she give them a hard time coughing anything? >> I didn't. >> Should I let her take home anything or what? >> Honestly, please. >> Shouldn't even be in cuffs right now. If you want to arrest me, it's okay. >> All right. But I need you to take everything to change. >> No problem. No problem. How am I going to get my >> No, because I'm not from here. So before I'm booked, I need to have those numbers. They usually get that open. something else to do. >> Don't throw your socks away. You might want to use them. >> I don't want them. They'll give me new ones. >> No, they only give you clothes. >> You've been arrested before. >> No, they'll give me socks, though. >> Where's her stuff? She don't got her ID. They have it coming out. >> Yeah. How am I supposed to get my numbers? >> Dude, it's still coming out. The guy that's going to arrest you, he's coming out. >> Are you not arresting me? Are you not the guy who's arresting me? >> No, I just want to change you from point A to point B. >> Oh, that's crazy. >> You lean on the car right here. >> Can I go in the car? >> Can I go in right now? >> You You have like a,000 How do you How can you not put me in the car? >> You're not the one who arrested me. >> Can you put me in the car? >> Where's his car? >> Is it unlocked? >> Like any car and then transfer me. I'm just going to stand out here like what the That's not cool. What are you looking for? >> I'm looking up your information cuz it's got to go on the arrest form. >> What's your first name? >> It has to go under what? >> What is your first name? >> It has to go under what? I'm sorry, ma'am. I need to know all the >> a report. I mean, what do you what do you think I need your name for? >> If you're not the one >> the arrest cuz they don't have your ID. >> If you're not the one arresting me, then why do you need >> Okay, do me a favor. Don't talk to me no more. >> Listen, I don't got time for your stuff. Just sit back there. Just sit back there. >> I'm asking you for your name. Okay, I want to give it to you. But I just have to let you act how this goes. >> I mean, you act like like like we're not going to get your name anyway. >> That's okay. >> So, just give me your name. >> But I'm just curious about [ __ ] I don't know how this [ __ ] goes. >> This is this is nothing. I need your name. So, that >> Okay, I'll pay >> Alexandra. >> Yeah. As soon as they're done with you, they you can you can >> when you see the judge or whatever they're going to do. >> A judge. >> Yeah. If you go I mean, if you go to jail, you got to see a judge. >> No, that's not true. >> Mhm. >> The first time I went to jail, I did not see a judge. >> I'm telling you, I don't know what they do in the in the jail. You when you get arrested, you usually go >> prison or jail. >> You're going to jail. >> Okay. So, you're able to get bailed out. >> Okay. >> So, I'm saying, can I get bailed out at any time? >> Well, as soon as they if they tell you you got a bond >> as soon as they post bail. >> Okay. So, how long? >> But then again, I don't know. You hit somebody that and and and and it was a flight attendant on a plane. That's federal. I don't know. That's a serious charge. >> Charges against her also. She literally attacked me. >> How do you How do you not know? You've never had this situation happen. >> Wait, what? No, I mean I I arrest them, I take them to jail. What happens from there, it has nothing it doesn't have anything to do with me. Whatever the judge decides, the courts decides, that's them. If they want to let somebody go and have them come back or if they want to hold them for whatever reason, it's up to it's up to whoever is hearing the case.
