zone Warzone 2 1.0 is my favorite one it's it's the only one I've actually enjoyed for any significant amount of time um Call of Duty is not my type of SPS I like Rainbow Six Siege I liked OverWatch like the first four years it was out um foreign Doom guy I love those uh types of Arena FPS or Boomer shooter big fan of Boomer shooters and I'm actually will stream Warzone 2.0 at least for like a week sometime in the future I just don't know when I'll get around to it it's more space now I've got a platinum this game in free off space before I can download it I thought zombie zombie k I thought it was all right but I just don't like the uh the FPS feel of Call of Duty you know what I mean I prefer left for dead over the zombies modes now that being said I thought uh best Zombies mode grenade at them or something first time where the heck did that other one go this is like when you see a spider crawling on the carpet and it goes under the couch and you don't know where it's at were now with my Esports Club we've done charity streams before and we've done Black Ops Call of Duty zombies or whatever the order of that is and uh it was pretty good it actually wasn't as good as alien isolation for our streams though we've always made more for charity through alien isolation than Call of Duty yes I watched it last week I thought episode three was one of the best uh episodes of Television I've ever seen in my life that being said there were some scenes where I was like oh the game is kind of better but then there were some scenes where I was like I think the show did it better I think it was a great adaptation um it's probably gonna go down as top five best video game adaptations that were made um I hear you Ashley what are you doing Ashley she ducked and completely covered his hitbox with her body I couldn't shoot him I agree but it very well could have turned out poorly too I'm someone who doesn't who thinks that adaptations don't have to be one-to-one in my opinion they just don't you can change details and as long as the change details are good then both the book or video game movie whatever the conversion is they can all be great in my opinion and my evidence for this are the Lord of the Rings films and uh the Harry Potter Harry Potter films I think in both cases uh changes were made but I don't think the changes were bad and as a result the film's books everything are all great and that's not bad that's not a bad place to be for a property and I think the last of us kind of falls into that category I think the 99 1995 Mortal Kombat movie is in that category too um and I really hope the Super Mario movie is going to be there I'm going to watch it Friday the movie adaptation of the book or the um of a video game has to be exactly great solid upgrade what do I have on 30 percent craft ammo whatever bonus I think we're probably gonna uh left because I never craft handgun ammo on this playthrough your valuables won't do you much good in the gray cute bears worth five thousand [Music] try to remember where the key is I don't actually remember this takes us all the way back here we will worry about that later we don't need to do that right now this is still just run number two I will be this is run number two this is just trying to get all of the Collectibles basically so I don't have to worry about them again Clockwork castellan's Treasures after that oh and also shooting galleries we'll have to do that at some point after that it'll be the handgun knife only play through uh and then it'll be the no healing run infinite rocket launcher run so that's four S Plus hardcore run and then S Plus or a a rank professional run so we've got six more run-throughs of the game before we're done and that's if I can get 2 million within the next the last bit of this run through and the next run through so now if we can get 2 million by then we can actually cut that down to six instead of seven run through the game because if we get the infinite rocket launcher early we can do the no healing and no Merchant run in the same playthrough but that's why I was playing a lot that's why I was playing valkyria Chronicles and shinmu and stuff like that I just wanted like not to get burned out on this game basically so I'll be playing this definitely on Tuesdays and Thursdays and then on the weekend as well I'll be playing it but I don't want to get burned out this is a 100 hour platinum or close to it and with what I have learned platinum in games is if you force yourself to do it when you are just grinding and grinding eventually you get burned out and you stop liking the game and I don't want to get to the point where I don't like this game anymore so I'm gonna take a little Breaky periodically to play out this stuff we have enough ammo for this room I think we do I wonder am I put of mine right there I wouldn't be able to stream it I hate that is he dead I don't have a PC to stream on man the one that I have can barely run the games I play they can barely run railroad Tycoon 3 for instance which came out in 2003. it absolutely will not be able to stream any game streams before I have to go to my next one and I receive a threatening email I don't appreciate that so I'm going to address it quickly right now so everyone knows what's going on just in case anything happens as a result of it um Phil you're doing the same thing I did back in 2015 with uh Tony whatever is named Dutch remember MLG the guy who said he was gonna like 360 no scope me at a convention I [ __ ] bit of it is essentially what he's doing right now I I could stop watching this right now um here's the deal apparently someone's been going around again not the first time wins the bad anyone who says I'm wrong uh yeah Wings ain't like that though Wings is self-aware of his flaws Phil is not impersonating me hitting up people on YouTube with false copyright strikes basically saying oh this is dsp's content and uh he's claiming it and he's taking it down all right here's the deal I don't do that I've never done that now in my entire history as a content creator have I ever done that in fact the only times ever that I've claimed anything on YouTube where from cases where someone 100 lifted a raw video off of my channel and re-uploaded it to their own personal Channel with no commentary I was gonna donate to Phil but then I got high that's a heartwarming story no transformative work whatsoever literally just I know and he used to have the cinema go after videos back in the day he's he's this is I know it for a fact is a semi-bold face lie ripping and dropping copy pasting that is a blatant violation of copyright law that is not allowed that takes attention away from someone trying to make a legitimate living if you're adding commentary criticism or whatever you're protected under fair use law and no one has the right to hit you with a copyright claim I don't do that I've never done that all right I don't toss around false copyright strikes and everyone knows this including my detractors they know it's not me who's been doing this there's been of various people I think at least one person we know of who is doing it for a very long time I don't know if the person who apparently is doing this now in my name is the same person or someone different because the truth is I'm just not involved I don't get any notifications for these things I literally just checked my queue on DSP gaming and there's nothing there to show oh new strikes in your name nothing because it's done outside of the whole YouTube channel system these sound like these are individual strikes being issued using my personal information that likely has been doxxed over the years and somehow YouTube just thinks it's legit and grants these claims and I can't oh my God it's Phil it's tickled I don't even I'm confused I'll give you a little story a couple of years ago a detractor contacted me behind the scenes also with a lawyer involved and said hey is there something you can do because you know all these fake claims in your name and I said well the only thing I can think of is I can try to contact YouTube and see what they have to say and I contacted YouTube support which is through a chat system that's how you get it when you're someone who has a certain amount of subscribers um and I explained the situation to which the chat agent who again is just someone who works in like some call center or Tech Support Center across the globe said well do you have any claim specific claims to address or whatever and I'm like well they're not mine I don't have them they're other channels and I started trying to give them the names of the tractor channels or whatever and they were like well we see nothing on your channel you're not involved you're right I'm not and this is there's nothing we can do how can someone impersonate me use my personal info but then get a claim granted but I can't get it retracted and they're like unless it's linked to your channel directly through that system there's nothing that they can do apparently that's what they told me and this was a couple of years ago okay no sense though but if they know it's not linked to your channel why can't and they know someone else is used falsely using your name why can't they do anything about it that makes no sense editions 2 on Twitter once I contacted Twitter there was a bunch of fake claims that I contacted Twitter about and after I submitted them all and said I want information I want these retracted they ignored me for like a month then they emailed me another month later and said oh do you still need help I was like yes I want these retracted and they ignored me again and never responded so these companies don't care it sucks there's giant holes in YouTube's copyright system where anyone can essentially use generalized info to try to make a false claim and it seems like YouTube more often than not grants you now here's the thing I'm not involved with it my detractors know that too and there's nothing I can do about it I wish I could like this video is evidence I'm telling everyone I'm not doing it it's yeah like I said back in the day Mighty Furtado has giant holes congratulations yeah he used to have like Machinima do to work for him to get videos taken down or claimed or whatever not me I kind of feel like now he's telling the truth like he doesn't give as much of a [ __ ] anymore but let's finish the video and we'll see who's this is evidence to defend yourselves and try to get your content back I don't care if you're using my content and you're transforming it to be your own I really don't go for it I give you permission to do it I don't care but I just got a threatening email from all people snort Hogan yes that's the account's name I think it goes by snortamania on Twitter threatening me saying oh you better do something about this and I'm like what do you want me to do I I'm not involved I didn't do it I have no control over it he comes back and says oh you could contact YouTube support and if you don't get this fixed I'm gonna hit you with false copyright strikes along with six other detractors we're all lined up and then he showed me a picture that he also tweeted at the same time that basically shows that YouTube's Auto copyright system had matched my videos to his and he says that he's going to hit me with claims first of all just because YouTube's auto match system matches something doesn't mean it's a valid claim go search copyright matching system in YouTube uh fact and or terms of service it says right there just because there's a match it doesn't mean that this is your right to claim and so there's a copyright strike if you falsely claimed someone you will have your channel shut down permanently for abusing the system in this case the reason why my content would be in a detractors match is because they've already claimed someone for that content meaning at some point someone re-uploaded their content and they already claimed them so what happens is when you claim someone for Content now it permanently shows up in a queue like I said there's been some raw videos I have years ago claimed people for and those always show up now in my IQ because it was the raw video I claimed if there's a match to it it'll show and it'll say oh 10 match 20 match of course you're not going to claim those you're only supposed to be claiming something that's like a hundred percent match someone lately stole it okay but I'm getting threatened Now by snort Hogan because he's claimed someone from snort Hogan I'm getting threatened by storm I'm just I'm sorry I notice weird [ __ ] when I'm stoned yeah I don't think this is the right path to go down though Stuart Hogan I genuinely look I could tell when Phil it's weird that I can do this but I've been watching him long enough I could tell when Phil privacy and freedom of expression I'm going to be talking about an American case from the perspective of a Canadian privacy lawyer though it's American it's too good to pass up I'll give you my opinions and try to be educational about how something like this would be treated in Canada most of the Civil claims asserted are similar if not the same in Canada though our freedom of expression framework is a bit different here this case is completely Bonkers it represents an attempt to use or abuse privacy laws for the purpose of suppressing speech that is directly focused at legitimate criticism of State action it's also a great example of a Streisand effect where the police officers involved where the plaintiffs in this lawsuit have brought much more attention to themselves by making these spurious claims hi my name is David Fraser I'm a privacy internet and Technology lawyer with the Canadian law firm McGinnis Cooper I also teach internet media law the surely School of Law at Dalhousie University some time ago I was on Twitter and saw someone linked to a video it was by a musician named Afroman called will you help me repair my door at the time I thought it was hilarious the police with guns drawn raided his house on a search warrant broke down his door generally tore the place apart and admired the lemon cake in his kitchen Afroman had security cameras all over the place that recorded much of the goings on they found nothing of Interest took a bundle of cash and refused to fix the broken door being a musician with a bent for social commentary Afroman wrote three songs about it took the video of the raid and turned it into a music video the videos are linked below you should watch them they're a great example of social commentary via music and highlight the overreach of the police in situations like this I saw that particular video liked it and thought that was it now there are three videos that have come out of this incident the first is called will you help me repair my door which is referring to the fact that the police broke down his door and then refused to fix it the second video is called lemon pound cake which is about the police officer caught on surveillance camera scoping out a lemon pound cake on the kitchen table the third video is called why you disconnecting my video camera about the fact that police made an effort to disconnect Afroman's surveillance system while they were rummaging all through his stuff they're all great and all three are linked below then I saw reports including [Music] thank you the Adams County Sheriff kicked down my door then I heard the glass break they found no kidnapping victims just some lemon pound cake Mama's Living Past it takes the sheriff wanna put down is good and cut pound cake and you actually had you know part of the surveillance footage there was sort of like this fat white cop that walked through your kitchen and he looked over and he saw your mom's lemon pound cake right there so you wrote a whole song about it yes and it was a parody of Under the Boardwalk man yeah uh I uh I was so mad and emotional about it and some other dude in my comments on my personal page he goes watch this guy look at the cake and I didn't even notice it like and just that clip went viral all over Tick Tock and and everywhere else like everybody's really tripped and I know it's not every time I said lemon pound cake the comments would just go crazy and people would so and then I made an album lemon pound cake because you know like you know all cops aren't bad you know all human beings ain't bad so you know uh but at the same time everybody understood what I was talking about when I said lemon pound cake that's the cop on the viral video on Tick Tock that that the crime scene switch from my house to the Sheriff's Station because the money came up missing from the evidence room okay so they do this whole raid they tear your house apart they take some of your money they find any weed or kidnap victims or Vegas basement somewhere or something you know now I don't really believe anything they say they found a vape here I don't smoke vape pens somebody may have came over my house and left one they but I've never seen it right they say they found a vape pen YouTube how long will I be Shadow banned pipes for me I don't even smoke pipes I kind of just look at them and just feel good cause you know people care and give me their time to create something for me but uh they took the they said they took some pipes and they make off but I really don't think they took anything I I don't because I didn't really I didn't have nothing in my house you know what I mean like okay yeah well after that whole raid and so forth were you charged with anything I wasn't really no so after all that after all the resources spent and your door getting kicked out and yeah your house getting torn apart yeah you get charged with zero yes I think they wanted to just control to the TV so they can blame you know the remote and say that's a pistol I thought my partner's life was in I you know all of that and and then and then nothing but they had to run around with pistols and stuff you know it's a it's a mind game you know cop opportunities he don't like you they pull you over you know traffic to the hands up out of the vehicle searching give you a warning so you start off as a 187 suspect and work your way back to it civilians traffic citation you know what I'm saying but they like to give you the opportunity to give them the opportunity to do something
