I even smoked a blue while we at the club. Was you smoking that club and I got a weed card, too. So, do I got to keep staring at it cuz my mothering head start to hurt. >> He don't know. I didn't drink nothing, babe. I didn't drink nothing. He don't know. Leave him alone. That's my sugar daddy. I'm not going to learn. Leave me alone. I ain't nothing to you. My hands is right here. I ain't talking to that. These sugar babies think that after causing trouble, all it takes is one call to their sugar daddy and [music] a few thousand wired over to make everything disappear. Today on Body Camdino, [music] officers are about to teach one entitled sugar baby a lesson she won't forget. Let's start with the first girl. She says she's afraid of the police, but her attitude is as aggressive as it gets. And apparently her mouth doesn't come with an off switch. >> Babe, see you see what I'm saying? Babe, if you want to be my husband, you going to listen what I'm just saying. You going to hear me out, babe? So, come here. Come over here. >> On September 2nd, Denanisha repeatedly denied drinking, demanded that officers leave her boyfriend alone, and even introduced him as her sugar daddy. But her increasingly agitated behavior and constant refusal to follow even the most basic instructions only made officers [music] more suspicious. >> Hey, cut the car off for me. Step out. >> I'm taking her home. >> You go stop the car, man. >> No, I'm going to call you. >> Okay. Well, stop. Okay. Well, stop the car until we figure out what's going on. Stop the car. >> Whoa. Yeah, I know. >> I'm going in the house. I'm going in the house. Babe, I ain't going I'm >> Whatever. Whatever. Wait, sorry. >> Officers explained that this was no longer an optional conversation, but of course, she just kept doing the same thing. Anyway, do you people really think being obnoxious enough is some kind of cheat code for getting out of trouble? >> I do nothing wrong. What >> you got to put in the cup? You need to calm down. All right, >> I did. >> You need to calm down. >> I'm not going in the house. >> Why can't I get >> You're not going in the house. >> Why can't I go in the house? >> Because he wants to He has to do an investigation. >> But there's no investigation. I'm going to go >> one more time. >> I didn't do nothing to you. >> Okay. I'm not about to play these little games with you. Okay. >> Stop it. As a result of her actions, she was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. Now that we've seen how this incident played out, let's take a look at some of the different opinions viewers shared about the case. The next woman calls her sugar daddy and asks him to wire her $500 just to prove that she has money. just own up to it already because it looks like you might be a little too old for the whole sugar baby routine. On June 12th, officers [music] at Tampa International Airport received two backto-back theft calls involving the same woman. And then she decided to offer some pretty unusual proof that she had no reason to steal inside the store that you said you were trying to buy something in the store over there. Well, I went in the dressing room and so the lady was really rude to me. Like, I don't know if I look like I don't have money or what. >> So, I went in the dressing room and was in there had like five or six outfits. She came and knocked on the door. I was like, "Yeah." She was like, "Are you okay?" I was like, "Yeah." She's like, "Well, there's some other people that are are wanting to try on some clothes." And I was like, "Okay, I'm slow." Right. So, I came out, got a different size, went back, >> tried them on, came back out, >> went to the counter to pay. Um, there was a sweater that was like 375. >> A sweater that was what? >> A cashmere sweater that was like $325. The jeans were like 168. It was 500. >> What's your first name again? >> My first name Stephanie. >> Stephanie, can you mind you mind showing us your stuff to see if that sweater's in there? >> Yeah. No, I don't showing you at all. Yeah, please. Thank you, Stephanie. >> She has the sweater at the desk. >> She has a sweater. >> Yes. >> So, you didn't take anything out of there that you shouldn't have taken? >> No, she has it all. >> Okay. We appreciate if you let us see. >> And I wrapped all this stuff. >> I got you. That's all your stuff? >> Do you mind if we look? >> All right. And it's not in like the pillowcase or anything in here. You didn't. So, what was it? Just a cashmere sweat. Here, just take it off so you can see it, please. And you're flying out today? >> Yeah. Where are you flying to? >> Um, Kentucky. >> Kentucky. You have a ticket. >> So, you were in the change thing. You said she was being rude. Then what else happened? >> She was really rude. And I asked her, the other girl, I said, are you the manager? And she said, no, I am. And I said, well, you've been really rude to me, >> and I said, I don't really feel like that I should spend my money here >> the way you've treated me. >> Okay. >> And I don't know if she got mad or what. and you didn't take anything. >> Absolutely not. >> I would like to confront them. >> You mind if we look in the other bag down here? >> All right. We appreciate it. >> Yeah. We want you obviously you know that that's what they're saying. That's We only have half the story >> of like accuser. Don't have the right to know what I'm being accused of. >> Stealing. >> And who's accusing me though? >> The store owner over there. That's who they're talking to over there. But we just have to double. You understand? We're the police. We got to double check. >> She was treating me like [ __ ] Like I didn't have money. >> I got you. >> So then I called my sugar daddy. He was like, "Um, can you wire $500 over here? This lady's treating me bad and I just want to show her that I have it." And I was like, "No." So, I see I see that you have a wallet there. You sure you don't have any ID? >> Okay. >> Did they get anything back? >> No, I was I was waiting on the police. >> So, listen. Like I said, until we figure it out, you're just going to have to stand by, but >> they're talking to them over there. >> What's your name? >> Stephanie started explaining what had happened. She eventually admitted that she had picked up the wallet, but instead of stopping there, she also admitted that she took the credit cards out of it and tried to use them >> by a leaf driver this morning. Okay. >> And you were dropped off, right? By blue departure by American Airlines. >> Dropped off. >> Blue departures. American Airlines by American Airlines. >> The blue uh the blue driver dropped you off at >> I don't know. >> You don't remember? >> Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Now we we get where we going. Okay. Come clean with me. Okay. Which card did you try to use? >> I tried to use them all. >> You try to use them all. Oh >> yeah. >> Okay. You know these are not yours, right? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> And I'm glad that they were declined. >> They already climbed because security and also because he freeze them all. >> Right. >> But officers still weren't done with what happened at [music] the store. In a very short amount of time, Stephanie turned into Britney and the story about a failed payment turned into a whole list of other offenses. We recall for the wall that she admits to commit a crime she sent it to. >> Hey, what's going on? So, uh, this lady from before, what's the deal with her? >> Okay, this is her receipt. That's her receipt >> that she tried to uh pay those and the car get declined. >> That's a lot of stuff >> and declined and decline and declined. But uh I >> Oh, that's from it getting declined. That's not just items. >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I understand. >> I feel like that that's like a men's name. >> Mhm. Yeah. So, you asked her about it? >> No. I just realized it when I cancel everything >> cuz she she tried to buy the decline. She only uh one of the cars get approved for only like $2 and something. >> I got you. >> So then she said, "No, I don't want it. You being rude to me. I don't want to spend my money here." Whatever. I say, "Okay, >> you you guys have all your merchandise, right?" Cuz we looked through her stuff and I didn't see anything. >> Let me Can I take this? >> Yes. Yeah. And you remember what happened? >> I can make a copy. >> Yeah. No. No. We'll Whatever you want to do. So, >> one of this one >> Uhhuh. >> is the one I think that I'm missing. >> Cuz I look We'll we'll double check when we look through her stuff. That's what you think you're missing? >> Cuz she tried this one and the dark one and a pair of pants. And when she walked away of the fitting room, I asked her, "What is the other piece?" >> Like I said, we looked through her stuff and I didn't see it. >> Okay. >> I'm I'm just letting you know. But yeah, >> I got you. We'll double check. >> I think I don't know. Dispatch, I have no idea. >> No, we got to we definitely got an idea. But uh I'm going to look through your stuff again. You're positive you didn't take their sweater? >> 100%. >> I'm 100%. >> All right. It's like I took a picture of what it is. They're not >> They think they're not sure, but um >> Yeah, we Yeah. She She has a wallet. I think what's inside one of her bags? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. So, I have the >> This was it. >> No. >> Oh, that. Okay. Stephanie, right? Stephanie. We're not getting any anything back on your ID. So, you give me a fake name, right? Britney 35. Copy of Kentucky D. I'll buy them. While searching her purse, officers discovered the stolen $320 sweater concealed inside. >> After all the denials, the fake name, and the story about her sugar daddy, Britney's own confession became the final piece of the puzzle. At this point, there was simply too much evidence for her story to be saved anymore. >> Reed, you you stole. All right, so we're going to have to figure this out. Just give us a sec. Britney, again, like I said, I don't appreciate being lied to. I understand. >> Do you have any drugs on you? >> We're going to find it and it's going to be super annoying if we find it over there. Do you understand? Do you have drugs on you, Britney? >> Um, there is. >> See, again, Britney, I don't appreciate being lied to. >> Well, I'm telling you now. >> Okay. What's in there? >> Um, there's a crystal meth. >> Okay. >> Do you have drugs on your persons? In your bra, in your underwear? >> I'm having a female officer come up here. She's going to search you. You might as well just stick me in the wholesale and then we'll >> Yeah. You know what? With all this, let's do that while we figure this out. That might be for the best. You want to bring all the stuff downstairs? I'll have Dostasis meet us here. We'll take her in the car >> and Dis will pat her down and then we'll put >> I'll take these. >> Yeah. Just because it's >> so much stuff. >> Yeah. And and we've got a couple things we just got to sort out, >> right? >> Yeah. That that's probably good idea. Do we >> can I get my vape and make a phone call? >> No. Right now. >> Yeah. >> He's going to go with you to the jail. Okay. And we'll see what else you can take. >> Okay. But uh a lot of this going to be in our lost and found. >> In your lost and found. >> Yeah. And then you you have to >> Well, Britney, we we got time where we'll let you know. We're not going to take your stuff without you knowing where it is. But you got to give us a sec cuz we got to do a lot of paperwork now. Okay. >> Well, I'm getting a free ride home. Huh? >> Free ride to the jail. >> Yep. They're going to free ride back to Kentucky. Can >> Kentucky. >> This is beautiful. Y'all probably have way bigger stuff than >> I agree. This is an actual I'm going to be honest. This is a complete waste of time. You are wasting our time. >> But you put yourself in this situation, right? >> Yes. >> Unfortunately, >> I'm sorry. >> Going down. >> It is what it is. Listen, we I don't like to give people hard times and don't give me hard times. I would appreciate you don't give us any more of a hard time. And that means just telling us the truth. That's all I want. The truth. That's all I care. >> I got her luggage out. I got her little Aldi bag out and and I open her door, you know, trying to be a gentleman. Hey, do you need some help or anything? She said, "No, no." I open the other door and I say, "Look, you got some more stuff. I can help you carry it to the bag and put it there." And she said, "Oh, yeah. You take this." But for some reason, she kept her pillow in a blankety and she was hiding something. I wasn't sure. I didn't want to question her because, you know, we already had like bad bad at first, you know, like, "Okay, whatever." >> So, I took her out and I like in my head I'm like, "One less person to work. >> I'm ready to go home." and not worry about anything else. I'll go to exit 224 to fill out my gas and I open the compartment because I know my wallet was there because a passenger before her it was there and I confirmed it >> where exactly in your >> um on you know how they got that the two seat the driver and the passenger right in the center >> the center console >> called console. Yeah. >> And I know my wallet was there. So when I open it too I'm like oh no why is the wallet not there? I look for the 20 bucks. I'm like okay it's not there. cuz I checked the whole car because I I know I did not move it. >> She was arrested on a long list of charges including [music] two counts of firstdegree pedit theft providing a false name to law enforcement. Fraudulent use of a credit card more than twice. 13 counts of possession of stolen credit cards. Unlawful possession of another person's identification. Possession of drug paraphernalia. Possession of marijuana resin. and two counts of possession of a controlled substance. See what the audience is saying and how they rate this hidden reality in the upcoming comment section. And don't forget to share your own views below. We're starting with a few moments that are more than enough to show that Amina is having an absolutely terrible night. But to understand how things got this far, let's start from the beginning. On March 22nd, officers were called to an apartment complex after a car crashed near one of the residences. They quickly noticed the smell of alcohol coming from Amina. >> Ma'am, here's your registration back. >> Thank you. I'm sorry. >> I'm sure. >> So, all right, M. Robinson, can you hop out for me for a second? >> I need to figure out what the is going to go on my car. >> So, what we're going to do, ma'am, is he's going to call you a uh a tow truck, and then the tow truck will come get the car. Your insurance will go to whatever toll lot comes to get it. >> My car >> and then uh they'll pick it up so they can get it fixed. Okay. >> My car. >> So, >> okay. Yeah. I'm sorry, but this here like y'all got to understand this is my baby. This is my baby. What the [ __ ] >> So, here's the thing, ma'am. So, Deputy Golland is finished with his civil traffic crash investigation. Okay. He just >> I'm sorry. I'm listening. >> No, no, no. You're fine. He just He just explained that to you. So, you understand that the civil traffic crash investigation is over? Do you understand that that investigation is done? Okay. My name's Deputy Desiato. I'm actually a DUI investigator for the sheriff's office. The reason I'm here, the reason I'm here is because I was the first deputy to come in contact with you on the crash. And uh like I've already kind of explained to you, I can smell the odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from your breath. Your eyes are bloodshot and watery. Your speech is a little bit slurred. Okay. >> Yeah, that's fine. Like like I said, I was at the club. >> Yep. So, I just want I just want to check you out to make sure you're okay. >> I even smoked a blunt while we at the club cuz you was smoking that club. And I got a weed card, too. So, that's why I got weeded on me. I got my weed license. Y'all can see that, too. But before I left the club, I slept in the car for 2 hours. So, >> and we'll get, man, we'll get on to that. Okay. I'll give you a chance to kind of tell me what's going on. But the first thing I like I said, I just want to check you out and make sure you're okay. Make sure that you know >> I mean, I'm fine for the most part, but like my back do hurt. >> Okay. And like I said, we'll get all of that, but for right now, ma'am, I just need you to understand I'm conducting a separate criminal DUI investigation. >> Yeah, you're fine. >> As opposed to the the civil traffic crash. Okay. This look crazy. I >> Amina eventually agreed to perform the field sobriety tests, but from the very first set of instructions, things were already not going smoothly. >> This car. >> So, I am going to ask that you perform some field sobriety exercises for me. Are you >> are you are are you willing to perform those exercises for me? >> Yeah, with my wet ass pants. >> Oh, your pants are wet. >> Yeah, >> okay. >> It's a long story, but yeah. >> Are you wearing contact lenses right now? >> No, I just took a nap. >> Can you do me a favor? Can you stand with your feet together like mine? Arms down by your side like this. You see the clicky part of the pen? I just want you to follow that with your eyes and your eyes only without moving your head. Okay. Just keep looking right here at the clicky part. Okay. >> Without moving my head. >> Yes, ma'am. >> And it's all the way over there. >> Yeah. Just look as far as you can. >> I'm about to say cuz what the >> No, you're fine. If it goes too far, then just uh look as far as you can. Okay. >> Y'all got to keep staring at it cuz my mothering head is starting to hurt. >> Yes, ma'am. I'm sorry. Try not to move your head. Okay. Well, at this point, I'm moving my body cuz I can't stay still for so long. >> No, you're doing okay. >> Okay. Now, the next one, I'm going to move it in a circle and I'm going to bring it towards your nose, but I'm not going to touch you. Okay. I want you to follow that the whole time I'm doing the circle and as I bring it into your nose if you feel like you need to cross your eyes just to keep um aggravated and my pants is wet. >> Why are your pants wet? >> I don't know. I was in the parking lot for a long time. I was sleep. >> Gotcha. All right. feet together. Let's the last one. >> All right, let's follow that with your eyes. >> One more time and then we're done with this one. Okay, >> next thing. We're going to use this line. Okay, so you see this line that's right here? >> God damn. How many tests I got to do? >> Turn around for me. >> Oh, you said turn around. >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. So that way that way you're not going to stand under the sun. >> I'm nervous cuz the last time when I was at my doctor's office the other night, he told me to turn around. Child, I'm traumatized. Reed told me to turn around, y'all. He pulled my pants down. >> Yeah. Well, we're not going to we're not going to pull your pants down or anything like that. >> He had to pull my pants down. >> No. No. I just didn't want you facing the sun. Just >> good. I'm going to report his ass. That made me just remember that. I'm going to report his ass. >> Can you see this line? Okay. >> Yeah. >> What I want you to do is I want you to stand on that line with your left foot. So, like this. And then put your right foot in front of your left foot on the line touching heel to toe like that. Can you do that for me right now? >> I want Mr. DUI so bad. >> Hold on. Don't start anything yet. Is that okay? >> Oh, >> yeah. I just need you to get in this position cuz there's I have to give instructions a certain way. >> My bad. It's just cold out here. >> I'm trying to get this over with. I don't want to go to my warm ass. >> Left foot on the line. Right foot in front. On the line. >> Left foot on the line. >> Yep. Just like that. Now, put your right foot in front of your left foot. >> Right handed. >> I know. But we're not using hands. We're using feet. >> I feel like that's that's cheating. Let everybody know that if you right-handed, your right foot is more dominant. >> And then put your arms down by your side like this. >> I can't do it like this. >> Well, cuz there's a certain way these have to be done, ma'am. Okay. So, left foot, left foot on the line. >> I'm not trying to be difficult. I was >> No, no, no. You're fine. But I gotta explain. One thing I'm I'm actually looking for is your ability to follow instructions. Okay. So, I need you to do your best and follow instructions. All right. So, make sure you're touching heel to toe with your arms down at your side. Okay? Arms down at your side. I need you to stay in this position until I tell you to start. Don't begin the exercise until I tell you to. Okay. >> This is cold. >> Okay. Well, I'm >> do I'm going do this I'll make I'll make it as fast as I can, man. Okay. So just uh just bear with me. >> Don't want me to do it, but I got to >> So left foot on the line, right foot in front. Touching heel to toe. >> This [ __ ] in my pants completely wet. >> All right. Touching heel to toe with your arms down by your side. Just like that. Okay. Stay in this position until I tell you to start. >> Hold on. I still got to tell you what to do. >> All right. Tell me what to do. Come on. >> All right. Stay in that position for me though. Okay. Get back in the starting position. >> I'm not going to be able to stay in that position. I had that surgery and my balance is already bad. I'm not going to be able to stay in that position. I can go, but I'm not going to be able to stay in that position and hold my balance and I'm not >> okay back to I'm going to continue with the instructions. So, if you don't want to stay in that position, that's up to you. >> Are you ready? I I got you. I got you. I'm not trying to burn the law or none of that. I just got you. But that is already perfect. >> Okay. So, when I tell you to begin and not before then, you're going to take nine heel to toe steps down this line. You're going to take nine steps. You're going to touch heel to toe on every step. Okay? So, the heel of your front foot is going to touch the toe of your back foot. Okay. So, you want me to do one? >> Hold on. I'm not done yet. So, while you're walking down the line, you need to look down at your feet and count your steps out loud. So, you'll count one through nine and then uh you'll continue to count after you turn and come back. So, your feet need to stay on the line. Your arms need to stay down by your side like this. Look down at your feet and count your steps out loud. When I tell you to begin, it's going to look like this. >> 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9. Okay. When you get to your nine step, you're going to step off the line with your back foot and you're going to turn yourself around like this using a series of small steps, leaving your front foot on a line while you turn. Okay? After you complete that turn, you're going to continue nine double steps back down the line. So, when your foot comes back in front, that's going to be step number one. And it's going to look like this. 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 >> and then the exercise is completed. Okay. >> Well, I do the best that I can, but all that keep your balance and I got to put my heel toe and then I got to turn around and keep perfect and all that. >> No, no, I get it. >> I just told you that I had back surgery. So all that perfect when I turn around, that's probably not going to happen. But I'm going to do this cuz like you asked me to. So I guess my leave me alone. >> So a couple more things before before you start. Okay. Once you begin, don't stop. It's one continuous exercise from start to finish. Your arms need to stay down at your side. Every step needs to be on the line. You need to touch heel to toe on every step. Look down at your feet and count your steps out loud. Make sure it's nine steps, the turn as I demonstrated, and then nine steps back. Okay. Do you have any questions? >> No. >> Do you need me to demonstrate? I didn't say begin yet. Hold on. We're not starting yet. I got to tell you when to start. Okay, that was part of my instructions. Do you have any Do you have any questions? >> No, but I'm cold and I'm tired and I'm home. >> I get it. I'm out here. >> I do a D a DUI test like a mother and just ass. >> Okay. Do you need me to demonstrate anything else for you? >> Like I ain't been drinking and driving. >> Do you need me to demonstrate anything else for you? >> No, I don't. >> Okay. Do you understand the instructions? >> Only like I I ain't working law, >> so I'm good. The only night I ain't break the law. >> Hold on. I didn't tell you to start. >> Oh well. Well, get out with us. >> You're You're just standing there talking. I'm waiting for you to finish. >> I'm sorry. I'm ready. >> Okay. I didn't want to interrupt you. Okay. >> I'm sorry. >> Left foot on the line. Right foot in front touching heel to toe. >> You know, I respect the law. >> No, I appreciate that. Right foot in front touching heel to toe. >> Right foot >> in front of your left foot. >> That's the left foot. You said the left foot. Now you saying the right foot. >> No. Left foot on the line. Right foot in front on the line touching heel to toe. >> Oh, like this. >> Yep. Arms down by your side. You may begin. >> One. One, two, >> two, he'll >> three hill toe. Four hill toe. >> Five hill toe. >> Amina still seemed pretty confident that none of this was a big deal. She called the entire situation bogus. Well, at least she's not some wildly drunk wilderbeast running loose. >> Okay, so we're all finished with the exercises. Okay, so I'm going to ask you some questions that pertain to my DUI investigation. But before I do, because this is a criminal investigation, I have to advise you your rights. Okay. So, I just need you to listen. Okay. You have the right to remain silent. >> Y read me white w just talk to a lawyer then because I didn't pass all the tests and all that and I didn't everything that I had to do. So, I just feel like it's kind of bogus because I told y'all what happened. Like these people caused me to have to go right here into this and now I got to pay for it. Like this is crazy. >> All right, ma'am. So, here's the thing. >> It's not like I need somebody else car or something like that. >> Based on what I'm observing, I do believe that you are impaired. The crash, the smell of alcohol, her watery eyes, slurred speech, and her performance on the field sobriety tests meant officers were no longer relying on just one sign. And next, they were about to take her somewhere she definitely didn't want to go. Put your hands behind your back. >> But how would I be a >> Put your hands behind your back, sweetie. Don't make this hard. Don't make this hard. >> No, no, no. I'm not I'm not fighting y'all or nothing like that. But I could literally take a breathalyzer right here. That's where we're going to go. Okay. Cuz after this, I'm going to take you to central breath testing and we're going to do that breathalyzer. Is that you you want to do that? You want to do the breathalyzer so you can show me? >> Yeah. But why do I got to be under arrest when I literally just told y'all these people literally just >> Hold on, sweetie. Don't move. Don't move. I'm trying I'm trying not I'm trying not to hurt you. Okay. Is this the wristband? >> Just trying to make it loose. >> Is that Is that the wristband from the club? >> Yeah. >> All right. Are those Are these too tight? >> No. >> Okay. So like what I was trying to say is cuz [ __ ] I ain't even tripping like I'm already in but like so I'm just trying to figure out because and then I still want to take me to jail. >> Well here I'll explain it. Okay so when you're doing those exercises I'm I'm looking for certain things. Okay cuz I've been trained on what to look for while administering those exercises. So the first thing I looked at was your eyes. Okay. And I've been doing DU I've been doing DUIs for 13 years. I've done several thousand several hundred arrests. Okay. So when I'm looking at your eyes, I'm looking for what's called horizontal gaze and stagnas, the involuntary jerkiness of the eyes as they move back and forth or hold position. You have all the indications. >> But you were literally going like this like how am I supposed to like everywhere you everywhere you put the pen, I literally look >> I know, but your eyes are doing something and that's what I'm looking for. So not only did you have all the indicators for horizontal gaze and stagness, you also had vertical gaze and stagnas, which means you've consumed more alcohol than your body is used to. The second exercise, the walk and turn on the line. I'm looking for eight different things. And that's >> No, I get it. And like I said, we're going to go do the breathalyzer so you can, you know, you can show me whether or not, you know, you're over the limit. But I'm looking for eight indicators on the walk and turn. And you gave me probably six. All right. I'm not 100% cuz I got to watch the video. >> And then on the on the one leg stand, you gave me all four indicators that I'm supposed to look for. >> Okay. So, we're going to head over here. >> I know I was going I wasn't going to pass the um the little balance thing. >> Well, they're not pass or fail. going to do. >> So, first thing I'm going to have you do is uh I have a female deputy coming to >> At the jail, Amina took a breath test on an Intoxilizer 8,000, which returned a result of 0.142. The narrator later confirmed that she pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 12 months of probation. She's got a wealthy sugar daddy and she's still stealing. What a piece of work. Looks like that sugar daddy is probably praying his wife never sees footage of him getting caught on camera with his sugar baby like this. On November 9th, officers began investigating a credit card that had been used without authorization. At the same time, a young woman was trying to use that very same card to buy a designer handbag worth thousands of dollars. >> Sure everything you told me is true. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> All righty. And um what time did you last use it? Do you remember? >> Last time I used this party car was last night at the Latin market. But >> Okay. But did you have it here? Do you think you have >> I did have it here. >> I did have it here, but somehow you >> So I lost it either in the parking lot cuz when I got out of my car, my wallet was everything fell. But I remember >> All right. Perfect. Uh yeah, just give me one second. Let me uh figure out. Okay. How do we know for sure that that was her or that maybe? So, so they only had one declined credit card and it was her. >> Gotcha. I guess one of the saleserson told you. >> Okay. >> Correct. The store manager told me that this was the only declined credit card. >> Can you just get the store manager for I don't want to walk in or or I don't know if he's in real quick. Get call to him right quick and then we'll I'll try to make contact with him. >> Hey, how's it going? >> Good. >> Store manager. Yes, sir. >> Okay. So, tell me your part. So, what how did you get involved? So, um, the client that you just spoke with, like report, she came into the store and said, "I just had a charge for this amount, $3,870, uh, that I declined." Like, I got a fraud alert on my on my thing, and I declined it. And it happened here in Louis Vuitton. So, someone had sold my card and then they came to the store. >> Okay. >> At like literally moments before she walked in, we had just declined the transaction for that exact amount. Were you a part of that transaction? >> I was not. >> You was not? Okay. >> The clientizer uh was her. She's in there. Um and so then uh we put two and two together and realized that uh this was the same person. Additionally, the lady you just spoke with, the client gives a name when they come into the store, they check in. The client that stole her card gave us the name. >> Okay. >> Right. When the card declined, she shared, "Oh, I'm in a hurry. Never mind. and I'll just come back later. And she quickly disappeared. Um, and then they just stood right over there, her and another guy that was not with her in store. So, he came over here and joined her here. Then, after some time, she came back in and now she's in the store uh reattempting her purchase. >> Gotcha. Do you see the young lady? Can you point her out to me? >> Yes, absolutely. She's uh the wearing the black dress with the tattoo on her left arm. >> Gotcha. So, obviously her Gotcha. Gotcha. What are they? So, what are they trying to do now? Do you even know? >> They said that they wanted to look at a bag. We pulled a bag out of the window. We've uh we've got one of our managers helping her who knows what the situation is. >> Gotcha. Gotcha. >> And when we get to a point of sale, um normally if a client is just tapping their card and we don't take possession of their card, we actually don't have to check identification any longer. But in this situation, EPA is going to make sure that when they go to pay with a card that we ask for ID, make sure that we check it, right? So, likely that will stop whatever kind of foolishness. >> Yep. So, uh yeah, I mean it's up to you guys. You guys can continue on with whatever cell y'all are doing or um >> or I could just intervene. So, it's up to you if you guys want to >> want to just go on or whatever or I can do whatever. >> We'd like to just continue on peacefully and sort of not cause a scene, get to a point of sale. Look, if the guy pulls out a card and it matches his ID and it goes through, >> yeah, for that transaction, perfect. >> I I can't hear anything, right? If what happens, I think is going to happen is when we go to ask for ID, you're going to be like, "Oh." >> At first, she denied ever trying to buy anything and claimed she had only gone to Louis Vuitton to meet the man she was with. But the problem was the card that had just been declined for a $3,870 transaction. It's crazy how much effort broke people will put into trying to look rich. >> Yep. Excuse me. You mind if I talk to you guys for a second? >> Sure. >> You mind if I talk to you guys? >> Yeah. >> So, here. Let's get out of the way here. >> So, earlier, were you here and made a purchase on a credit card on American or tried to make a purchase? >> No. >> No. >> You weren't just here a little while ago and tried to make one and it got declined? No. >> So, not you. >> Are you sure? Where are you at but for the year? >> I just got here not too long ago meeting up my man. >> Gotcha. Gotcha. So, just a little while ago, you weren't just in there tried to make a purchase for $3,000. It got declined. You walked out and then he joined you while you were standing over here. >> Like, you've been right next to >> Yeah, but I've known for a while. I don't know what to What are you trying to get to? >> Okay. So, they just had a purchase here. Okay. >> That was me. >> Wow. Not not just >> I get a little defensive. Sorry. >> I get it. That's what I'm trying to explain it to you, but you just interrupted. I was >> trying to >> right. You just asked me for what was it getting to and I was trying to explain this the situation and then you interrupted me. So I'll wait. Right. Right. So that was what I was trying to get to. Okay. So just a little while ago there was a purchase that was made here at Louis Vuitton. Okay. It was used with a card and then it got declined. Okay. And so what they just told me was it was you that made the purchase and then you exited the store, stood over here. >> I was looking at a bag. >> Yeah. Looking at a bag. >> I came back. I met my man came back. >> Right. Right. Right. So >> that's what I'm was getting to. Right. You just said a little while ago you it >> I was here looking at a bag walking around. >> And did you use a American Express or Airlines card, Advantage card? >> No. >> No, you did not. >> No, I didn't. >> Okay. Do you have your ID with you? >> But what is the score? I'm confused >> because the the card that was used in that transaction was stolen. >> Oh, no. I don't have a card. I don't have my ID. I literally just came here to meet him. >> Okay. So, were you here before? Again, to back to that other question, were you here with when he was not here? >> Yeah, I was in here walking around. I looked at a bag and that was it. And then I left and I met him. So during that transaction there, like I was saying, that bag you tried to purchase. >> No, >> you did not try to purchase it and you did never hand it. So the cameras the cameras there and the transaction was not. Is that not true? >> Cuz I want you to please be completely honest with me cuz it's not a big deal. >> No, I tried to use my card, but I did not. >> She gradually admitted that she had actually been inside the store earlier to look at handbags. Then just a few minutes later, her story changed yet again. The problem was with every passing minute, her story was becoming even less believable than the transaction officers had already verified. >> Gotcha. And then you told me that you did not make a transaction. And now, hold on, hold on, let me finish. >> Then you told me that you did not make a transaction at all, but then now you just told me that you just used your card. >> All right. So, we're getting So, let's get back to the real story. Okay. >> What's going on now? >> I just told you the card that you tried to make a transaction cuz I want I'm just going to be completely honest with you. Okay. >> My card. >> No, the car that you tried to make a purchase. >> I only have my card. So, >> Okay. Do you have your ID with you? >> No, I don't. >> All right. That's So, you have nothing with your name on it inside your purse? >> I have my card. Yes. >> Okay. Can you take it out for me? >> Sure. >> Do you have any other cards inside of there? So when they look back and try to see that the purchase that you tried to make earlier, will it say this card on? >> It should. It didn't go through. So >> So will it Well, it's going to It registers, right? So everything that that you do, all the transactions are obviously kept in the computer system. >> I'm sorry if I'm boring you there. >> No, I'm just I >> Okay. So is this going to be the card? I'm going to ask you one time. >> Okay. And honestly, I'm honestly honestly will probably get you a long ways, right? because we've already got a little bit tripped up in the truth. >> I'm telling you right now, I just don't understand what is happening right now. >> So, the like I told you before. All right. I want you to be >> completely honest. So, there's about 400 cameras throughout this this mall, right? >> Okay. In Nordstrom, there's cameras. >> Mhm. >> Okay. >> Right. You know what happened in Nordstrom? >> No, I don't. >> Okay. >> So, there's cameras all throughout Louis Vuitton as well. Okay. >> Okay. >> All right. And when you present a card, >> right, >> when you try to make a transaction, it is logged. >> Is log what? >> Log O G E D, >> right? Yes. >> Okay. So, did when you tried to make that purchase for that bag, so again, so I'll explain the story. Someone's card was stolen. >> Okay. You get a uh the person who the card belongs to gets notification from Nordstrom. All right. That a purchase was made for $1,000. A little over $1,000. Okay. Nean, sorry, Louis Vuitton gets uh the person, she gets a not another notification that someone is using her card at Louis Vuitton for about $3,000 for a bag. Okay. Like I said, there's cameras all over this mall. Every inch of this mall is is is monitored by the camera surveillance system. Okay. Louis Vuitton, the person who the the card belongs to, she gets to Louis Vuitton just a little while ago, alerts them with what's going on. Okay. Obviously, they're able to backtrack and log see every transaction and purchase that is made. Okay. So, young lady here there is um who they identify. There's only one decline transaction today for that same amount and it matches the card number that it was used for that transaction matches the victim's uh stolen credit card. Okay. And unfortunately they identified you as being the person who used that card during that transaction. And during that transaction she said they they were saying that she said told them that her name was who is the card owner. You get what I'm saying? >> So >> and after she hold on one sec let me let me just finish this one second. So after she le you know makes the transaction she comes out of the store stands over here and then that's when you come and join her. >> That's not true cuz that's not what happened. >> That wasn't true either. >> So that was that was earlier and then you guys go back inside. >> That's not what happened. >> After changing her story over and over, denying everything and insisting that the card belonged to her, it looked like she was finally being forced to face the truth. If she hadn't been caught, she probably would have been posting pictures of that stolen bag on Instagram >> with you. >> When was she supposed to be there? >> That that the exact time. I don't know the exact >> But again, that that kind of kind of Well, that kind Well, how do they know that she >> don't know whether or not there's a conflict? >> Well, there is no conflict because it kind of it matches exactly what what they were saying. She was in there by hold on. She was in there by herself looking at a bag, which is exactly what she says, right? She says and then she kind of changes the story. She didn't she first she says she didn't make a transaction. Then she says she did make a try to make a transaction but it was decline. All right. Then she leaves out and you guys come back again with you which is exactly what they said. >> Okay. So you just said you guys come back. You want to correct that? >> Well you I should say she comes back with you. So you weren't you weren't a part of the the original thing at all whatsoever. So you you weren't a part of it whatsoever. But it gets too much, you know, and the stories match up. She was in there by herself, tried to make a transaction using the victim's stolen car and then you come with her when she lose out. She whatever happens, you guys meet up, whatever, y'all go back inside or you go inside with her at that time. So, you had no involvement in it whatsoever. >> All right. So, yeah, we'll get that very patient to speak and I'm afraid because you accuse me of interrupting you. So, let me know when you're ready. >> Go ahead. whenever you're ready to talk. >> Okay. So, I met her someplace else and it took us about 20 minutes to get in there. >> Right. >> Right. You keep saying that I was either we or us. And so, that's not really what Down what you're saying is she went in there as Laura and she used somebody else's card and she used it downstairs at Nordstrom's. >> Downstairs or upstairs? Where's the other one? >> Okay. She used this that card also as Laura over at Nordstrom's. that I that I'm not too worried. Um, right now we're worried about the Louis Vuitton. So, there's two different incidents here. Two different incidents. >> Okay. So, then I go in there and she's been kind of hitting on me to get a bag for a little while. So, then she's giving me this [ __ ] that I've been going to give her a bag. And the reason why I said [ __ ] is because I'm totally against spending this much money on a bag. So, she talks me into it and I do it. So, now that's just because of my own principles. The nurse spent this much money on a bag or whatever. So I go and I buy the bag. It has nothing to do with the previous stuff and I can't really tell. Are you saying that she was alone and she was popping in and doing all these things? >> Yeah. Yeah. So once again, yes. So earlier today she was by herself again. She was by herself. >> Earlier today in here like 10 minutes. >> Wait. I wanted to do that. >> So earlier earlier today, what time? Don't know. Not of an issue, right? She was in >> to me because I know what her time is. >> Well, she just by her What is the big issue? Like what are you trying to diffuse? Because by her by her own Hold on. By her own by her own admission. She said she was in there by her Okay. Actually, you don't even need to be here. Actually, so you can go ahead and leave. >> You don't I mean there's no point in me even talking to you cuz you were not a part of this whatsoever. >> Just like you you wanted me to clarify with the week. So you are you are not involved in this whatsoever. My issue is with her. >> All right. >> So right now you're being detained. All right. for an investigation. Okay, that's what's happening right now. So, right now, you're not free to leave at whatsoever. Okay. >> All right. >> Why? >> Cuz I, like I said, I'm conducting an investigation >> into the theft. So, that's what's going to happen right now. Okay. So, what I just need you to do, just stay right there. Don't move. If you want to, you can you can move against the wall there or whatever to get out of the way, though. Okay. Hey, is uh are they able to have the cash here? Cuz I I don't want to leave her by it. So, just the the person who was did the transaction and just the transaction just come out right quick and talk to me. >> All righty, ma'am. We're going to go out to my police car. Okay. >> Just a few minutes ago, she was denying everything. But now, the question was no longer whether she was going to jail. It was who was willing to put up the money to bail her out. Based on surveillance footage and electronic transaction records, she was officially charged with grand theft and fraudulent use of a credit card. >> She's going to go to jail. Yeah, especially if that's >> Is that a bad crime? >> It's a felony crime. So, yes, it is uh >> is it does it go by the amount that they try to >> Yeah. So, well, there's a couple things. So, one is a felony theft, right? cuz $1,000 of theft that she was actually able to deprive you with that is a you know a felony crime. Um so over $720 or whatever it is now that is a felony and obviously the thousand is over to that. So that and then there's another charge with unlawful use of a stolen credit card. Right. But yeah she is you know the felony crime bill she is uh you know going through on that. So >> all right. >> Yeah. All right. Thank you guys. >> No problem. >> All right. You have a good day. So yeah, she she admitted uh all of it. So you want to call you got to >> Is there any way you could take this off or loosen them a little bit maybe? >> Nope. Nope. Nope. Nope. >> Okay. How do I do this? >> You're going to kind of swing your arms out or whatever. >> I'm going to call him and my mom after. Okay. >> Say it again. >> Can I call him and my mom after? >> Yeah. Go ahead. >> Babe, I'm sorry you're on speaker right now. I'm really sorry for all of this. I I know this is going to happen or else I would have never did this. >> I'm not your call. >> What? >> I'm not your one phone call. >> What do you mean? >> I said it clear. >> What do you mean, babe? You can't call me? >> Nope. >> Are you serious? >> Yeah, I'm going home. >> What about everything? >> Tell you, man. up. I mean, you're you're running around stealing [ __ ] with credit cards. >> I didn't mean to. I just found it and I it was decision. >> Yep, it was. >> They're taking from jail. >> I don't know how I can help you. >> They can't help me bail me out tomorrow. >> No. >> Seriously? >> Yeah. Call your dad. >> They can't help me, babe. >> You have to. It's a family issue, >> but they don't have it to help me. >> You got to deal with it. >> Based on surveillance footage and electronic transaction records, she was officially charged with grand theft and fraudulent use of a credit card.
