Is that what you said? >> Yeah. He will talk to you when I say he can. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Okay. That's that's what I'm going to do because I dealt with this all night long for being on something. >> Okay. >> My son came to me and asked me that that something was wrong with her. Okay. She's tweaking. She's like, "You want something with her tongue?" She could just learn her words. All right. Kept us up to 5:00 this morning. Okay. I try to brought my son up here because she just wouldn't let him say he was he was asleep and she woke him up because she was twisted. She woke the whole house up going in the rooms doing all kinds of crazy last night. And then finally she went to sleep. I brought my son up here since she had nobody to really go back and everybody else already shut their doors and locked it because she kept coming out with the babies and waking everybody up. >> Okay. >> You know, what's the >> So, her own family confirmed that she was the aggressor. Yet, the police were still trying to treat her as a possible domestic violence victim. That's ridiculous. She's going to have one hell of a headache after this. >> Hey, ma'am, real quick. Okay, hold on. We're just trying to She's not saying anything happened. Okay, >> I'm saying it happened because I'm tired of it. >> Okay. Did you call the police? >> No, I didn't. Because I don't ever want to call the police on him because I don't feel like he should go to jail. >> Why? For hurting you. Because I love him. I get it. But >> I mean, so when's he going to stop? >> When is when is he going to stop? When he gets >> when he gets arrested. >> When when when somebody beats his >> or his mama died. The one the one that's eating his ass. >> Just in jail. >> He was just in jail. Me, too. And he put me in jail while ago, right? >> He put me in jail cuz I was in the car with him. I am not a bad girl. They said, "Oh, no. You was in the middle seat. I was behind your back." Okay. Damn. >> What did he get out like a month ago? >> Yeah. I'm going to kill myself. >> Okay. Well, guess what? Now you're >> She started struggling, kicking at the officers and resisting as they tried to restrain her. Then China made a threat that left the police with no choice but to take the situation much more seriously. >> And I will take her straight to jail. >> I want to say but she starting Leo. Just have him come out and look at my face. >> Can you just have him come out and look at my >> You're not going to do what you want to do. Especially when you're acting like a child. >> Okay. Can someone tight it around her legs, please? Down below. >> All I had to lose was you and now I lost him. I got a dead [ __ ] in your hand. >> I'm about to take your gun myself. >> Get the >> I hope you stop. >> Don't touch. >> This what y like doing. >> Oh, this what y'all like doing. >> This what y like doing? Yes, Lord. Me. Yes, Lord. That's what white folks do. Yes, Lord. Yes, Lord. >> It's here. >> Yes, Lord. >> Yes, Lord. >> That's what white people like doing. Kill my black ass. >> Hold your head down. >> Nobody's on your neck. Shut up. >> Stop. >> I'm scraping your head on the ground. Stop. >> I'm trying to have y'all. >> Stop. >> Oh, yeah. THAT'S [screaming] THE POINT. >> STOP. >> Be careful. Just be careful with the end here. >> All right, let's see if we can stay like that cuz she's going to keep slamming her head into >> I know. So, we got to get her transporting her. >> Oh, N's going to transport her straight to jail. >> Thanks. >> Stop trying. I'm too strong, dude. Like, actually, >> stop. >> And I like BDSM. So, I'm about to get out. >> I don't. You're freaking me out. >> I'm freaking you out cuz I don't want to live here. You got to try to put her in the car and then you're going to legit just have to >> This is what flexible interacts with people who do. >> Let me show you. >> She's flexible. >> No. >> Oh, no. You want to make it tighter, huh? Cuz you saw me slipping up. >> How about I don't have to look for I don't care. Stop. >> Just get her in. >> Stand up. >> Yep. >> At this point, we should just lay her on the side of the road and wait for transport. >> Transport's not going to take her. That's the problem. >> That's a big >> She's going to keep herself out, I guess. Police eventually had to call for a separate transport vehicle for the aggressive and uncooperative suspect. She was formally charged with domestic battery, resisting without violence, and battery on an officer. She looked like some ridiculous human burrito, somehow pleased that other people were calling the cops when she was the one acting like a complete Karen the entire time. Being autistic doesn't mean you get to do whatever you want without facing consequences. And living next door to this next woman must have been an absolute nightmare. Mandy called the police herself about a man named Bo making some serious accusations against him. But when the officers couldn't immediately do exactly what she wanted, she completely lost it. So, I keep talking to the police. I've been talking to police. I've done talked to detectives. This is over a year worth of [ __ ] now. >> Okay. >> And the other night, this mother shot at him and his his friends cuz they don't want nothing to do with this dude. >> He's been casing my ass. >> Was it the BB gun incident? Was it a BB gun? >> No, it was a real gun. >> Okay. Yeah. >> No, I just read about something this morning about a BB gun incident. Some kids getting [music] shot at. No. Oh, I didn't know if >> No, he's been around my house shooting around here with a AR. He got his 10 little 10-year-old little brother out here to a gun, shooting at people, jumping, throwing people. He has a 16-year-old girl pregnant, locked up in his house. He's threatening people. >> Who is this? >> This dude's name is Bo. I done gave police the police pictures of this dude a year when he was actually involved with him. [music] He's buying young kids. >> You know his last I mean >> I No. Do you guys know his name? [music] I don't know his last name. I know Aubrey. Yes, I don't know his name. >> Aubrey is his first name. >> And cuz until we have someone I like an [music] actual I >> I done told I done gave him pictures and told him I know exactly where he lives. >> We don't just have but we don't have facial recognition is what I'm saying. So we >> if you know where he lives. >> Why? >> We can't just boot a door. We still have to have probable cause to do that. >> You do? What do you mean? >> I we don't >> like and I told them a year ago he's buying underage his guns. All this is okay. I'm sorry. I'm upset because nothing's being done. >> You You just left a voicemail with the gang unit 2 days ago, correct? >> Yeah. No, but I talked to detectives over a year ago. >> So things like things like this do take [music] time. >> Yeah, I understand that. But we literally just got shot at [singing] with the morning. >> When did this when did this happen? [music] >> Okay. >> And he shoot the house over there. It has babies in it. Has >> I'm not saying that none of this is true. No, I >> But investigations do take time. >> So there's nothing that I'm going to be able to do right at this moment other than talk passing more information along with the detectives. >> But the so so if kills my son and I have to bury my son after I've been telling tell ARA police about this for years. Nobody's been contacting >> no one's been able to give us a name. >> Do you need like evidence like footage of a shooting? >> So what what hang on? >> He wants a name. They want a name. >> What What is it that you want to see happen right this minute? No. Charges need to be pressed against him. >> I don't have a name. It's right there. I can't sign a warrant. I can't just sign a warrant on Bo. >> So, it's okay. I'm not saying that. But if you guys would not see a picture of him, you know what he looks like. You know, he's been involved in all this stuff. >> There still has to be probable cause. >> Buying an underage person a gun is not probable cause. Shooting at people. >> What What evidence do I have of that? >> He just said he has a video of this dude shooting at them. Okay. But I still have to have probable cause. >> Somebody trying to take your life. >> You're not wanting to hear what I'm going to have to say. So, I am going to leave. >> No, I'm asking. That's what I'm saying. Like, how is that not probable cause? If somebody tries to me, that's >> You've already passed the information along with to the detectives. >> I'm not understanding. That's why I'm asking cuz I'm not understanding us. If somebody tries to kill me, that's not a good enough reason. >> There still has to be articulable or some sort of video evidence video. >> Okay. Did you pass that along to the detectives? >> Yes, we did. >> Okay. So, the detectives, I imagine, have an investigation going on. Just because you haven't heard back from it doesn't mean that they just put it to the side and are not doing anything about keep terrorizing terrorizing me. >> Are you calling when things are happening? >> Yes, I told them. I'm supposed to keep calling. Look. Okay. So, obvious right now, right? >> If he is out front of your home or doing something, are you calling? >> How long it takes you guys to get out here? >> I I understand because I'm the one responding to these calls. Do you know how many calls I go to personally just a day? >> I get that. I get totally get that. Totally get that. But when I'm calling and it takes an hour, he's he's gone. >> I understand. But when we're going to shootings and stabbings and domestics where the people are actively getting their asses kicked and beat when it comes in as a suspicious person. Okay. Because how >> you have a good day, dear. >> You're being rude to me. And >> I tried to understand. I tried to I tried to explain it to you and you did not want to listen to what I >> Within seconds the argument turned into a physical struggle and the officer took Jonah to the ground to restrain him. That was when Mandy immediately jumped in. Honestly, this looked like the smartest animal in the house barking because it wanted to be let outside. Get on the >> GET ON THE >> GET OFF OF ME. >> I KNOW YOU AIN'T ON ME. >> Because he want >> Get THE OFF. GET OFF OF HIM. >> You put his hands on your hands on him first. >> Because he put his HANDS ON MY CHEST. >> HAVE THE UNIT STEP IT UP. >> GET UP OFF OF HIM. >> GET OFF OF ME. >> NO, you get OFF OF HIM. >> YOU TOUCHED HIM FIRST. >> PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> You didn't even touch him. Put your hands behind your Get off of him. >> Get off of him. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Get off of my child. He should have touched him. >> Get off of MY SON. >> LET ME GO. >> YOU TOUCHED HIM FIRST. HE DIDN'T EVEN TOUCH YOU. >> Get off of me. >> You're about to get charged with assault. >> I'm about TO GET BECAUSE I YOU [screaming] FOR HELPING YOU OUT. >> GET HER BACK. >> THIS IS [ __ ] I GOT PEOPLE SHOOTING AT MY KIDS AND THESE [ __ ] IN A DON'T WANT TO DO [ __ ] >> I UNDERSTAND. Go up on the porch. >> I got to do [ __ ] >> You're going to get charged, too. >> Up on the porch. Get her up on the property. This is my property. Get her up on the porch. >> THIS IS MY PROPERTY. >> Step back. You're getting charged, too. >> My property, mom. I want >> This is my property. >> You should have never touched them. >> Chill. Chill. >> That's why you came out here WITH AN ATTITUDE. IT DIDN'T EVEN HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH HIM. >> CHILL. >> You're going to when they get here, you're going to put your hands behind your back. >> You ass your face right now. No, that's another charge. >> You can't shut the up. [laughter] >> You put your hands on him. >> You put your hands on him FIRST. YOU SHOULD HAVE TOUCHED HIM. YOU GUYS KNOW HE'S AUTISTIC. YOUR OFFICER TOUCHED MY CHILD FIRST. >> GET THEM BACK. >> And he already knows. >> Get She's the issue. Get her back. >> I'M NOT THE ISSUE. I'M NOT EVEN DOING NOTHING. LOOK, I CALL HOLD ON. HEY, you talking my mother? You touch my mom. You talking my mom. You talking my mom. You take my mom. Oh yeah. Oh yeah. It's up now. It's up. It's up. It's >> your big ass over me. >> Get your ass over me. >> Stop. Get back. >> I'm trying to talk to >> No, we got somebody at my son and this I get I get in trouble. Can I Can I talk to you? >> This is ridiculous. >> MY SON IS ON. >> YEAH, you about TO BREAK MY ARM. >> YEAH. DON'T MOVE. >> I swear to God, you heard me. I swear to God. I swear to God here in a second once I get him under control. >> Okay. But he's autistic. He's on autism spectrum. And this dude was talking. The cop was being rude to me and put his hands on him first. He came out here being a dick. I'm trying to talk to him about these people shooting at my other child. >> They didn't EVEN HAVE THAT TO DO WITH HIM. >> This is crazy as bro. Like this is what I'm saying because he >> What's your name? >> I was saying talking to him asking him questions officer. Too nice to go. Somebody >> sit to your side. >> Hey, please. >> Your officer TOUCHED MY CHILD FIRST. >> Back to the ground. >> Straight to a raft. >> He's on autism spectrum. >> He's on autism spectrum and your police officer shot my child first. >> We get out of the way here. Step up. Sit down. >> All right. All right. All right. I got you. >> I wasn't even trying to fight you and I'm just trying to explain to you because I didn't even call for him. I called because two nights ago this idiot like the police don't want to do nothing. >> He got me all these cars for me. >> I got something for y'all. [laughter] I got something for y'all [ __ ] >> The [ __ ] >> I understand cuz he was treating me like [ __ ] That dude was treating me like [ __ ] >> You good? Astra went to >> get her to a car. >> It'll help settle everything down. >> Yep. Hey, come here again because I've been trying to talk to detectives about this for days. >> HOLD ON. WHAT? >> WHY ARE YOU GRABBING ON ME? >> HOLD ON. WHAT ARE YOU DOING? >> MOM, WHERE'S YOUR KEYS? >> What the Why? Why are you talking about >> What the is going on? From Jonah's point of view, he was protecting his mother and reacting to something he believed was a provocation. But the police clearly didn't see it that way, especially when he appeared ready to take a swing at another officer. >> Get in the car. >> You're going to make me fall. >> Don't fall. Just get in the car. I I GET THAT, BUT MY ARM YOU HAVE MY ONE ARM AND I CAN'T WALK LIKE THAT. >> Put your feet in. >> I got it. >> Put your feet in. >> Put your feet in. >> I'm trying. >> You're not. Thank you. >> You got to understand I have autoimmune issues. My legs hurt really bad. >> My body is up. You have to be patient. >> I swear to God I'm going to beat your ass when I get back. I swear to God I'm beat your ass. I mean the [ __ ] out of you. >> I swear to God you better have with you. I swear to God. I swear to God you better have with you. I'm beating the [ __ ] out of you. >> My brother walked outside to get the dog. >> They got I don't know what happened. I come out with my brother and then I don't know why my mom was in cuffs cuz I tried to get my brother off the cop. >> Okay. >> So I don't know why she's in cuffs at all. Oh, being in [laughter] cuffs doesn't mean like just with everything going on, she might just be in cuffs just just to calm everything down cuz she >> confusing. It's very confusing. >> Got you. Got you. >> Very confusing. >> And when we get >> I don't I don't know about something has to be said about the first dude. Like for real. >> Don't worry. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. >> He already started threat. >> He already threatened to spit on us. >> Stop. >> Why you want me? I will. >> No. Dude, you're going to hurt yourself. >> I give a hurt, man. >> He was so he just literally said, "Okay, bye." Walked out the door the first >> for me. A little ass 15year-old. Y'all someies. Y we need to go back to the gym. Y'all some ass all these cars. >> You in this type of field, you got to be respectful. >> We're telling you we've been shot at and harassed. >> Who's What's What's the reasoning and what's going on with it? >> Because we don't because the little dude shooting or whatnot. Like what's up with this? >> He's mad because my little cousin does not want to be in the game. They don't They don't want to be in the game. Is that mad? >> Hey, my man. Hey. Hey. Hey. Hey. This is all chaotic after the fact. It happened before. >> She just watched her autistic son get basically bullied by this dude. Like for real. I don't know what his issue was. Like >> my son at the time was 17, not the one that y'all just arrested the other one that has a tattoo. >> He was involved with him at one point. >> Long story short, this dude took my son. He worked without permission. He bought this man a gun. I've been I had talked to detectives and everything. Nobody's done about nothing about it. The night before last night, this guy B after giving pictures and all types of stuff and nobody's doing anything, shot at my child. Right. >> I need to stop you for one second. One second. Hey. >> Okay. So, I I've been calling because of Dubo. He's like, he tried to my child, right? >> This is >> This is why the officers are here today. >> Yeah. Because I I called downtown to talk to somebody and she's like, "All you have used to do is call the police back out." So, I called you guys back out to talk to him. He got here and offered. He's already dealt with my 15-year-old because my 15-year-old obviously. >> He had a mental a mental breakdown not too long ago. >> This is the one that they just arrested. >> He's 15. >> Yes. >> He had a mental breakdown and was flipping out and I called for help at that time, too. Well, he already had attitude with him because of that. >> Well, dude was acting all rude and [ __ ] towards me. And I'm asking, why are you leaving? I'm trying to explain to you. He told me, >> hold on. Let me pause for a second. So the reason the police today was because >> was your son having an episode? >> Yeah, because not not right this second, but he was like, "Have you called us?" I'm like, "Every time I call y'all, it takes y'all like 30 minutes to an hour. This dude is chasing my house out. He has guns and stuff. He has a son." >> No, this dude B. >> Okay. >> And then he has a 10-year-old little brother running around here with a gun shooting at people, too. >> And he has a 16-year-old locked up in his house pregnant. Okay. So, I already had >> Where does he live? right down here on Emily. I've been telling these people about this dude forever. >> Right. So anyways, Jonas started popping off with the mouth, but you're offered to crush my son first. >> Jonas is the official. >> So she called him over. >> You said she called him over, right? Okay. And then once they got here, they got into an argument. >> All right. So, who was pulling? Who was pulling who off? >> When I got out, they were wrestling. >> The male and the female was wrestling. >> My brother and the cop was [laughter] pulled my brother. I was pulling my brother off the cop. >> Okay. >> And he he was just pulling him towards him. >> Okay. >> Me trying to stop it. I pulling him off. He's pulling like, "Why are you doing kind of the cops not helping?" >> Okay. We all come down off the car. >> Anything right now in the back of the police car. Call you later. >> Do nothing. >> Not pulling nothing. >> Now, do they know the original reason why Mandy called y'all y'all over here? >> I just told the shooting. >> The people that shot at my house the other night are watching her house, too. >> Okay. >> So, this is why the call was originally made. >> Okay. >> And like we're in fear for our lives. Like these people have already shot up my my house. I got bullet holes through my my living room. >> Okay. >> There's bullet holes in other people's houses from these people going by. >> Okay. So, originally your daughter called because somebody >> No, this is She's my friend. >> The original reason why your friend called is because somebody is following. >> Yes. They're watching my house and they're watching her house. >> Okay. >> Because all my kids, they all hang around. It's >> working. It's a roof. Yes, everybody's watching. >> So that's the original reason why she called because they're all watching waiting for slip ups. >> Okay. >> They shot at my son. My I'm keeping He's leaving for >> So this is your son this. >> No, that's Mandy's son. >> Okay. >> My my my son is leaving for Kentucky today. I'm not doing this no more. >> Okay. >> Because they're trying they tried to recruit him into this little >> You know who he is or what? Who? >> I don't know who he is. >> You know where he lives at or stays. >> Who? >> Whoever shot up the house or shot you guys the other day. >> Can you y'all look? I'm not trying to argue with nobody, BUT YOU GUYS GOT TO understand how my child is. >> He's working through stuff. My son is on the autism spectrum. He's working through a lot of stuff right now. >> Yeah. >> Like I I just need everybody to know that because he's not like this. We're >> well aware of And dude put his hands on my child first, which he >> We're well aware of it. >> I'm sorry. I just like I just want everybody to have No. Like dude came out super rude. I'm trying to say I'm trying to help in this neighborhood. People shooting at my other son and stuff like I'm worried this guy keeps harassing us, walking around my house. I'm home by my >> Even after the family explained Jonah's mental health condition, the officers still decided to arrest him on charges including assault on a police officer and resisting arrest. This isn't autism. This is a lack of discipline. If anything, this case might be a perfect example of what happens when you have a foolish mother enabling the situation. Now, watch how the next young woman completely loses her mind. I reckon she could use 3 years in a highintensity correctional boot camp. On November 3rd, officers arrived in response to a call. And what immediately caught their attention wasn't some ordinary argument. It was Amy Chance standing there with a shovel and acting aggressively. >> Hey Amy, knock it off. >> You want to get no more charges? Stop. >> I never wanted to kill myself. >> Okay. >> If I really wanted to kill myself, I would have done it. >> Okay. >> I would I didn't say I was going to kill myself. I'm not like that. Get on the ground. >> You heard of me. purple here. And that was when the officer started to realize just how serious this lunatic was. Amy was throwing things all over the place. A lollipop went flying towards her mother and even a hula hoop somehow became the next prop in her little meltdown. You She just took a shovel and destroyed my car. >> You want me to use that? >> Yeah. >> 1407451. >> 451. If you can be 51. Uh, she hit my car with a shovel several times. >> Hard way. >> Just stop. wallpaper. >> Somebody just put a glove on. Get that stick out of her mouth. I didn't even realize she had something in her mouth. >> That's what she hit it. >> Yeah, she hit it a couple times. >> Oh my god. >> Yeah. Is it your daughter? >> My sister adopted daughter. >> Oh, okay. >> Yeah. >> What's she diagnosed with? >> Huh? >> What's she diagnosed with? >> A whole lot of different things. autism, a whole lot of things. >> She the mother is in the garage waiting for somebody to come and take the um >> No. And my sister adopted daughter. >> She's living next door me. >> Okay. Okay. Do you have a license on you? >> No, I don't have nothing. I'm next door with you. We need the mother over there. >> Yes, we need the mother. She's >> They're down at 650, right? >> Yes. >> Okay. I I came up to see what's GOING ON BECAUSE RIGHT NOW my mom's not okay. Yo, like this is really damn girl to actual prison. She needs to go to actual prison for one. Yo, >> mom. >> Yes, sir. How you doing? Can I come? Can you come outside and talk to me for a second? >> Are do you have trouble walking? You want to come inside? >> I just as I am. >> I got you. You stay right here. I'll come in and TALK TO YOU. OKAY. >> OKAY. I got you. I'm right here. So, just so you know, we have her in custody right now. She did run up and hit one of our vehicles with the shovel. >> She took it up to hit me and the people on the line SAID, "I MUST GO INSIDE. I lock myself." So, I went inside. I locked myself inside and she take something. I was banging on the door. I don't know what it was. >> It was an iron that she started trying to bang into the door to get into. >> Was it that shovel that she had in her hand? The big >> No, it was she tried to hit with and then she ran outside, tried to hit my car with the with the shovel cuz she didn't get me. And then she ran away. I don't know where she went cuz I was locked inside for J and J. Iris. >> Do you want you want to show me real quick where the she had the shovel on this car? >> Um, she never used the shovel to hit the car. She was about to before she first kicked the car. If you >> if you can kind of see here her shoe print. >> Okay. >> The shoe print. She first kicked the car. Then she was coming out here to go hit the car with a shovel. I told her don't she doesn't don't she dare hit the car. >> That is that when we rolled up and she went down the road. >> Yes. >> And then she saw the kid a kid coming up here and she was about to go to them. I told her I told my cousin to run into my garage and I told the kids to run home and then she started trying to she started throwing crap all over around the floor. As you can clearly see, this is not my doing. That's my sister's doing. She took that wooden thing about she tried to throw it at my mom when my mom was still sitting here, but my mom never got hit by it. And then when my mom was trying to go inside, she took up a lollipop stick that's in her mouth and she threw it at my mom right here. She started using hula hoops to hit the scooter hit all things. She tried to throw the blower and she was using this saying it was her weapon. >> Got it. So she she kind of went all over the place. So real quick, mom, do you have your driver's license on you or an ID? >> And honestly, a teenager threatening her own family like she runs the entire house is just insane. It's like basic manners, self-control, and common sense have already left the chat. >> Okay, so I'm going to [snorts] give you this. This is a witness statement. What I need you to do is fill out the information you do know up top, your your personal identifying information and in right here and on the back as well. If you need more info, just detail what you're telling. Detail with the whole incident from start to finish. All right. >> She's going to need just to write that out. Okay. >> the the problem with what the trouble and and my mom cannot pay for anything. I will take her college her college fund and she is child. >> We'll take care of it. We'll get we'll get there when we need to. All right. >> What do I >> So, you're just going to put the information, you know, just your information on the top >> and then where it says narrative, you're just going to tell the story. Tell us what happened, how this started, and how we got here. Okay. Amy immediately reacted as though the police were the ones treating her unfairly. Whatever was behind Amy's behavior would need to be assessed separately, but the immediate consequences of what she'd done were already very real. >> Can you order on her, please? All right. All right. >> 1407 1042. >> This is the last time I'm going to open this door. Do not. >> You understand that we have leg shackles. Okay. You're asking to go into leg shackles. I know you're not happy. Okay. You're not going to go back home. Okay. You don't want to go back home, right? Okay. So, you're going to go. >> No, I'm not. >> Yeah, you are. Cuz you you made a point to say that you wanted to hurt yourself. No, I didn't. I never wanted to kill myself. >> Okay. >> If I really wanted to kill myself, I would have done it. >> Okay. >> I would I didn't say I was going to kill myself. I'm not like that. >> Okay. All right. Well, you're not going home. So, you're either going to go >> I'm not going in neither. >> Well, you don't have a choice, young lady. >> Yes, I do. >> Okay. Your behavior dictates. >> No, it doesn't. >> Then sit still. >> [ __ ] >> Sit still. >> And I'm not going. >> Okay. then sit still and quit behaving like this. Do you understand me? Quit behaving like this cuz you're asking for a keep doing this crap. That's where you're going to end up. Look at me. >> Look at me. >> I'm not disrespecting you. Don't disrespect me. >> Yes, you are. >> How am I disrespecting you? >> You're sending me somewhere I didn't ask to be. >> Okay. And I'm telling you to change your behavior. >> I am. >> Okay. Then change your behavior and we'll talk. Amy. Hey. Listen to me. Listen to me. >> Amy Chance was formally arrested and charged with criminal mischief in the third degree. I don't think I've ever wanted to slap someone straight across the mouth this badly, and she would definitely be the one. On January 29th, Officer Thompson pulled Miranda over after believing she had failed to obey a traffic signal. Unfortunately, she only makes things worse for herself. >> She insisted she had barely had anything to drink, kept trying to set conditions, called the entire situation crazy, and continued protesting as the officers tried to take her away. meaning that but I know you you've done that before and I've been in the jail because of the hurricane and I can't go to jail because of bond. So I was very compliant because of that. So there was no reason for me not to be compliant without being with that being said. Why would I go back to jail knowing that my bond can be revoked and I could go to jail for that? >> What we're asking you to do is field sobriety exercises. >> My thing is is if I will be able to pass that, what will go after that? Try me make me feel like I'm not a male or female. >> It's trying to be respectful. No, it's not respectful because the way he said it. >> That that's how you perceived it. Okay. >> But exactly. And that I'm only being compliant because of that. But I'm not being in compliant because of his actions. I'm being compliant because of what he said. >> So at this point, are you going to submit to field sobriety exercises >> even if I submit or not submit? If I'm going to be able to >> Are you going to submit >> or not submit? Okay, >> perfect. >> I want to submit, but I need to know the answer to that. >> You're under arrest for DUI. Thank you.
