From insisting "I didn't do anything" to the dramatic intervention by police, this is definitely a flight you'd never want to be sitting next to her on. On June 30th, airport staff spotted a female passenger stumbling through the jet bridge, slurring her words, and struggling so badly that she could barely walk a few steps in a straight line. >> Okay. Are you able to go down there and tell her >> for has been put >> We'll be right with you. When I asked her if she was okay, she gave me an attitude about it and when I asked her why she was here and she was heated she did not >> want to answer the truth. >> So, was that alcohol or is it a medical condition? Do we know? >> I don't know specifically. >> Maybe if the officer could go on and ask her to come quietly. If not, then we're going to have to >> And then we're going to have to it's either or. >> Yes, if you want to call 24 >> But you guys don't want her >> No. >> The captain has refused her travel. >> All right. Captain, let's head down there. >> Yeah. >> Arguing with her at this point was like trying to reason with a squirrel that had just downed way too much caffeine. But, according to her logic, the problem wasn't the few drinks she'd had, apparently. The entire world had teamed up to harass her. >> In my life have I gone through something like this? >> How you doing, ma'am? >> Hello. >> So, this is the captain of the aircraft. He's requesting you off the >> Babe, did I do something? Like, what is going on? I have never in my life experienced something like this. And as soon as I came on this plane people were telling me to get off it. I'm not drunk. I'm not belligerent. I'm not nothing. And people are telling me to get off this plane and then you have the whole audience >> Right. That's not the perception that everyone else has. >> Right. But, what did I do? No. There was one flight attendant that said something to me, but what personally did I do? I've never been attacked to this magnitude. >> She feels that you're under some kind of influence. >> Do you feel like I'm >> with you riding on the aircraft. So, >> Babe, am I making you uncomfortable when I'm talking >> I can only go by what the flight attendants >> But I'm really being harassed and nobody's standing up for me and that's so sad. >> Ma'am, no one's harassing you. >> No, I'm I am being harassed because never in my life have I boarded a [ __ ] flight and people are TELLING ME LIKE, OH, you can't do this like this. What am I doing? I'm I'm literally >> Okay, >> Raise your hand if I did something to offend you. >> Ma'am, at this point you have to come off the aircraft. >> Like I literally did nothing to offend you. >> for Ma'am, this isn't up for discussion. This isn't up for discussion. You have to get off the plane. It's either you get off or we're going to deboard the whole aircraft. >> Miss, miss, miss, miss, I I don't want to cause any more >> What did I do? >> I I just need you to come with me. >> You don't understand what that says about a woman >> No, just come with me and we'll discuss it off the plane. So, do you have a carry-on bag? >> You don't understand what that says about a woman of color. >> I'm trying though. >> You're making me get off a flight because I said nothing. I I walked this line >> Ma'am, if if I could I could show you on the ground. They cannot control you in the air. >> What's happening? >> Okay, I need your bag. >> You have to come off the aircraft. We're we're both off. >> I If you don't come off everybody's coming off. It's not fair to the rest of the customers. Everybody wants to go. Just come with me and we'll fix everything off there. >> mad and they don't want to mess with a half of color. >> I'll carry your [ __ ] for you. Let me take your bag from you and I'll carry it. >> I just so [ __ ] up that you guys do this to a woman of color. >> It's not anything to do with anything like that. >> So, why am I here? >> Because you're out of control at this moment and we need to go. >> I do that was out of control? >> Uh, we're going to go now. >> Can anyone tell me what I did? >> what? You're inciting the other customers. Okay, this is it. I'm not done I'm done with this. Let's go. >> I haven't done anything to a woman of color like this in my life. >> You are triggering the other customers. Let me get you off the plane. We're going to deplane. All right, that's it. We're going to deplane the whole plane. So, that's your call. >> I don't understand. >> All right. Let's go. Let's go. >> Ma'am, let's go. >> Okay, that's fine. >> All right, let's go. Go ahead take that up there. Just go take that up there where you're going to be be playing direct. So, ma'am So, ma'am, at this point in time they're Listen, are you going to listen to me? All right, so they're private business. They could deny you boarding. They're going to Listen. They're going to rebook you. Okay. So Go. Go. Come on, this way. Go, that way. Let's go. No, you go. Let's go. Ma'am, come on. Let's go. Let's go. You're going to be arrested for trespassing after. Come on. Go, that way. Turn around, let's go. Go. All right. Go. Come on. >> But even after she was finally removed from the plane, the chaos wasn't over. One drunk passenger, losing control, ended up throwing the entire trip into chaos for hundreds of other people. >> Let's not. Please. Okay. She's going to go out this way. >> You guys can take her out there. >> All right. >> We're good. >> But you guys just grabbed the [ __ ] out of me because what? >> officer. >> I never hit an officer. >> you hit THE OFFICER. >> I SWEAR ON ON my life I never hit an officer. I never in my Are you serious? >> Real serious. We're going to go this way. >> And then what? >> We're going to bring you to the station. >> No. So, I'm going to a police station? >> Yeah. Yes. >> For what? >> Come on. Let's go. You got to watch yourself. Let's go. Come on. >> Never in my life have I experienced something like >> Watch your step on the stairs. >> the airport and I'm going to a police station, sir? >> Yeah, the station is here at the airport. Come on down the stairs. Go. >> Where is your ID? My ID's in my bag. WHY AM I being treated like >> Where in your bag is it? >> I wouldn't know cuz my hands are behind my back. >> Well, you don't need your hands to see. Where is your ID? >> I don't know. My hands are >> In here or there? >> My passport is in here. What's happening? Like >> You want to clip it? >> You want to read her her rights? So, you guys are bringing me back to the police station because >> Cuz you've been arrested. >> Why have I been arrested? >> Because of what you did on the plane. Who's taking her? Come in. Hold on. In the car. >> And I'm supposed to go in this car with who? >> With one of the officers. >> And I'm supposed to trust a officer and it's taking me somewhere. >> There's cameras everywhere, so it'd be really stupid for them to do something they're not supposed to. We're all wearing it and it's inside the car. >> point, everybody has doing things they're not supposed to do. >> Okay. >> So I'm very scared for my life. >> All right. Well, you'll be okay. There's cameras. There's cameras everywhere. >> I've literally never in my life done anything like this. >> All right, just have a seat for me. >> This is insane. >> I know. >> I don't want to be cuz I have to when I have no choice. You want to sit in just a little bit? Like what the [ __ ] is going on? What the [ __ ] did I do? Like >> Thanks. >> Thank you. Is that covered in her pee? >> Maybe a little bit. I mean, it might be dry by now. Another one coming. >> you were, but >> I got another one. I told him already. >> So let them do whatever it is, man. >> Yes, ma'am. >> And I'm a woman of not criminal whatever. Cuz she didn't supervise anything and this is still happening to me and I'm very confused on why. So I request your real supervisor, please. >> That's my supervisor. >> This This is the supervisor that was just here that walked you in. >> She said that there was someone above her when I was in the car here. >> Okay. Well, I'll see if she is I will see if she's called them, okay? >> So, you guys are refusing to request a supervisor to protect me. >> We have not refused to request a supervisor. >> literally don't even know what's happening. >> You're under arrest. Instead of relaxing in a first-class seat, the next passenger ended up having a rather unpleasant conversation with police right there on the plane. It all started when the crew noticed a passenger who seemed to have started his holiday a little too early.
