over to jail staff and was eventually
released on a two thousand dollar

two days later The Dispatch Center
advised that Deputy tolikson was found
unresponsive on the floor of his
residence it was discovered he received
blunt force trauma to his head caused by
the impact from Steve handles it now
the injury then caused a tear in the
deputy's Carotid artery which developed
a blood clot that broke loose and caused
a catastrophic stroke
due to the medical event the Sheriff's
Office began to investigate the incident
further
they wanted to interview Steve about
what occurred and arrest him on a new
substantial battery charge
later in the day the Sheriff's Office
received several calls reporting a male
acting very odd running in front of cars

the bed of his truck when stopped after
telling him to get out Steve fled into a
