Um, very rarely do they do that. >> Um, I can't guarantee that cuz it's completely up to them and and what they do with that. Um, >> but I believe the statute says like a fine up to $1,000 or like a year in jail. >> Doesn't mean that's what's going to happen. Um, they're willing to work with you. M um so they'll figure all that out for you and and what has to happen there. Um now say you are found guilty of even just that ticket for the THC. >> Um anything else um further than that is a felony. >> Um so if you're found guilty for the the THC or the psilocybin, which is the mushrooms, anything else, say you get caught with weed again, um it's no longer a ticket as a felony charge. So keep that in mind. be be careful about that. Be mindful. Um especially in the dorms, any odor, like they will call us. >> Um I don't know what housing will do on their side of things. Um this is just what I'm doing on my side. Um they're probably going to follow up with you in the next couple of days. I know the semester is almost over.
