I'm getting arrested for what why am I getting arrested why you getting arrested I did not you you did no I didn't he was on top of my car he was hitting our car with are you kidding me a couple becomes involved in a road rage incident where the woman allegedly hits a pedestrian but denies it as the situation escalates they become frustrated with a group of people blocking the road and cursing at them one of one of the one of the ladies told had jumped out of a car told us to block the roads that slow down 15 17 M hour is not fast I mean I can see how that's a little faster than what's supposed to be on this road the group follows the couple to a friend's house where they wait for 30 to 40 minutes and the tension increases when a man with a tomahawk begins attacking their car this 4x4 had followed us all the way down to her friend's house all the way down to her friend's house we're at we we are at her friend's house for maybe 30 for 30 to 40 for 30 to 40 minutes that's a long time to sit out somebody's house waiting for them to come out here I don't know you might have witnesses all over the place and when I run around there they come away in my car STP the gas and me over the I mean cuz if if she' have kept going he yeah that's run up cuz I'd have folded up on car the couple attempts to avoid further confrontation by driving off but the group continues to Chase and block their car so we finally leave we come out and so and so the and so and so it followed us all to about right here right here so we didn't speed off on him but he is in front of our car and we pressed the gas a little bit we didn't know take off and know but then he came up he literally jumped up and slammed into our car with the tomahawk that's what that is right there me her and my son's life is in danger I don't like that so now feeling threatened the woman calls 911 but the situation worsens with threats including racial slurs and references to guns camo shirt right here took a third off thr this on the ground fight me fight me fight me throwing racial slurs and like no I'm not fighting you there is seven people right here and one of me so we we ran back that way I called the I um I called the dispatcher and they said go back to the scene because deputies are there so I said okay deputies are there we're going back you did y he did cuz I mean she intentionally tried to run me over I mean cuz if if she' have kept going he yeah that's run up cuz I have folded up under car as she going so he run up to stop cuz she kep yeah I had to kind of hop up on the car I wouldn't get sucked up underneath try to just say hey slow down and be nice it was you and then turn it into a hate crime W power you know and say you going to go get a gun and come back and shoot everybody after you done hit me with a car yeah of course this man's going to try to fight somebody he just threaten us with a gun talking about and called us all crackers brought up white privilege and this and that like so he's he threatened y'all with a gun yeah he said I'm going to get a gun and I'll come back and kill all you crackers I put gun that's why they went back in there I'm not fighting these people they got guns they got axes I'm clearly see this dude has guns don't even bring that kind of crap up there's one person man we don't need I I did not know that I'm in I'm not familiar with I'm from New York so I see the road after after she went to the neighbor yard and the guy made contact front the d d dud comes up with an axe and hits our car did y'all have like trucks or anything no sir she could have got out on this side um uh Kyle in the wide F250 cuz I just pulled down here to turn around and and uh he pulled up and was just just talking to me and didn't know anything about it I didn't try to block the road I didn't even I just pulled in I didn't even know what happened in the beginning of this that you know that they got an argument blah blah blah I didn't even know about it the woman fearing for her life tries to deescalate but is arrested for allegedly intentionally hitting someone with her car all right so you put your hands behind your back I'm getting arrested for what why am I getting arrested you getting arrested for turn around what am I getting arrested before for what she argues her innocence claiming she did not try to run anyone over and expressing frustration over what she perceives as a wrongful arrest hit him with a vehicle I did not hit him with a vehicle what basically what's going to happen is you're being charged with don't mean being convicted of it okay I did not you you did no I didn't he was on top of my car he was hitting our car with are you kidding me just like I said there's multiple Witnesses saying no ow this hurts y y'all are really going to arrest me because they blocked off the road and attacked my car with my baby in it help your face that is crazy bro and I want everybody's name and y'all are getting fing sued bro let me tell you something let me tell you something you pull away from me again I'm going car and put bring me to Mother jail cuz I promise once I get out this mother you trying to slam me hey go hey go and charge us some more charges let's just r come up slam I said take me to the godam get another charge keep on running your mouth ooh keep on running your mouth dude that is so up it's really hot in here I don't want to go to jail I didn't do anything incredible sir I wasn't trying to resist I didn't want to be slammed it's the only thing I was resisting I told him take me to the cop car I wasn't trying to resist arrest no I CU he was trying to slam me I was pulling trying to slam dude I was not trying to resist arrest working these guys for long they're all my guys we don't do that he kept saying I'm going to slam if you keep on just snacking or snapping around dude I told him take me to the cop car I was not resisting I wasn't resisting like I was not trying to not go to jail and fight him he just kept saying he was going to slam me I was trying not to get slam I was pulling up like that I'm sorry any kind of stiffening I can't believe I'm going to jail dude don't mean you won't be Char you're going to be charged don't mean you going to be adicted of it this ruining my whole day like I'm going to miss work and [ __ ] cuz of this like because they attacked my car and I didn't even do anything you you called like after they start jumping on my no no I'm talking about when they had the road block I don't know I wasn't thinking of it but I didn't even get out of the car I wasn't even trying to fight them or nothing but that's what I'm saying if you've seen a road block and you're in fear why didn't you come 911 I don't know wait wait I have a question for real girl like I'm freaking out right now like that guy in my car with I is not going to jail he's over there smiling and I'm going to jail it's so dude I can't get over it I'm sorry I can't get over it I don't deserve to go to jail I did not want to run anybody over I wasn't trying to hit anybody I wasn't aggressive I didn't do anything that may drop all the charges oh my God may I didn't hit that guy you ever been arrested before yes for what for stealing for drugs one time what kind of drugs don't I have to tell you cuz I really don't want to tell you I'm trying to see if theud I'm trying to tell you see if the judge will cut you a break is it like bad dope yeah buy drugs Witnesses support the claim that she hit the pedestrian leading to charges of aggravated battery and resisting arrest
