You're right. >> Fire rescue checks him over at the scene. While that is happening, on the other side of the parking lot, officers are still emptying the Rolls-Royce and they have started laying what they find on the hood. >> Yes. Yes. Get to 12 and I'm going to go over there and finish this door. Thank you. >> Let's go. >> Hey, Larson. Come on, Lucky. Get him. >> Hey, Larson. Uh, Robbie, he got a like a Draco gun. >> I'm trying. The cocaine was in plain view in the back. Lucky you saw it. So, we get there and it's running still. So, I'm just trying to find cocaine, we find guns, right? So, >> I'm like, "Okay, just give us a second. Let's make this seem safe for everybody." Right? You could be a dealer. You could be a a marijuana dispensary, whoever, right? Owner. But we we don't know that. But we trying to make the scene safe. And that's what I'm telling you. Just give us a second. I keep telling you, give us a second. >> So, what's up with the rifles? The rifles legally yours, too? >> 54. Everything they got everything's in you. Okay, cool. But right now, guns, cocaine, and guns don't go together. >> Right. >> So, you going to be arrested for that? Cocaine, >> right? >> It's personal, bro. Like, >> that's cool. I >> trying to stay up, bro. Yeah. Yeah. >> Yeah. But then you get arrested for the possession of marijuana. So, right. >> Why? >> I have a medal. >> Where's your med? >> And I know for a fact, first of all, when you buy marijuana, dispensaries don't give you baggage like that, right? They don't give you to have it. You have to have >> Yeah. Yeah. That's not that didn't come in dispensary bag. >> So that's possession of marijuana regardless what else you didn't get it from when you get marijuana from dispensary. It don't come in 20 dime bag. >> So now what you have it's >> so that's why those charges give us a second. All right. >> Did you just like you just tower? >> 3 minutes later, a sergeant arrives, looks at what is already on the car, and tells them to start recording it. >> Hey, is the key on top of the car? >> No. >> Hey, Robert, you see the serial numbers? Can you run those guns? >> Yeah. >> See if they uh Oh, come on. Right. No, that's the problem. >> Before I go touching anything. >> Oh my god. >> Before I go touch >> anything, >> I want you to get it all on videape. >> You have to. >> What is it? >> More guns. Pounds. I mean, lots and lots. >> They both have pocket knives. Apparently, they were pulled out. >> I can't remember what's wrong. But can you put this up front real quick? I'm not brought >> What up front? Van just >> not until you go into the van. >> We can't put it up front. Per policy. We can't do that. Okay. >> Can you just put >> But I was able to un loosen them for you. >> We loosen them up for you. >> I know it's It sucks. >> But we're going to have to have you sit back in the vehicle. So >> go ahead and have >> Eric. Go ahead and sit back down. >> Have the water that that container in your trunk full of mushrooms. >> Mushrooms. >> Yeah. Yeah, the white guy is all guy. >> You forgot about the mushroom. >> This is why we can't give you the water from your car. >> No, bro. It is just water. I >> got a whole >> There's There's probably two piles of mushrooms in that bin. It's the wrong bin. >> Okay. >> Yeah. My wife put the wrong bin is um >> swing your legs up in the car, bro. >> There you go. Just >> swing your legs up in. Can you put the the his chains in the back? Yes. Oh, [ __ ] Do I see Eric? >> I'mma put your stuff in this bag. Okay. He had been asking for that water bottle for 5 minutes. The reason he could not have it was that the container it was sitting in had, by the officer's estimate, about 2 lb of psilocybin mushrooms in it. And his answer is that his wife packed the wrong bin. >> I I hold off pulling anything out. >> Same thing. It's got to make it safe. Put it up front. Jesus Christ. You want me to look at the backpack? >> Everything. Got laid it all out. We're going to take pictures of it, too. I'm hot. Make sure you hot, too. >> That's the problem. Mine's not. >> Yeah. >> Mine's dead. >> It's It's some There's some stuff in here, too. Might be some guns in there. So, >> two-way radio. >> Thanks, Rob. [ __ ] There's more guns in here, too. >> I leave the NDL stuff. Take pictures about this. >> Yeah. Look at this. Jeez. I don't I don't even know how is this the mushrooms and the Hey, Woody can pull up here. Probably be better for you. Got dark. >> Watch for watch for powders. You got to be dark. >> Yeah. Yeah. So that when I took stuff out, it blew. >> Yeah. >> I don't know if this crystal meth or something. Crystal. I don't I haven't seen those before. >> That's meth. last night. Everything that came out of the car is on the hood of the Rolls-Royce and an officer is standing over it with a phone photographing all of it. >> What happened? Look, >> when I first walked in, I had my camera. >> Uhhuh. >> And I see the powder and I >> What was this at? >> But I'm assuming like close that lid so it doesn't blow. >> I am. And then he was leaning over and I can see these snut the car off. >> Are you up? I'm here. >> At 26 minutes past 9, he has moved into a different patrol car and the camera inside it runs for the next 35 minutes. He does not know it is on. >> Sorry. [ __ ] me, bro. What the [ __ ] was that [ __ ] I'm so [ __ ] stupid. >> I'm sorry, ma'am. [ __ ] That that hurts you by accident. I I did not mean to hurt >> Huh? >> Is he okay? >> I think he twisted his ankle. I'm >> so sorry, dude. I'm not trying to hurt nobody. I did not mean to hurt you. I wasn't trying to attack anybody. I was just trying to I >> freaked out, bro. Damn. I feel bad for him, too. [ __ ] [ __ ] I did not mean to hurt him. I wasn't trying to get all pushed all over nothing. I was just trying to get away and just be safe cuz I don't know what's going to [ __ ] happen. Like the universe has been put me in some real [ __ ] situations with how everything looks. What do you think's going to happen? >> Be real with me. just so I can something to expect. >> I honestly don't know because one, I didn't search your vehicle so I don't know what >> you don't know anything in my vehicle right now. >> I know of what he's saying that you got from when him walking over and saying >> Yeah. Yeah, of course. >> But the whole time they were doing that, I was with you. >> So I don't know what all they have. Yeah. >> I'm just doing He is asking a police officer how much they found. He is sitting about 20 ft from the answer on the other side of a window he cannot see out of. >> You think? >> So what? What? Why did the technical mean? Cuz I just had a bus show on me. No. >> Yeah. >> All right. No [ __ ] [ __ ] It looks so bad. I'm not even trafficking [ __ ] bro. I literally am building a medicinal dispensary, clean products for people because everyone's spraying packs. Everyone's spraying weed. It's weed's meant to help people cure cancer, bro. Stand by the plants. Medicinal, not [ __ ] some money crop. These trappers out here [ __ ] poisoning people. [ __ ] [ __ ] bro. You know what? Someone gave me a dirty bag trying to kill me. The >> Eric James Stallings was charged with trafficking in methamphetamine while armed, trafficking in cocaine, trafficking in heroin, possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, and resisting arrest with violence. St. Petersburg police said he knocked an officer down while trying to get away and that the officer was injured. He has not been convicted of any of it. Those charges are allegations and he is presumed innocent. Two things did happen and both are on the record. 3 days later on October 17th, the St. Petersburg Police Department filed to take the Rolls-Royce. The finance company that held the loan on it was named in the case alongside him. 4 days after that, the Penllis County Sheriff's Office petitioned to take his guns under Florida's red flag law. On November 3rd, a judge signed a final risk protection order. He agreed to it and waved the hearing. He told an officer that morning that he was legal. Within three weeks, he had no car and no guns.
