And uh That was the other one. I had a Discord app for a little bit cuz I was playing games and all I crap it's everywhere. >> So you were seeing it on Twitter and Discord? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> I and I reported a couple of them and I I just I don't think I closed the accounts. I just quit using them. It's >> Okay. What kind of stuff with kids did you see? What kind of stuff with kids did you see? >> [ __ ] you shouldn't be seeing with kids. >> So like kids nude? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Like how old do you think these kids were? >> Way too [ __ ] young. >> Way too young? So like 10 or older younger? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Were they being engaged in sexual acts? >> Yes. And I reported a couple of the and it was still there and I I just quit using this [ __ ] I don't need to see that. >> Okay. >> Facebook, granddaughter my granddaughter was involved in some of that [ __ ] So >> Oh, that's too bad. That's >> And and I just want nothing to do with any of that [ __ ] >> Which one did you did you see the the stuff with the kids on? >> All of it. >> Okay. On on Twitter or Discord or both? >> Twitter, Discord I I remember what all I used anymore cuz I I like I said, I just quit using this [ __ ] >> Okay. Nope. >> So you have a Do you know what Do you know what your Facebook account is? >> On my name, I know that. >> Tony Warner? >> Yep. >> Okay. >> You know You know the reason I don't close that one and I still occasionally look is uh is my daughter's on it with >> Okay. >> stuff with the granddaughter, so >> About how often do you use that one? >> Maybe once a week. >> Okay. And you had a Twitter, you had a Discord. Did you have you ever heard of Kik before? You have anything like that? >> I've heard of it. I don't >> You never had that one? Okay. Um Snapchat's another popular one. >> I had Snapchat for a little bit, but I >> Okay. I I don't I don't Um you know what your Snapchat account was? Okay. >> No, that's been [ __ ] 2 years Yeah, 3 years since I've used that. >> 2 years since you've used Snapchat? >> At least, yeah. I just >> And the Twitter this car maybe a year ago? >> Yeah. >> Okay. And the stuff you said like with animals like sexual acts with animals? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Would the stuff with the kids would somebody send it to you or would you be in like in a group chat or >> Like on Twitter you be scrolling through it and then you're looking at different people and all of a sudden there's somebody that's popping up and trying to sell this [ __ ] and >> Would they be trying to sell it to you? >> Oh god, yeah. It's all over. >> Okay. Did you ever buy anything with this? >> Okay. And did you ever download anything with kids? >> No. >> Okay. >> No, no. I see the [ __ ] and just copy down the name and report it to Twitter or X now or whatever the hell it is. >> Yeah, yeah. X, yeah. Since Musk bought it, yeah. >> And just block them. >> Okay. Um so as soon as you saw it you would block them? >> Oh god, yeah. >> And then report them? >> [ __ ] disgusting. >> Okay. Um This is only about a year ago you had last had saw this kind of stuff with kids? >> Oh yeah, it's at least because it was all on my old phone. >> Okay. Do you still have that phone here? >> No. >> Did you trade that in or >> Well, it was garbage. >> Okay. >> It was broke. >> About how long ago did you get rid of that phone? >> When I got this one. >> Which was about 2 years ago? >> About a year. >> About a year ago? >> Yeah. >> You said you would said was it your granddaughter was involved in some kind of stuff with some sexual assault stuff? >> Yeah. Well, who owns the property? You can look that all up. It's >> Was that her husband? >> Okay. And that what he's in prison for? >> Yep. Okay. How long would you say that stuff happened? >> What? Couple of 3 years? >> Couple of 3 years ago or so? >> I think he's been in prison for about 3 years now. >> Okay. How old is your You have this one granddaughter or you have a couple? >> How old is she now? >> 9 10. >> 9 or 10? Okay. Does she ever get to come visit or see her much or >> She can't come Well, I won't even have the granddaughter come up here. She can't actually Well, I think she can, but I know the daughter can't. >> Why would Why would that be if this her husband is the one that was doing was Mary? Did she have stuff to go Did she know about it or what? That's the daughter. She can't come. Oh. That's That's too bad. I mean, to see the granddaughter, I just go somewhere else. >> Yeah. Go down to Wilmer and >> Oh, yeah. That's where she lives down there. Okay. Have you ever This is kind of a word of precaution. Do you watch pornographic videos? >> Well, we all do. >> Yeah. Okay. What um what type of pornographic videos do you typically would watch? >> Standard everyday. >> Male, female, adults or >> Well, adults, yeah. >> Yeah, right. Okay. How often do you usually view pornography? >> Once, twice a week, maybe? >> Okay. Have you ever downloaded or shared any of this kind of pornography with children? >> No. >> Okay. Do you think um Mary would have anything to do with any of that kind of stuff like that? >> I couldn't tell you if she does or not. It's not a conversation I hold with her. >> No, no. I I get it, but just there this stuff in the past and if she knew about her husband doing that kind of stuff, I just curious. Do you talk to her much? >> Couple times a month. >> Couple times okay. So not you're not close or anything by means anything like >> Well, no, we I don't go over dinner. >> Yeah, okay. You you do your own thing and she does her own thing basically. >> Yeah, well, she has a job. She's usually at work by this time of the day and when when I'm at work when I leave in the work she's typically at work and when I come home she's sound asleep and get up in a couple hours. So >> Okay. Well, as you see there there's couple of us here. Um and then just down the road there's a guy from um the state of Wisconsin. He looks at electronics and that kind of stuff. Would it be okay if he would look at your electronics just to make sure nothing like that was on any of them? >> Have to set something up, but yeah. >> We Yeah, he's here, right? The guy down the road. Would that be okay if he would look at your electronics? >> Yeah, like what like digital log on or >> Yeah. >> Yeah, you can go ahead. >> Okay. Can I have your cell phone there? And um I just want to make sure here. Yep. Where I just swipe into? >> Okay. >> Whoop. >> Whoop. >> My game popped up. >> Yeah, that's fine. Okay. So and that's kind of that's kind of what we're here for. Um we're looking for anything like that. So yeah, he just can just take a look at it and see if anything's on there. Would um it okay with you to be able to look at your laptop, too? >> I can grab it if you need. >> Yeah, if you wouldn't mind. >> Is that a video game here or >> No, that's the uh Lenovo game pass. It all comes in crap that I don't use because it's a gaming laptop. >> Okay. A little faster paced one. >> Yep. >> Yeah, looks like a nice one. >> Yeah. >> I appreciate you being really cooperative and all that stuff. Um and you giving your phone and your laptop. But then this would be a consent form. Would you give consent for us to check your residence for any other kind of electronics? >> I'd say yes, but you won't find anything. >> Only for the >> Okay. >> All right, I've got one laptop and one cell phone. I don't even have a TV well I've got a TV, but I can't watch it because they changed the digital digital standard and once they did that I >> Okay. Do you have any like flash drives or external hard drives? >> No. No. >> Okay. Any like SD cards? >> No. >> Okay. All right, so that's the kind of thing we'd just be looking for is just that type of stuff. >> Well, I figured that out as soon as you started asking questions. I I knew what you know what you're looking for, but >> Okay. >> I I I don't have I don't even have DVDs. >> Okay. Um so that's the kind of thing we'd be looking for just inside your residence. Um and if would you be willing to do give consent for us to look inside your residence for those types of items? >> I'm going to tell you no. >> Okay. Okay, well so since you tell me I mean not as politely as you tell me no. Um I was just trying to give this as an option. So, what's going to happen is right now you're kind of going to be detained. I want to apply for a search warrant for your residence. So, actually so I do have a search warrant. I have a search warrant. I didn't think this was lived in. It kind of looked more like an old building. Um the search warrant is for the property here. You're included with it. All electronics are included with it. I thought everybody lived in Mary's house. So, I'm going to rewrite a search warrant, bring it to the judge, apply for it um to search your property now, too, okay? >> Go ahead. >> Okay. So, that's what I have to do. So, now you um again, not going to have to go back inside cuz that's a safety issue. Um so, right now you're just going to be temporarily detained while I work on that, okay? >> Yep. >> All right. >> As the other detectives continued executing the search warrant, one of the officers pulled Tony aside to speak with him about the investigation. >> I'm going to ask you to talk to you about a couple more things. Would that be okay? >> For what? >> I just want to talk to you about a couple more things. Would that be all right? >> Yeah, go ahead. >> All right. I got to I got to read you your rights here. Um so, you have the right to remain silent. Um anything you say can be used against you in court or other proceeding. You have the right to consult with an attorney before making any statement or answering questions. You have an attorney present with you during questioning. If you cannot afford an attorney, one will be appointed a public defender to represent you before or during any questioning if you so wish. If you decide to answer questions now with or without an attorney, you have the right to stop questioning and remain silent at any time you wish. You have the right to ask to have an attorney present at any time you wish, including the bring a question. Do you understand your rights? >> Yep. >> Uh yeah, I'm just saying yes or no. >> Yes. >> I'm realizing any of these rights, are you willing to answer questions or make a statement? Are you willing to answer questions? >> Yeah. >> Um, when they when they went in there, um, looked around, there was a narrow laptop and a cell phone in there. The the cell phone has got a PIN protection on it. Uh, what's the PIN for that? >> I don't even I don't use it. >> Well, it's powered on and connected. >> Well, I keep it charged cuz the battery the alarm is on it, but I it's all I it's all it's for. >> It's just for alarm? >> Yep. >> Well, how do you get into it to to set the alarm? >> It's permanently set. But you have an alarm on your cell phone? >> Yeah. Well, how long have you had that cell phone that was in the side of it? Not the one in your pocket, but the other >> I I couple three years. >> Couple three years, okay. Was that one Did it used to be activated on your phone line, or is it still activated on your phone line? >> to be, yeah. >> Yeah, you only use that cell phone for >> It's just an alarm. It goes off when it's time to jump in the shower to go to work. >> Okay. And so that cell phone was the replacement for the heavy one you had in your pocket? >> Yep. No, no. The one that I had in my pocket is the one I use. >> Yep. The the cell phone that you used to alarm that was in the house, that that was one you had prior to the one you had in your chest pocket? >> Yep. >> Okay. Going back to the time frame of the wire here, one about a year ago when you saw this cell phone, when they were the stolen by the kids, you said the kids the kids were probably at least >> They're they're obviously young. >> Like 10 years and younger? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Were they being engaged in sexual acts adults. >> I just saw that there was kids in there trying to sell [ __ ] and I'm walked them. >> Were the kids nude? >> They were implying that they were trying to sell nude pictures of themselves and I not kosher. >> Okay. All right. Um Do you remember any year old uh account name? Do you remember any of the names? >> No. >> Um did you used to have a Snapchat account? >> Yeah, I haven't used it in over a couple years. I I just saw something on an email that the account was disconnected. So, probably for inactivity. I don't know. >> How long ago did you see that account that email? >> A couple of three weeks ago. >> Okay. Okay. >> No, I don't saw it disconnected and I didn't care because I don't use it anyway. It's been a couple years since I've used it. >> That sounds familiar. >> That It could have been my Snapchat one, yeah. >> Okay. I mean your Snapchat Um did you use it for most of personal stuff or people you know or did you chat or message with anybody that you didn't know? >> Uh there was a couple with people that I knew, but I hadn't talked to them in quite a while. And I usually used it I just went through uh I don't even know. They're like Facebook shorts. >> Would you Would you share videos on Snapchat? >> No. >> No. >> No, I don't take pictures and I don't take videos of myself. That's >> Well, maybe not of yourself, but like videos that you may have had. >> No. >> Okay, this is the deal. We think what got me here is Snapchat and a video that you shared to somebody else. >> I I don't share videos. >> And the video that you shared was of a younger individual performing oral sex on a male. >> I don't share videos. >> Well, I can't mirror account. >> I don't know what to tell you. I >> And your internet here. >> I don't share videos. I never have. >> Okay. Like this person I mean I I didn't see in the chat messaging back and forth. You know, even the person said that the person puts sign young and he he he had said that this uh this is just a phase I'll probably be on to something else in a while. Does that sound familiar? >> No. >> Okay. So, there would be no reason for anything that you do with children engaging in sexual acts or nude for those or images or videos to be on any of your electronics. >> Should be anything on any of my stuff? No. >> It shouldn't be or it might be. >> It's the computer world. You can put anything you want in anybody's account. >> No, no, not that way. This is this is what I I deal with and I could say no there's not going to be that on there or I don't know. >> I don't know. I sit at work and watch the mouse move around on my computer all the time. >> Well, here you have the IT people on the work computer like my my IT people can remote log into my computer, too. That's different, too. These are your electronics. >> But I don't I I I'm telling you I don't share videos. I don't share pictures. >> Um Who wants to see my ugly face? Well, this wasn't a picture or video of you. >> That was just That's just my thought on it. You >> Okay. All right. Um Well, I guess we'll say uh sit tight and you're you're saying I think I'll be here for the entire year and just wait for you guys to continue going through stuff, okay? >> All right. >> Okay. Just hang out out here, okay? >> After their conversation, the detective then confronted Tony with what investigators had discovered while examining his devices. >> All right, Tony. All right. Just want to go over a couple more things with you. Um Again, you still have all the same rights that I read to you before, okay? >> Yep. >> Yes. >> Yep. >> Okay. The the phone that you used for your online stuff. >> You got into it. >> Okay. And in that phone there are images and videos of children. Nude, performing sexual acts. And I'm looking for just a little explanation here. >> I don't have one. I I didn't know I don't use the phone. >> Well, you use the phone because they can see on all the social media that you're active on that phone. This This is what those guys do. They're from the State of Wisconsin Department of Justice. They're digital forensic analysis people up there. That is what they do. They are very good at what they do. He's telling me they can see that you are active on social media. And he showed me the image and and some some some of the images and videos of children engaged in sexual acts. So I'm giving you an opportunity to try to help me understand some of this. >> I don't know what to tell you. >> Is there any kind of explanation you can offer me for this? >> No. Not I. As I said, it sits there for an alarm. That's all I use it for. >> You can we know that's not why it's there or that's not all it's there for. Because you're active on that phone. You still have You still have TikTok, which you lied to me about not having TikTok. You said you haven't used TikTok in a while. You have You still have Discord on there. On your phone. >> The only one I was using today is the one that I had in my pocket you had first thing. >> You are They're telling you're active on TikTok. You're You're still doing Discord stuff. It's all right there to that phone. >> I don't know. >> What are your your TikTok and Discord accounts? >> Huh? >> What what are your TikTok and Discord accounts? >> I have no clue. >> Look, I I'm taking an explanation as fairness. We honestly didn't show up here on a whim. All stuff on the internet that's tracked. That's how I get here. I get tipped off about child pornography being shared from here. We end up here and find child pornography on one of your phones inside your residence. And you got nothing? >> Nope. Okay. Well, you're going to be placed under arrest for possession of child pornography. Uh this deputy here is going to take you to the jail. >> Yeah? >> All right. Well, look. Well, let's go ahead put your hands like this for me, please. >> Can I know I get my keys and my wallet and put some pants on? >> No, we're going to jail. So. >> Cuz we we don't want to go back in there. >> That's >> I I just got done taking off my suit to go back in there. Um and I don't want to go back in there. It's It's disgusting in there. >> So, we're going to jail. So, put your hands out in front for me, please. Move over. >> Tony was originally charged with 10 felony counts of possession of After initially pleading not guilty, Tony later entered a guilty plea to one of the 10 counts on January 27th, 2026, while the remaining nine charges were dismissed but read in as part of the case. The judge sentenced Tony to a total of 5 years consisting of 3 years of initial confinement in state prison followed by 2 years of extended supervision. He was also ordered to complete any evaluations, counseling, treatment, and follow-up recommended by his supervising agent.
