Yep. >> This all went down at a home on East Arkansas Drive. Aurora police were called for a husband wife dispute. The husband, 58-year-old Todd Smith, was in the garage when officers approached. Watch this. Smith grabs a gun from a toolbox. Officers yell, "Drop it. Put it down." Smith says, "I'm done." And points the gun. One officer fires two shots. Smith didn't survive.
