On July 2nd, 2025, in Kenosha County, Wisconsin, officers responded to a local dentist office after employees discovered disturbing images on a man's phone while helping him download documents. >> Um They got a call call this morning. Something saw on his cell phone today? >> Yeah, um He was a patient right now, but she was the one that made the call. Um so, he was a patient and a patient. Well, as first she was, but so I would her email wasn't working. So, it was difficult to get to my email, but so she was saying the patient with um playing first sight of the scale, and he was older, so I guess he didn't know how to work and send his bank statement over to our emails, so we just printed it off. >> Mhm. >> And we need a bank statement in store like 10:40 or anything like that and um a form filled out to see if they can qualify for a filling discount. And when they sent it over, I don't know what popped up. It was a picture of like a naked toddler. Um she was facing the wall and she was in a shower with a lot of soap coming down on her and a bath and she had like soap coming down um from the wall. And it just looked like a picture. On March 23rd, 2026, Thomas pleaded guilty to the amended felony charge and was found guilty by the court. On May 7th, he was sentenced to 4 and 1/2 years consisting of 1 year and 6 months in prison followed by 3 years of extended supervision. As part of his supervision, Thomas is prohibited from having unsupervised internet access or unsupervised contact with anyone under the age of 18. He was taken into custody following the sentencing hearing.
