I still >> Lucas was initially arrested on 35 counts of possession of child following the search of his home and phone. When the felony case was formally filed in court, prosecutors charged him with five counts of child and 10 counts of possession of child On July 3rd, 2025, Lucas pleaded guilty to three felony counts of child The remaining 12 charges were dismissed but read in as part of the case. The judge sentenced Lucas to six years in state prison followed by 10 years of extended supervision. The sentences on all three counts were ordered to run concurrently resulting in a total sentence of 16 years. He was also ordered to register as a for life, undergo counseling and treatment, have no contact with minors without approval, and not use internet capable devices without permission from his supervising agent.
